Gout is net very common in females but still if you have asked it, please get your uric acid levels done and send me the reports. Hi, everybody, my name is Dr Aseem Logani. I am as a sexologist and I have got an experience of 31 years. Today I will like to discuss with you all, most common myths about sexual intercourse.

Sex is beautiful and essential for everybody. Everybody has his own magic myth about sex and this start accumatics is the age of adolescence through dramatic story and hear say. The idea you have about sex may not be always be factual and may not be based on these misconceptions. So here are some common myths associated with sex and the truth behind them. The number one common myth is sex is more fun when you are young.

  • The fact is when you are young sex may be faster and more vigorous. Older people tend to be more acute sexually, having emotionally satisfied sex , they emphasize less on orgasm and more on emotional connect and sensuality and creativity.
  • The second most common myth is that condom reduces the fun of sex, the fact is that the right condem which fits into size and shape can make the activity more enjoyable for both the partners. A study shows that 68% of men are using wrong condoms.
  • The third myth is that women can achieve orgasm only through inter-course. the fact is study reveals that 75% of the women do not achieve orgasm through vaginal inter-course. A woman achieves climax orgasm through direct clitoris stimulation and this fact is not known by many males.
  • The fourth myth is that women are naturally monogamous like men but the fact is society restricts the women’s sexual attraction to only one guy in a time. However women have got their own fantasies and biologically and personality wise they are equipped to suit multiple partners.
  • Fourth very common myth that women are less interested in sex then men. The fact is women may be disinterested in sex due to previous traumatic experiences of childhood abuse but normally a women who is satisfied sexually tends to be more happy and loving, and this is very good for a very good home.
  • Another common myth is that women are naturally monogamous like men but the fact is society restricts the women’s sexual attraction to only one guy in a time. However women have got their own fantasies and biologically and personality wise they are equipped to suit multiple partners.
  • Sixth common myth is that ejaculation is required for men to enjoy sex , every man thinks that ejaculation is necessary. The fact is study reveals non- ejaculatory sex have their own sexual benefit, very common in older age.
  • Seventh common myth is erection for a man is must to enjoy sexual play. But the fact is an erection is not compulsion incase of foreplay since arousing a women is pleasurable in itself.
  • The eight and the last but not the least, very common thinking about Indian males, size of the penis matters but the fact is the size of the penis does not matter because a female vagina is only three inch of a vagina is sensitized and male needs only three inches of erect penis. Dear lybrateuser, - Your problem could be due to acidity - avoid fried, spicy & junk food, also restrict tea/ coffee to 1-2 cups per day if you have more - chew your food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - have 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration & digestion - take Syrup gelusil, 2 teaspoonful half an hour each meal three times a day - do regular exercise like walking, jogging & also yoga which helps in proper digestion.

Dear Lybrate User, Hair growth occurs in cycles. Each cycle consists of a long growing phase (anagen), a short transitional phase (catagen) and a short resting phase (telogen). At the end of the resting phase, the hair falls out (exogen) and a new hair starts growing in the follicle beginning the cycle again. Normally, about 40 hairs reach the end of their resting phase each day and fall out. When more than 100 hairs fall out per day, clinical hair loss may occur. Hair loss have many causes such as:- 1) Shrinkage of the hair follicles due to the influence of androgenic hormones. 2) Under-nutrition of the hair due to fungal infection on the scalp. 3) Effects of Radio therapy or Chemotherapy. 4) Nutritional deficiencies. 5) Autoimmune diseases. Modes of treatment for hairfall/alopecia includes surgical modes, oral medicine & local external application. The minimum duration of the course of oral medicines & external application is 6 months. Hello, follow health advises given below: measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. go for CBC test and consult physician for further management

My mother has disk problem. Unke 4 manke back k hile hue he then wt should we do . She had a lot of pain in spinal cord due to disk problem even she cannot bent or cant do work .So please give me some suggestions what should we do please?

Start using support brace as soon as possible. Bending and lifting heavy weights is not at all advisable. She should go for regular traction to relieve stress off her disk. Ample rest and back extension exercises are required.

Hairfall is one of the symptom of thyroid disorder. You have been suggested to do the test to check if that is the cause. Unless you rule it out you will not be able to confirm the root cause of the problem of hairfall.

Dear lybrate user, *avoid more salty, dry, maida related junk foods, more tea, coffee. *consume more fresh fruit juice. *practice yoga, meditation, breathing exercise. *ice soothes the skin, particularly the affected area which can help your skin to become pimple-free. Applying ice on the skin will remove the oil and dirt trapped inside and reduces the redness and swelling. To get rid of an eruption, put an ice cube in a cloth and gently press it against the affected skin. Or one can also make it a routine to apply crushed ice or ice cubes to the skin in order to avoid pimples. *honey masks are quite a common acne treatment. Applying honey on the face works both as a preventive method and as a treatment for pimples. It is a natural antiseptic that soothes and heals the skin. The antioxidants present in honey can help in reducing the inflammation over the skin and making it pimple free. Apply some honey on your face for 15-30 minutes and then wash it off. Not only will it work against your acne problem but it also makes the skin smooth and supple.

