I know of no difference between buffalo meat and other forms of red meat. As far as I know, there is no specific health benefit compared to mutton or venison or duck meat.

Full diet plan for you to gain muscles - Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. G. Protein Supplements - You can buy whey protein supplement by Optimum Nutrition or Iso Pure.

Hi, Take protein rich diet like - milk and milk products like curds, butter, panneer, cream, cheese, ghee, etc.; sprouted wholegrams like channa, bengaal gram, greengram, rajma,etc.; nuts like almonda, walnuts, pista, groundnuts, etc.; pulses like toor dhal, black gram dhal, bengal gram dhal, greengram dhal, etc. If you are a non-vegetarian, you can take egg, meat, fish, etc. Eat lot of sweets and pastries. Sleep well for 8-9 hours per day.

My wife suddenly started having severe pain from left knee joint in May 2017. She is unable to sleep and pain killers are not giving any relief. X-ray was done as per Surgeons advice and report says Osteo-Arthritis. Please suggest remedy.

Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Simple Knee Exercises would help to strengthen the quadriceps muscle which is the key muscle. Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping a soft ball underneath the knee and you have to keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone.

Hye, thanks for the query. The moment you think of weight gain, whatever is your workout or diet intake, does not justify taking a supplement. You cannot gain weight by just adding a supplement to your diet. Weight gain needs additional calories through a balance of carbohydrates, proteins, healthy fats and exercise. Supplementation totally depends on your present food intake & activity levels. So, for weight gain you need a balanced, calorie dense diet and a good exercise routine. Even if you do gain weight it will reduce once you discontinue the supplement. So, before you decide to start the supplement first work on a healthy diet and exercise routine. Creatine is only justified when your workout is of very high intensity. Right now you have just started workout and you do not need that much excess proteins. You need to first improve your protein intake through diet. When your strength training starts to improve you can add whey concentrate but before your needs are not high taking supplements is a waste.
