Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Hi lybrate-user The important thing is that you need to be in your calorie limit. - If you eat more calories than your daily calorie needs, you will gain weight.  - If you don’t exceed your daily calorie limit, then you will not gain weight. - If you are replacing some of the less-healthy foods you eat with mangoes, it may help you lose weight. Mangoes are good for health when you eat two to three in a day. A medium-sized ripe mango has about 135 calories. Let's say, you are eating 5 meals a day then you can replace one of your meals with 3 mangoes (400 calories).

Take low calorie and low sodium and high protein food. Don't take rice at night. 4-5 meals in a day in a frequent intervals. Take 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp of alsi powder in the morning and go for walk. Take 10-12glass of water. Don't take water immideatly after meal. Don't take coffee.

none of them are not standard one its all artificial. better to avoid these products are adverement stunt. there are two types of natural proteins grade one that is animal protein like meat ,fish,eggs etc second grade protein like dal sabji cereals,fruits etc they are sufficient for the body requirements. then why go for thesevadvertise ment stunts.

Hello mam. You need to increase your caloric intakes by about 500 to 1000 calories per day. Extra 500 calories/day will help you gain up to one pound in one week. Tips to increase calorie in diet and gain weight: 1) eat three main meal (breakfast, lunch dinner). In addition eat two to three snacks a day in between meals. 2). Snacks should be of high calorie such as milk shakes, yogurt, high carbohydrate food- banana. 3). Eat more complex carbohydrates like whole-grain breads, pasta and brown rice etc. 4) never skip your breakfast and include 1 egg and fruit juice to your breakfast. 5). Eat bigger than normal portions for your regular meals. 6). Choose high-quality protein sources such as eggs, meat, fish, milk, seeds, protein supplements etc. Your body needs 0.8gm/body-weight (kg)/day of protein to build new muscle. 7). Eat starchy vegetables (potatoes, peas, cauliflower, pumpkin, sweet potatoes). 8). Consume nuts, fruits like banana, dried fruits like dates as snack between meals. 9). Eat healthy fats in moderation such as olive and canola oil, nuts, seeds, peanut butter to your diet. 10). Do not drink water before meals. 11) if it is possible, drink shakes, milk, juice, etc. Instead of tea, coffee and diet sodas. Good luck.

Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Your diet plays a major role in the health of your heart, so eating healthy should be somewhere on the top of the list for keeping your heart healthy as well. There are numerous heart disorders that occur due to unhealthy food patterns and consumption. Lifestyle factors are the major causes of heart disease, and diet occupies an almost compelling spot when lifestyle factors are taken into consideration. Here is a list of foods that keeps your heart healthy:

  1. Salmon: Omega-3 fatty acids are very important for your heart to function optimally. Fishes such as salmon and sardines are rich in omega-3 fatty acids which lower the risk of heart diseases such as arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat) and atherosclerosis (accumulation of plaque in the arterial walls).

  2. Oats: Like oats and milk for breakfast!? Congratulations! You are in luck; oatmeal has soluble fibers which help in lowering bad cholesterol levels. Just make sure that there is no added sugar in your oatmeal, as it will defeat the entire purpose.

  3. Blueberries: Blueberries are rich in antioxidants that reduce the risks of heart attack and also decrease your blood pressure. So go ahead! Toss some blueberries in your oatmeal to get your daily dose of antioxidants which are such pre-requisites for supreme health.

  7. Tomatoes: Tomatoes are rich in an antioxidant called ‘lycopene’, which is very effective in getting rid of bad cholesterol. It thus helps in keeping your arteries healthy and reduces the risks of heart attacks.

INGREDIENTS
100 g curd/yogurt
½ tsp roasted cumin powder/bhuna jeera powder or add as required
3/4 cup water
5 to 6 small ice cubes
black salt/kala namak as required
pinch of Hing
a few coriander leaves or mint leaves for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS
take all the ingredients in a blender jar, except the coriander leaves.
just pulse the blender for some seconds till everything is blended well and the mixture becomes frothy.
pour chaas in glasses.
garnish with coriander leaves and serve chaas immediately.
you can also chill the butter milk in the refrigerator and serve later. but use it in the same day.

Hello, I beg to differ on the fact that protein are only needed for gymers . Carbohydrates(good ones)are equally important for gym goers. Nutrition intake is based on various factors and one should not focus only on protein intake. Every diet has a calculation ,which only a health expert can explore.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart.
