I'm a sailor in Indian Navy and our service demands fit & healthy body. But I've always been underweight. I'm a regular smoker & a frequent drinker. I even tried protein powders & tabs to gain weight. But none of them worked on me. I don't feel like eating when it comes to meals. I don't even feel hungry most of the times. Sir/madam I hv joined gym in January 2016. At that time my weight was 93 kg. After 10 month (approx) my weight is 81 kg. Now I hv a busy schedule and I am not able to continue my gym. For reducing without gym, the best is to take light and easy to digest meals. Avoid non veg, cold drinks, alcohol, curd, cheese, junk food, salt and sugar. Take more off moong, masur, vegetables etc. Take 1 tsf trifla churan while sleeping.

Height is usually always dominated by Genetics. How short are your parents? If you are their size or slightly taller then them, chances are you wont grow very much more...There are no amazing magic ways to get taller...Get lots of nutrition and calcium. Get TONS of calcium. Bigger bones means bigger you. Work out and play sports alot. Also greatly emphasize stretching..Posture is also important. Walk as tall and as straight as possible and over time this will add a handful of centimetres to your height...take ashwagandha powder 2-2 tsf twice a day and lakshadi guggul 1-1 tab twice a day with warm water..

Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. ... Drink milk. ... Try weight gainer shakes. ... Use bigger plates. ... Add cream to your coffee. ... Get quality sleep. u need to take a high protein high calorie diet

Hi, Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Hi , if you mean protein supplement then read the nutritional label before buying one since most available in the market have more carbohydrates in them than protein. So choose the protein powder that has more protein than carbs in it. Ideally 8gm of protein for every 10gms of powder at least.

Hii, please take homeopathic treatment take lycopodium 200, acid phos 200 6 pills twice a day. Apply arnic q plus jaborandi q over bald part. And use schwabe arnica hair oil, shampoo. Hi lybrate-user here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit.
