Sir from last two days I have problem in breathing n also I have cough n pain in upper back side. Tell me what to do.

This might be because of severe chest congestion along with cough. You can take Montek-LC tablets daily two tablets and Grillinctus-BM cough syrup to get rid off the problem, use high end antibiotic to get rid off infection too.

I am suffering from lower back pain from last 8 months. On consultation to doctor Xray done everything is normal pain killer was suggested for 15 dys and vitamin d tablet but pain is still there. Pls suggest the right treatment for procedure.

Chiropractic Mobilization will help. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Make him lie down, you can apply a bandage at the suspected site. Take him to the medical room or to a hospital.

Hello. Take homoeopathic medicine:- 1. Rhus toxicodendron 200 (5 drops three times a day) 2. Lachesis 30 (5 drops once a day in morning time) do not take anything half an hr before and after the medicine. When we wake up do not get up immediately. I am 40 year old man having joint pain n swelling too. and sometimes I start getting pain on my legs what to do?

This could be due to oa knee &/or obesity. Physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do knee exercises. It may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Contact me again, if needed.

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain inflammation 4) exercise and mannual therapy will help in painfree movement. For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and see to it that he maintains a proper posture during his day to day activities and do neck exercise regularly.
