This applies to calories intake in any form eg milk, fruits etc.

Many studies conducted on the properties of garlic show that eating it on an empty stomach makes it a powerful natural antibiotic. It is more effective when you eat it before breakfast because bacteria is exposed and cannot defend itself from succumbing to its power.

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Eat a lot of good things Protein = building block for your muscles Carbs will help you put on weight, but it won’t be muscle Keep track of everything you eat Compound exercises are your friend Appearance is a consequence of fitness Let your muscles rest Sleep Make it part of your routine Realize you will put on some fat U need to take a high protein high calorie diet.

I am so thin please help. My bones are too small as compared to the boys of my ages and heights and I look thin and dry. People thinks me as I am small boy but I am already 20+. And my digestive system is very poor, I go toilet after 2-3 days and sometimes even after 4-5 days. What the treatment of pimples, n how can I maintain my body weight, how can I improve my energy.
Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Maida is very harmful for body, so avoid it. 6. Have all your meals on time. 7. Drink lots of water 8. Fruits rich in vitamin c and green leafy vegetables help in acne first of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day.

Involving your self in a sport activity lowers d energy levels of the body But you can fix it up by sum changes to your meal patterns. • eat small but frequent meals • drink lots of liquids • include food preparations made from sugar or jaggery once a day. • have 3tsp of energyl powder in 1glass of water mix n drink twice a day to overcome your low energy levels.. My mom lose her weight from 66 kgs to 61 kgs in past two months. She is a housewife, she works a lot, over thinks as well. Last month we went for sugar and BP test, all reports were normal. Her diet is pure vegetarian and healthy, even she drinks 4-5 Litre of water per day. But in past 2 months she has lose 5 kg weight, which is physically visible as well. Kindly suggest how should be proceed further with the medications and diagnosis.

Weight loss is not always bad, it could be losing fat weight as well. Do not worry too much. She should eat 1 serving of fruits and 1 serving of salad everyday and should avoid market and packed food.
