My penis is small and weak please help. Me because I could not satisfied my girlfriend.
Hello Raj, Normal size of Penis is 3 inches. Natural ways to increase penis size are as follows: 1) Take Korean red Ginseng 2) Consider taking L-arginine. This is an amino acid that leads to increased blood flow, helping the penis get larger during an erection 3) Watermelon: It has properties that might help increase the size and duration of erections in a similar way arginine. Watermelon contains an amino acid called citrulline, which gets converted into arginine and leads to the dilation of blood vessels. 4) Stop smoking. The size of your penis, whether it's flaccid or erect, depends on how much blood it contains. Using tobacco products causes the body's arteries to become narrower, which in turn reduces blood flow to the penis 5) Exercise regularly. Moving your body enhances circulatory healthy, strengthening the arteries that carry blood to your penis. Find your pelvic floor by tightening the same muscle you use to stop your urine flow. Tighten and release the muscle 8 times. Rest and do it 8 more times, and again until you've done 3 or 4 sets. 6) Do not fall prey to Viagra or other advertisements

5 to 6 inches in erect state is average Indian size length ( may vary from 4.7 to 6.3 inches worldwide when erect). Circumference is 4.8 inches, diameter is 1.5 inches. Penis grows slowly till 12 years and then grows rapidly till 19 to 20 years and then stops growing. It's size is determined by genetics/ hereditary and early hormonal influence. So it’s size cannot be changed after 20 years. What is your size in flaccid and erect state? Also, don’t compare yours with African race or some European race wherein males have huge sized penis. Asian race like Japanese and others have smaller ones than Indians as an average, so be happy with your size and size does not determine happiness, performance and other things count. There are many websites claiming oils and tablets to do the trick, they all swindle money with no use. Women are not as bothered bout their partners size than men, they like the performance and how you satiate them rather. All the best

I am suffering from fever from last 7 days and now I am felling very much tired kindly tell me is their any thing to ...
Fever is not considered medically significant until body temperature is above 100.4 F (38 C). Fever serves as one of the body's natural defences against bacteria and viruses which cannot live at a higher temperatures. Also, the body's defence mechanisms seem to work more efficiently at a higher temperature -Fevers of 104 F (40 C) or higher may be dangerous and demand immediate treatments like: -Acetaminophen (dolo-650 mg) twice or thrice can be used to lower a fever . Aspirin should not be used for fever in children/ adolescents or during a viral illness. -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -A fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami, Amla juice etc. -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .avoid outside food -Wash hands frequently with soap and water especially after returning from public places or public transport. -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection and the accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly
