Hi. Every body should take good nice pure veg items mostly. Avoid or take smaller rate non veg those are in habits. Every body must take 4-5 liter water per day. Avoided allergic oily items. Don't take out side food.

Change your food habites. Add in your food carbohydrates, proteins, vitamines, minirales, green vegitabales, salad, sweets, milk end milk products. Do arobic excersices, yoga, will helps. You take prosup powder 1spoon in a cup of hot milk after breakfast end 1spoon after dinner you can increase up to 2spoon in morning end 2spoon after dinner.

Hi lybrate user, before doing yoga or gym, please do proper warm up exercises of 10-15 minutes. In these 10-15 minutes do some walk, jog and side jumps and light stretches. Your back pain happens because the instructors may not be getting proper warm up done. Plus whenever you start any exercises. It is important to build up slowly and gradually. Yoga does not mean training for acrobatics. It is just a way of increasing your physical and mental abilities. Do it slowly and step by step. Do not overstretch. Whatever you can't do. Don't do it. If your body is telling you to stop then stop. You know your body better than your instructor. Any exercise you feel uncomfortable. Do as much as you can and then stop. Use any balm to massage your back. It will get okay with time. All the best.

Dear use home remedies Take a protein-rich diet if you’re trying to maintain your health like Fish, eggs and beans. Drink lot of water. Avoid fast junk and spice diet.

Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non-veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday.

Hi, Eating 1 egg per day for growing age and regular exercising person is sufficient and for persons with sedentary lifestyle must not eat eggs per day daily as it contains cholesterol which is harmful for heart.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds / cashew daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. 10. Take deworming tablets every six month. Feel confident about yourself and be positive.

You can Drink water before Exercise. Drink During Exercise. Take small sips during. Drink after Exercise. No problem whatsoever. Hydrated body performs well. Water is best health drink.

Most probably you are suffering from oa of knee. Knee surgery-total knee replacement (tkr) is quite safe & gives uniformly good results, in our hands. We have well equipped center in delhi. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Surgery should be done when patient is still active & will be able to take benefit of surgery. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. Kindly show me x- rays before a final decision can be taken. You will be thoroughly investigated before surgery is under taken. Risk in surgery is less than the risk in crossing road.

Hi,to overcome this weakness, take Alfavena malt, 2 tsf, twice daily for 1 month. BC no. 27, 5 tabs twice daily. Drink plenty of water. Eat a well balanced nutritious diet. Take Sound sleep of 7-8 hours. **For low BP , Take Angiotone , 15 drops with water once daily.

Go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: salmon tuna paneer soya beans soya paneer-tofu eggs shrimps granola bars cheese paneer yoghurt walnuts dates apricots anjeer raisins nuts and oil seeds peanut butter chicken breast gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets. I suggest you begin implementing one principle each week and watch your body stack on more muscle to your frame each week. Medicines only yield short term results.

Hi, masturbation thrice a week is enough and gives a refreshing feel and no tiredness should be there. But negative effects of excessive masturbation can be 1. After each ejaculation, you’ll notice the firmness of the next erection may get slightly softer and spongier, depending on how close apart the erections are. 2. Negative psychological impact on a person. Many people feel shame and guilt because of their masturbation habits. 3. Masturbation can cause a bending in your penis if you continually are using the same hand and especially if you masturbate aggressively 4. There is current research that states increased testosterone production is linked to DHT production, which is associated with male pattern hair loss.
