You are just 22 years old and you can definitely achieve the fit body with good amount of muscle tissue. The healthy way of putting on weight is good diet and exercise. Now, you should focus on what you are eating. Increase your protein intake and good fats. Avoid fried foods and sweets. Take more protein rich foods such as eggs, fish, lean meat, soya chunks, paneer, curds. You should aim at increasing weight through proper diet rich in multiple sources of protein, complex carbs, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals. You should consult a health coach/nutritionist for getting a proper advise on how to increase your weight in the right way. The weight increasing supplements that are usually marketed on tv and media have lot of carbs and sugars, which increase your weight by the way of increasing your fat percentage, which is not the right thing to do. Hello, brisk walks or rigorous exercises burn calories and hence lead to weight loss, So it is not recommended if you want to gain weight. To gain weight, you have to increase your daily food intake. Try to eat after every 2 -3 hours. You can do pranayam or walk for 15- 20 min to maintain your metabolism. For a detailed diet plan, you can consult on a private chat with our dietician via Lybrate.

Role of Acupuncture in Weight Loss

  • All weight control plans will work on the off chance that they bring down your calorie admission and you STICK TO IT!

  • It is unadulterated material science

  • Our weight is controlled; by the measure of vitality that we take in, and the measure of vitality we consume.

So why is heftiness now a national pandemic?

The issue is that it is against our temperament to farthest point calories. We intuitively eat more than we have to. This is a "blessing" go down from our seeker gatherer progenitors from a period when there was not a drive-through window on each corner. We additionally have a tendency to eat in abundance because of our innovative ways of life, incessant anxiety, and other mental "triggers".

Prevailing modern diets request that you eat an unnatural and unfortunate eating regimen, for example, a supper plan of cabbage soup or pineapples or rice or no-carbs. They may work in the transient in light of the low calorie admission; however, there is positively no chance you can keep it up. Your body and brain will revolt and render retribution for putting it on such a prohibitive administration, as opposed to giving entire sustenance’s and an "entire eating routine" with legitimate supplements. Instinctually, your body will hunger for sustenance’s and canyon, topping off, frightened of and get ready for the following starvation, pressing on fat for put away vitality.

How to Burn your Fats to become Slim?

Dermatologist
Dermatologist, Delhi
How to Burn your Fats to become Slim?

No matter how much you try, are you finding it difficult to lore some extra calories?

Well then, don’t fear because I am going to help you to lose those few kilos which are worrying you to death.

After you follow my tips (religiously, mind you), you will never turn down another party invitation because then you will a slimmer waist to flaunt rather than your previous paunch.

Hence, here are some tips to reduce your weight:

  • Just because you are dieting doesn’t mean that you have to starve yourself to death and deprive yourself of all your favorite ‘fattening’ foods. Eat your favorites but first earn it. Set a target, if you lose five kilos, then you can have ONLY ONE SMALL SERVING (read ‘only one small serving’ in big bold and capital letters) of your favorite food, whatever it may be.
  • T.V. has been rightfully called the ‘idiot box’, and if you don’t agree with me then listen, when you eat with the TV.V. in front of you, you tend to eat more and also put on weight. So turn off the ‘idiot box’ while you are eating.
  • Hydrate yourself, drink loads and loads of water. Water speeds up your metabolism, so drink water to lose some of your flab. Drinking water also helps you to cleanse your digestive system.
  • Workout, workout and workout, Spend an hour in the gym daily without missing even a day. Exercise is the only way to burn the fat; you don’t have an option but to hit the gym daily (even if you don’t like it).
  • After working out don’t stuff yourself, eat small quantities of protein, soups, salads, nuts, dry fruits, etc.
  • To lose weight one must control one’s diet. Quit eating from outside, eat homemade food. Eat only grilled foodstuff. Cook everything in olive oil but don’t use too much of it (after all it is oil i.e. fat). Eat salads, fruits, vegetables and nuts.
  • Losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise (I know, this is quite depressing).
  • Eat a light dinner that includes soups and salads only.
  • Eat small frequent meals instead of large, heavy meals.
  • Before going to parties eat some fruits and nuts so that you will not stuff yourself at the party.
  • Hence follow these tips sincerely (if you do not follow them sincerely, then you will not be able to see the results).

Hence, do make sure that you keep a track of your weight, diet plan and exercise program.

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.
