Dear sir foot pain cn be due to no. Of reasons like abnormal increase in body weight, frequent change in footwear, hard sole of shoes, increase in uric acid etc .so plzz consult us n tell proper history n symptoms like when it increases or decreases for time being you cn go for contrast bath ie dipping foot in hot water fr 4 min then dip in ice cold water fr 1 min repeat it 15 to 20 min

avoid day time sleep. avoid tea , coffee in late evening and after, take rest and balanced diet. 8 hours sleep is ok. 10 pm to 6 am is perfect timing.inform if not ok.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems (including pain in knees & feet) which are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. Exercises: Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

You should take Acupressure therapy and take Biochemic Ferrum phos 200x+ Nat phos 200x, 4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days than consult private online.

Working or studying till late night will leads to generalised weakness and many more lifestyle disorders. Mostly it increases pitta dosha that can be cause for hypertension etc. To supress pitta dosha, one should always take milk regularly and avoid gaseous foods and high oily high spicy food.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. A NIGHT FALL / nocturnal emission / wet dream or involuntary leakage is an involuntary ejaculation of semen that occurs during sleep or along with urine while urination. Studies show that approximately 83% of men experience a nocturnal emission or leakage at some point in their lives. There is nothing wrong with a person if he or she experiences a nocturnal orgasm or nocturnal emission or leakage, as they are normal and healthy experiences. If you have experienced a wet dream, you should not feel ashamed. There is no way to prevent nocturnal orgasms or emissions from happening. Sage tea is the best home remedy which is used to treat conditions such as nightfall. If you drink at least two cups in a day, the chances of getting wet dreams will reduce too. Take fenugreek with honey on a regular basis. Exercise regularly and practice yoga and meditation to keep calm and relaxed. I suggest online sex counseling. Take care.

Take physiotherapy treatment and learn spinal exercise. Don't lift heavy things. Don't sit on floor. Increase intake of water. Drink 2 glass of milk. Take calcium ; multivitamin and vitamin d 3 for 2 month.

Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. Go for a regular walk. Also control your weight properly to bring down the pain.

There are many causes of non-traumatic leg pain. Pain in the leg may be present because of several conditions that may affect joints, muscles and nerves, as nerve compression at the lumbar level of the spine. If you are overweight, try to lose weight. If the pain in the leg is associated with low back pain, then a nerve compression is needed to be checked out. The back pain associated to a nerve compression can produce an inflammatory process that affects nerve roots, and starts traveling pain to the lower limbs and other symptoms as numbness. Muscle cramps are extremely common, and nearly everyone experiences a cramp at some time in their life. Cramps are common in adults and become increasingly frequent with aging. Increase water intake. Include physical activity in your routine ,walking is a good exercise.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. There are multiple causes of shoulder pain which can include issues in ligaments, tendons, bursa or the joint itself. I will advise you that if you have a localized pain in your shoulder without any history of recent significant injury or any associated swelling, redness or any other sign of infection or inflammation, then start with physical therapy, anti inflammatory medications and ice packs at home because most of these pains are due to tendinitis, bursitis or ligaments etc. See if your pain starts improving in 2-3 weeks time, then its ok otherwise I advise mri of the shoulder to see whats going on. Also try to avoid sporting activities using the involved shoulder, rest to shoulder is important. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

Due to spondylitis my wife has LEFT LEG MUSCULAR. PAINS REGULARLY AND SGEIS OF 42/ AND SHE TOOK INJECTIONS OF VITAMINS 2/ YDS BACK IN HER NECK BUT NOW PAIN IN LEGS FROM WAIST TO PALMS .AND DUE TO THIS.
