Medications for heart attack !

Medications given to treat a heart attack include:

Aspirin. The 911 operator may instruct you to take aspirin, or emergency medical personnel may give you aspirin immediately. Aspirin reduces blood clotting, thus helping maintain blood flow through a narrowed artery.
Thrombolytics. These drugs, also called clotbusters, help dissolve a blood clot that's blocking blood flow to your heart. The earlier you receive a thrombolytic drug after a heart attack, the greater the chance you'll survive and with less heart damage.
Antiplatelet agents. Emergency room doctors may give you other drugs to help prevent new clots and keep existing clots from getting larger. These include medications, such as clopidogrel (Plavix) and others, called platelet aggregation inhibitors.
Other blood-thinning medications. You'll likely be given other medications, such as heparin, to make your blood less "sticky" and less likely to form clots. Heparin is given intravenously or by an injection under your skin.
Pain relievers. You may receive a pain reliever, such as morphine, to ease your discomfort.
Nitroglycerin. This medication, used to treat chest pain (angina), can help improve blood flow to the heart by widening (dilating) the blood vessels.
Beta blockers. These medications help relax your heart muscle, slow your heartbeat and decrease blood pressure, making your heart's job easier. Beta blockers can limit the amount of heart muscle damage and prevent future heart attacks.
ACE inhibitors. These drugs lower blood pressure and reduce stress on the heart.
Surgical and other procedures

In addition to medications, you may undergo one of the following procedures to treat your heart attack:

Coronary angioplasty and stenting. Doctors insert a long, thin tube (catheter) that's passed through an artery, usually in your leg or groin, to a blocked artery in your heart. If you've had a heart attack, this procedure is often done immediately after a cardiac catheterization, a procedure used to locate blockages.

This catheter is equipped with a special balloon that, once in position, is briefly inflated to open a blocked coronary artery. A metal mesh stent may be inserted into the artery to keep it open long term, restoring blood flow to the heart. Depending on your condition, your doctor may opt to place a stent coated with a slow-releasing medication to help keep your artery open.

Coronary artery bypass surgery. In some cases, doctors may perform emergency bypass surgery at the time of a heart attack. If possible, your doctor may suggest that you have bypass surgery after your heart has had time ? about three to seven days ? to recover from your heart attack.

Bypass surgery involves sewing veins or arteries in place beyond a blocked or narrowed coronary artery, allowing blood flow to the heart to bypass the narrowed section.

Once blood flow to your heart is restored and your condition is stable, you're likely to remain in the hospital for several days.

Avoid junk, fried and fat foods and eat more fruits, take vitamin-E tablets and drink more water and wash face more often. Take doxycycline tablets and isotretenoin cream.

Hello, you are obesed and need to reduce your wt by 20 kg. * you need to cut your meal by 20%, its of course a difficult task. For you * take salad, fruits, sprouts in much qty with your lunch and timely. * take 3/4 glass of water, dly to eliminate toxins from your body. * go for meditation to reduce your stress, anxiety and depression, being one of the main causes of dark circles under your eyes. * take adequate sleep, this is essential. Please do not skip meals. Do blood test for cbc/lft/kft stool test - r/e also do not take fast-foods/cold drinks/night watching. Take nux vom 30 twice daily 6 pills and give me a feedback after 7 days.

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects

Good morning, mera naam hai Dr. Amol Bamane aur main Rasyog Ayurveda ka founder hun. Aaj main aapko Migraine ke barey mein information dene wala hoon.

Migraine yani nothing but abnormal headache jise kehte hain hum. Jisse bahut hi zyada sardard rehta hain isko migraine kehte hain. Iske symptoms hain kisi bhi ek baju sardard ho jata hain chahe right ho ya left ho toh sardard bahut hi severe hota hai. Kahi baar dekha jata hai ke sooraj jaise jaise uthta hai waise waise dard bahut hi badh jata hai aur sooraj jaise jaise neeche aata toh waise waise woh kam ho jata hai. Doosra vomiting hai, nausea hai, diarrhoea hai cold hands and feet hai. Iske causes hai consumption of alcohol, drugs hai, smoking hai, allergic reaction hai aur blood sugar level agar aapka kam hota hai toh bhi aapko migraine ka issue ho sakta hai. Lack of sleep hai, agar koi sleep acche se uska nahi hota hai toh time to time toh bhi usko migraine ka issue rehta hai.

Excessive work agar hai, stress hai toh bhi yeh issue dekhne mein milta hai. Toh yeh saare iske causes hain. Iske liye mein aaj aapko home remedies batane wala hoon toh pehle aap aadha glass carrot juice lijiye aur uss mein aadha glass of spinach juice lijiye. Woh dono mix kijiye, shake well kijiye aur din mein yeh aap do baar lijiye toh isse bahut hi accha laabhdayak hoga. Doosra home remedies iske liye yeh hai ki aap do cabbage lijiye, cabbage leaves lijiye usse acche se crush lijiye aur ek kapde mein usko rakh ke woh aap local apply kijiye toh usse bhi pains kam ho jayenge.

Teesra ek home remedy iss ke liye hai ki aap remove peels from lemons, five lemons ka peels nikal lijiye, use achhe se crush kijiye, powder kijiye, aur thoda sa paani milake uska paste kijiye aur woh local apply aap kijiye toh usse bhi pain aapka bahut hi kam ho jayega.

Build a better breakfast, Aim to eat anywhere between 400 and 500 calories for your morning meal, and make sure you're including a source of lean protein plus filling fat (e.g. eggs, beans, unsweetened greek yogurt, nuts or nut butters) and fiber (veggies, fruit or 100% whole-grains). Prioritise real, whole foods, means filling up on fresh fruits and veggies, whole grains, low-fat dairy and lean protein. Know your limits with salt Skip sugary beverages Ignore the gimmicks/weight loss hypes Eat your H2O Munch on mineral-rich foods Resist the urge to skip a meal Take a hike or a walk Go to bed/ no sleep deprivation Eat spicy foods seriously cayenne peppers/jalapeños Buy a set of 5-pound weights, strength training builds lean muscle tissue which burns more calories.

Follow these methods and instructions to reduce pimples and darkness on face: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Massage scalp with this oil. 3. Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4. Have a lot of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5. Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Soft drinks contain very high amounts of sugar which increases weight, phosphoric acid & caffeine which cause osteoporosis, pesticides which are very harmful for health. You can instead have coconut water, buttermilk, lassi, milk, fresh fruit juice. Exercise daily for an hour. Include some sports in your daily routine. Increase your physical activity level. Have plenty of whole fruits, raw vegetables & water. Avoid junk/ street/ fast/ processed/ packaged/ sweet foods/ chocolates/ ice cream/ sugar/ excess salt.

Take a glass of nibupani you feel better you have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day for medicine contact on private chat.

Hi, My body pains and dullness in body from 1 week. 4 months ago I had checked my blood due to some illness. In that report my HB was very low that is 6% and iron was 13%. That's it. I don't have fever or cold until today. Please advise.
