Thats a good question and it is a rare complaint. You need to do good activity either in a gym or under the guidance of a physiotherapist. Postural correction exercises are important to correct the disturbed posture. Swimming activities can also be done to improve the muscular flexibility however the leg length from hip or pelvis to lateral malleolus is less it is important to compare both the leg measurements and we have to correct the foot wear by raising the heel inches by 1-3 inches which will be helpful or else we can also add heel cushion which is available ready made in the surgical shops and it can be worn inside the shoes. This will definitely help you to improve the walking pattern ie. The gait pattern, later let us know after trying all these we will help you. It does not cause any physical injury or harm to the body, and can be performed in moderation throughout a person's lifetime as a part of normal sexual behavior. It will not affect you or your ability to have children in the future. If you wish to reduce the frequency of masturbation: It originates from brain, due to thinking about sex. Hence: ·     Do not watch adult material. ·     Concentrate more on your studies or work. ·     Exercise regularly.

1.Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2.It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 2-3 times a week. 3.Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, loss of facial glow and sexual problem.. 4.Consult sexologist for further advice

You are overweight for your height. Weight reduction is advisable. Get an ECG and stress test done, more so if you have any chest pain, to rule out cardiac problems.

Hello, As you are having cough since 3 months, get your blood tested (empty stomach) for – CBC, ESR, AEC, Widal, Peripheral smear for MP, Sputum examination, Urine (R & M) and Stool examination (R & M) done. (In case required, may advise you some other tests later). Revert me back with the reports for proper treatment.

Here are some home remedies to cure acidity...  - Skip the aerated drinks as well as the caffeine. Opt for herbal tea instead.  - Have a glass of lukewarm water everyday.  - Include banana, watermelon and cucumber in your daily diet. Watermelon juice is great for curing acidity.  - Nariyal paani is known to soothe the system if you suffer from acidity.  - Drink a glass of milk - everyday.  - Have your last meal at least two to three hours before you hit the sack.  - Keeping long intervals between meals is another cause for acidity. Have small but regular meals.  - Try to avoid pickles, spicy chutneys, vinegar, etc.  - Boil some mint leaves in water and have a glass of this after meals.

Mujhe saans ki problm hai khaskar upstairs jane ke baad ya after walking. Aisa lagta jaise nose me kuch fassa hua balgam type and raat ko kharrate bhi kafi leti hun. Dakaar bhi kabhi nhi aata. Migraine ki kafi problm rehti. Week me 3 times attack aata migraine ka. Kabhi kabhi chest me bhi jalan rehti and fingers and arms me shivering and sleeping time ya bed pe lete time legs apne aap move krti ya baar bar move krni padti. Shivering bhi hoti. please help me.

Please Avoid lethargic life style Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily with relaxed mind Do pranayam and yoga daily Take salads and fruits more Avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, processed food Put SHADBINDU OIL drops in both nostrils regularly Take Sy Kankasav 15 ml twice a day for 7 days Somasav 15 ml twice a day for 7 days Reconsult after 7 days for further advice.
