Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hello, I had dislocated my elbow and was in plaster now taken out but it has been 2 weeks still my hand is not straight. What should I do?

I am feeling week and short of breath sometimes. Sir my platelets count decreased 1lakh40 then I put on a healthy diet it was 2.lakh50 again in two three days platelets drop to 1.lakh70 .now again I am eating iron capsule and healthy diet. I have done all the reports like cbc liver lft typhoidot dengue. All went normal. My esr is 15 .it been month I am feeling weakness in my leg joints. Kindly help.

There was a weakness post viral fever as your platelet count decreasing transiently it may reflect that and as esr was normal there is no so much serious disease it is most liely post viral fever fatigue syndrome take rest anti- oxidant recheck complete hemogram potassium magnesium ldh report and review.

Hi. I am 65 years old lady and my weight is around 90+ kgs. I am having a serious problem with my both knees. It has a huge pain in it. I have consulted many doctors and they have suggested me for knee replacement. But at this age and this much if weight the operation might not be 100% successful. I am very confused whether should I go for the operation or not? I am from delhi and also taking homeopathic treatment on daily basis. I could not able to walk properly due ti heavy pain. Please suggest and help me.

Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Press the point on the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from toe in the foot 20 times by pressing and releasing with a blunt edge of a pen. Further rotate your foot clockwise and anticlockwise 10 times. Massage your leg with both hands. Pl consult after a week.

Hi, runners knee :speed your recovery :-Rest your knee ,Ice your knee to ease pain and swelling, Wrap your knee, Elevate your leg on a pillow when you're sitting or lying down, Do stretching and strengthening exercises, especially for your quadriceps muscles. Get knee MRI done and review with reports to rule out any ligament tear.

My legs specially feet became very sensitive to cold and water from last 6 years or more also there was burning sensation in muscular part of leg below knees and from last two weeks the burning secession shifted to upper part of knee in Thai area and from last three days burning started around lower cervical area and around upper part if cervical spine ine. Neck area and also around elbows.

Dear user, Nervousness or Anxiety disorders are a category of mental disorders characterized by feelings of anxiety and fear, where anxiety is a worry about future events and fear is a reaction to current events. These feelings may cause physical symptoms, such as a racing heart and shakiness. There are a number of anxiety disorders: including generalized anxiety disorder, a specific phobia, social anxiety disorder, separation anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, and panic disorder among others. While each has its own characteristics and symptoms, they all include symptoms of anxiety. Anxiety medicines alone cannot cure anxiety disorders mainly because medicines do not alter behavior. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day.