वजन कम करने के लिए लोग कई तरह की दवाइयों का सेवन करते हैं. यदि आप भी वजन को लेकर परेशान हैं या मोटापे से निजात पाना चाहते हैं तो इमली इसमें भी आपकी मदद करता है. इमली में परचुर मात्रा में हाइड्रोऑक्साइट्रिक एसिड की मौजूदगी शरीर में फैट को जलाने वाले इन्जाइम को बढ़ाने में मददगार होती है. इसकी सहायता से वजन घटाने में मदद मिलती है इसलिए आप चाहें तो इसे अपने आहार में भी शामिल कर सकते हैं.

बेहद आसानी से उपलब्ध हो जाने वाली इमली एक अल्‍फा एमिलेज अवरोध है. इसका मतलब ये हुआ कि यह कार्बोहाइड्रेट को शुगर में अवशोषित और परिवर्तित होने से रोक सकती है जो की ब्‍लड शुगर का स्‍तर बढ़ाने का सबसे बड़ा कारण है. यदि आप आधा चम्‍मच इमली का गूदा प्रतिदिनलें तो इससे न केवल आपका वजन कम होता है, बल्कि डायबिटीज भी नियंत्रण में रहती है.

इमली के नुकसान

1. रक्तस्त्राव का जोखिम: यदि आप इमली का सेवन करते समय कुछ सावधानी न बरतें तो इससे रक्तस्त्राव का जोखिम उत्पन्न हो सकता है. आपको एस्पिरिन, इब्यूप्रोफेन, नेपोरेक्सन आदि दवाओं के सेवन के बाद इमली कभी नहीं खानी चाहिए.
2. गर्भवती महिलाओं को: स्वाद में खट्टी लगने वाली इमली विटामिन सी की एक अच्छी स्त्रोत है. यहाँ गौर करने वाली बात ये है कि विटामिन सी के अधिक सेवन से एस्ट्रोजन का स्तर बढ़ जाता है और उच्च एस्ट्रोजन गर्भाशय में संकुचन और ब्लीडिंग पैदा कर सकता है. इसलिए गर्भवती महिलाओं को गर्भपात से बचाने के लिए विटामिन सी युक्त फल जैसे कि इमली न दें.
3. एलर्जी: कई ऐसे लोग हैं जिन्हें इमली ज्यादा मात्रा में खाने से एलर्जी की समस्या हो जाती है. इसलिए इसके दुष्प्रभाव जैसे कि खुजली, सुजन, चक्कर, बेहोशी, उल्टी, सांस की परेशानी आदि से बचने के लिए ज्यादा इमली न खाएं.
4. गले में खराश: जिन लोगों के गले में खराश की समस्या होती है उन्हें इमली ही नहीं किसी भी अम्लीय पदार्थों से दूर ही रहना चाहिए.

Hi, I want to tell that my daughter who would complete 10 next month is getting a light yellowish vaginal discharge from last month. On drying the discharge gets powdery. It is not frequent. She has got it for 3 times only till now. She is having good sleep and diet is not up to the mark. No other symptoms. Her weight is 25 kg and height is 4 feet 2" only.

Oh my God lybrate-user she is really malnourished child. Due to this her immunity is low and she is having subclinical infection. Give her proper nourishing diet inclusive of fresh fruits, vegetables,dry fruits and milk. Ask her use vaginal wash to clean her private parts while bathing. If she is not having any foul smell, itching or urinary complaints then these measures are enough to give her relief otherwise see a gynaecologist and examined her properly and take medicines.

According to ayurveda, for treatmnet of obesity, you firstly stop causative factors from your life style. Like drinking too much cold water, eat too much sweets, day sleep, water after meal, lack of exercise, curd, menda etc. * start drinking hot water * stop day sleep * start any exercise in morning, like suryanamaskar, walking, joging, sports * drink juice of turmeric n ginger with honey * take jau barley, instead of ghenhu wheat. * use cow ghee n milk only * boild rice in open pot, don't use cocker. Withdraw water of rice. Yes you can do yoga & suryanamaskar, it will also help you to normalize bp.

1. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg , then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans,soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Some people think that drinking beer helps, but it is not true, it accumulates in your abdomen, making it fatty. 8. Don't take protein supplements for gaining muscles. Consult your doctor for protein supplements. 9. Non Vegetarian Foods Some of the non-vegetarian foods that help increase weight are given below: 1. Red Meat lean ground beef, lean steaks. 2. Pork, ham, lamb 3. Fish: Eat two portions of salmon, cod, or tuna every day. 4. Shrimps: The nutrients and necessary acid content present in shrimps gives healthy calories. 5. Turkey 6. Chicken breast Chicken breast, is supposed to be the healthiest and non-fat part which has approximately 78 calories for each serving. 7. Whole eggs: Eggs are loaded with protein, vitamins A,D and E.
