What is the suitable diet for diabetic person, having BP also, as well as having thyroid.
Hello, A tailored diet chart is very important. There are many such medical parameters, considered before treating such cases. Diet requirement varies from person to person.

Dear lybrate user. I can understand. Alcohol is poison. A single drop of alcohol even damages liver cells. Moreover, alcohol interact with most medicines. Please avoid alcohol. Take care.

Lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. I have already answered this query. Only thing is you had mentioned TSH level as 0.04 mU/L instead of 0.4 mU/L (now mentioned). There is a lot of difference in those levels. 0.4 mU/L is at the lower end of the normal range. If she has no symptoms she should continue that dose (25 mcg). Check TSH after 8 weeks. Thanks.

My TSH level is 11.66 T3 is 117 T4 is 8.3 What should I conclude as TSH is out of range and T3, T4 are well in limit.

Mr. Lybrate-user, I think earlier question is also your only about low lipids. In that you had not mentioned about hypothyroidism. This is the main reason for weight gain and probably affecting lipids along with statin. At tsh 11.6 you have hypothyroidism, which needs to be treated right away. With regards.

I have done my thyroid test T3=0.18 T4=12.10 TSH=89.00 now on 200 mcg dosage of thyroxine since last 3 days.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. TSH 89.00 mU/L is too high, suggesting presence of uncontrolled hypothyroidism. So it is good that you are already on Levothyroxine. Please check TSH level after 6 weeks to see if there is desired reduction. It should be maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L. Then only all the symptoms are in check. Thanks.

Mr. lybrate-user, As I understand you had some thyroid related disorder. Whether it is hypo or hyperthyroidism is not mentioned. According to you now the thyroid hormone levels are normal. But no levels are mentioned so again difficult to comment. As regards cramps and choking sensation it is difficult say exactly why these occur, as no details regarding values of Na, K, Ca, and Vit D3, etc is mentioned. Plus thyroid related conditions can also lead to muscle pains. Thanks.

You had a cardiac arrest & gastric ulcer in the past and both are related to stress and wrong eating habits and you are only 30. Spondilitis is also bothering you but good news for you is that all cardiac reports are normal now. Take a second opinion and get tested again if you have breathless and tightness of chest, get lungs examined by doing a spirometry test, may be it is a respiratory problem due to pollution/ smoking.

I have been suffering from thyroid since last two years. And I have no baby. I am taking treatment regularly but I am not getting well. I want to know that how can I get well soon? And how can I get a baby?

Mr. Lybrate-use, if some one has hypothyroidism and is on treatment then tsh levels have to come down to around 3 to 4 milli units/ml. Plus if a lady wants to be prgnant then tsh levels have to be brought much lower like 0.2 to 2 milli units/ ml even before getting conception and all through the pregnancy. Otherwise first the conception will not occur, or retained or will not develop well. So bringing tsh levels lower is very important.
