take mustard oil (sarso tel) and put 7 cloves of garlic in it and heat it until the clove turns black, now mash the cloves of garlic in oil and from that oil do massage, your pain will vanish.

To gain weight and muscles include good quality protein sources in your every meal such as low fat milk & milk products, soy & sprouts, lean meat, eggs, pulses, beans. Eat meals at small intervals include high calorie food in between your main meals such as nuts, sath chocolates. Can take whey protein supplement according to the work out, but should not be continued for more than 3 months.

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Your weight is fine if your body frame is small. If you put in 2-3 kilos, it is fine. Rest, you would know better looking in the mirror you can decide if you want to put on or want to be as you are.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. Your weight is the result of not only your diet intake but your metabolism as well. To gain weight you not only need to eat more but to eat right. Firstly you must understand that just eating two meals a day will not benefit you. You need to eat at least 6 meals a day. For the diet to work well each meal has to be nutritious and calories dense. You must incorporate pulses, nuts, eggs, lean meats, fruits, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats in your meals. Initially it may seem tough but with frequent intake it will get easy to eat as much. Exercise is crucial as well. Trust yourself and you can do it.

First adopt to a healthy diet. He should consume 1 to 1.5gm protein per kg per day that mean if his height 168. His protein requirements 70-80 gm per day with right balance of calories & carb. Patient may have some leg muscle weakness due to low back problem or general age related weakness. Also there might be ataxia. Consult a physio for better examination.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that muscle gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Muscle gain is all about taking more nutrients than you use up. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps muscle gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 meals a day. Eat a protein rich mid meal between each main meal. Pre/ post workout meals need a certain amount of carbs and proteins depending on your exercise routine. Avoid junk, sugary, oily foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, healthy oils in your diet. Restrict eating sugary, sweet foods. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least 6 days a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite.  Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

When I eat any thing then I feel like unfordable. Like any one is pressing my stomach. And I can't eat more. After eating only two bread I don't feel hungry more. I feel weak. When I drink milk then there is loosmotiom type problem.

Avoid milk for few days. You seem to be lactose intolerant. Shift to curd instead for a better digestive system. Take 1/2 tsp hing with plain water for 3 days. Your pressing pain your stomach shall subside. Take one bifilac sachet mixed in your cup of curd for healthy stomach health. Just take one.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

to make your liver healthy, first stop attacking it with alcohol. It will become healthy automatically. If you keep taking alcohol then there is no way of making it healthy. It will end up severe damage leading to cirrhosis in the long run.

Hello lybrate-user, weight gain of 18 kgs in a month or two is a lot and harmfull for your body as it can put load on vital organs like heart, liver, kidney and lungs. Kindly consult your family doctor and get yourself tested for thyroid disorder and other hormonal imbalances. Lifestyle modification is also needed as follows- 1. Balanced diet rich in proteins and fibre like- egg, chicken, fish, milk, curd, paneer, sprouts, oats, wholegrain cereals and pulses, fruits and vegetables (fibre) 2. Exercise- doing 40-50 minutes of moderate to high intensity activity for 4-5 days/ week will help (walking/jogging/swimming etc) 3.
