I have severe leg pain since 2 days , plzz suggest the medicine to cure the leg pain.
Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Dear lybrate user, please, hold application of oil. Take, plenty of water to keep your scalp, as dry and d oily scalp prevents growth of hair, smoothly. Go for morning walk to restore blood circulation to reach your scalp to nourish it to produce hairs. Of course, meditation will activate your hair follicles, to produce shining hairs. Take, proteinos diet on time. Take, homoeo medicine. @ acid phos 1000-6 pills, wkly. @ jaborandyq-20'drops with 10 drops of water, apply on your scalp, twice a day. Please, report, fortnightly. Hi lybrate-user, You may have been suffering from shin pain. Your calf and hams muscle must be tight. You should consult with physiotherapist for your pain. Use cold pack at least thrice a day. Stretch your tight muscles. Check your foot wear for flat foot.

I have been suffering from one sde leg pain sir for last months. Please tell me solution in house made medicine only.
Most leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues. Leg pain can also be caused by blood clots, varicose veins or poor circulation. To relieve mild pain: stay off your leg as much as possible apply an ice pack or bag of frozen peas to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day elevate your leg whenever you sit or lie down please go to a physiotherapist if: you have pain during or after walking you have swelling in both legs your pain gets worse your symptoms don't improve after a few days of home treatment you have painful varicose veins if you feel the pain is from muscle cramp then you need to drink a lot of water because poor fluid intake (dehydration) may predispose to cramps also low blood levels of either calcium or magnesium directly cause cramps. For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from greying. • Avoid the use of products such as hair colours or excessive shampoo. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo. • Practice SARVANGASAN and BHRAMARI PRANAYAM daily for atleast 3-4 months.

Hello, is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? any underlying medical condition? get an x-ray done. Medication: meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - arnica 200 and rhus tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply schwabe's topi-arnica and topi mp gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.

• Calf Stretches • Standing calf stretch • Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. • Downward dog yoga stretch • Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Beard is purely genetic make up. It could be a pituitary issue, hair follicle or their lack of, or could possible even be genetics. To make hair grow you need to stimulate, moisturize, and cleanse. Use a soft bristle scrub brush for the face and use circular motions using a eucalyptus, menthol, and/or peppermint type cleanser or lotion. The invigoration of the brush and cleanser/moisturizer will wake up that hair follicles and gives them a signal to produce. Make a mixture of Argan oil, Jojoba oil, sesame oil and olive oil and massage your beard and moustache daily to grow and maintain black and smooth hair.

try natural therapy first, Sugar mixed with water and lemon juice will help in exfoliating your face and offer natural bleach to your face. The lemon juice used will help in lightening the color of your facial hair. These three ingredients combine to help effectively remove hair on your face as well as other parts of the body. It is advisable not to use these ingredients on sensitive parts. Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of sugar 10 tablespoons of water 2 teaspoons of lemon juice One small bowl Method: Mix sugar and water in the small bowl. Once the sugar solution is ready, add lemon juice into the bowl and mix well. Now apply this sugar and lemon mixture on your face in the direction of hair growth on the face. Allow this mixture to rest on your face for 15 to 20 minutes. Wash it off with water after 20 minutes, by rubbing the mixture gently with your hands. Repeat this process two to three times a week to see a reduction in facial hair.

Hello,use this home method to get soft and straight hair.Regular hot oil treatments is one the best and easiest ways to keep your hair smooth and well hydrated. The heat and saturation from the warm oil will relax the light wavy and curly pattern of your hair. For hot oil treatment, the best options are coconut, olive, almond or sesame oil. Slightly heat the oil you wish to use in a microwave for about 20 seconds. Apply the warm oil to your hair and massage your scalp for 15 to 20 minutes. Comb your hair thoroughly to evenly distribute the oil. It will also avoid breakage while washing your hair. Cover your hair with a hot wet towel for 30 to 40 minutes. Wash your hair with a mild shampoo. Gently comb your hair (use a wide-toothed comb not a brush) while it is still wet and allow it to air dry.

Hi. If you can follow some basic things then you will get better results in a short period of time, 1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals, 2) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal, 3) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 4) avoid late night sleeping habits, 5) avoid coffee and tea, A) take 30ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVAM and 30 ml of water and 1 TSF of jaggery after meals, B) apply equal quantity mixture of aloe vera juice and divya godhan ark of patanjali ayurveda in the roots of hairs…. Leave it for 30-45 minutes…. After that wash hairs with ROOTZ SHAMPOO (rajah ayurveda) three times in a week, do all things for 30 days. These things are much more effective, avoid use of any shampoo and hair oil…for 30 days…THANKS.
