Hello, due to wrong feeding habit like irregular hours of eating improper food, excess of fatty acid n starches food drink grapes, pear, plum, tomato, cucumber, carrot spinach home made juice 1/2 times a teaspoonful of coriander juice mixed with pinch of turmeric powder and apply pounded orange and lemon peel apply on affected area.

Hye. Thanks for the query. Summer can not only dehydrate you but also draw you off of energy and stamina, making you feel unwell and feeling low. A healthy and balanced diet is essential, especially in the summer. The summer heat deprives our body of all the energy. Excessive perspiration in summer results in dehydration. Rehydration is essential irrespective of the activity levels and thirst pangs. Liquids at very cold temperatures should be avoided. Increased consumption of very cold liquids, results in the constriction of the blood vessels. This in turn reduces the loss of heat which is essential in summers. Holy basil seeds/ tulsi seeds added to water or fruit juices proves an effective cooling drink for the summers. Soft drinks contain added sugar, preservatives and colors. Therefore fresh fruit juices without added sugar are preferred in summers. Fried foods, such as french fries, potato patties, chips, samosa, wada pav should be restricted thereby reducing the thermal effect of fat. A light and healthy meal will make you feel comfortable. Avoid very spicy foods. Whole fresh fruits supply a good amount of water, in addition to minerals and vitamins. A bountiful supply of vegetables and fresh fruits are beneficial. Lemon juice, barley water, butter milk and tender coconut water are the best sources of hydration.

Hello lybrate-user, some tips to lose weight are 1.1. Eat small and frequent 4 -5 meals in a day, instead of 3 heavy meals. 2. Drink 3 -4 lts of water daily. 3. Include high-protein foods like milk and milk products, paneer, dals, soybeans, eggs, chicken/fish (if non-vegetarian). Reduce excess carbohydrate intake like rice, banana, chips, burgers, pizzas, etc 4. Minimize sugar intake in the form of sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, etc 5. Use less of oil to cook your food as well as stop eating fried stuff like puris, chips, samosas, etc. 6. Include 30 minutes brisk walks 5-6 times a week. We also can plan your daily diet plans where you can achieve 4-5 kg weight loss in a month.

My wife had her ovaries & uterus removed due to infection in a laparoscopic operation in May 2014.Now, she is having minor discharge occasionally. Doctors have checked & say it could be due to vaginal infection and prescribed medicines. But it continues. What could be the reason?

In the first place if there is uterine infection or ovarian infection, treatment is not removal of those organs. Treatment is only drainage of pus and antibiotic. As it will spread infection to the surrounding organs. Please get ultrasound or CT scan

A glass of warm water mixed with the juice of half a lemon. A teaspoonful of honey can be added Have it early in the morning. Dinner – Whole grain bread or chapattis, steamed vegetables and any seasonal fruit except banana and apple.

Your problem can be related to Muscular Spasm.Due to old age,lack of exercise ,your back muscles are weak and whilee in same posture during sleep there i no movement for long,these muscle go into spasm.and hence you feel pain.After some movement these spasmed muscles becomes somebut mobile and hence pain reduces. Hello lybrate-user ji. For sleep problem you can do massage of some oils like coconut oil or amla oil on your head by relaxing way with finger tips. Go for sleep at proper time around 9-10 pm. Take one glass warm milk and add half spoon ghee in that and sugar for taste. Avoid all stress. Be relax. Take some deep breaths before sleep. Try to be in present. Take more fruits. Salads in diet.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Many men who suffer from hair loss are found to have zinc deficiencies. Hi lybrate-user 1) Have a healthy breakfast everyday: Our bodies fast overnight when we sleep and need nourishment as soon as we wake up. If you have a healthy breakfast, you will feel less hungry during the rest of the day. 2) Focus more on eating foods that give nourishment, not calories: Eating healthy and including physical exercise in your schedule will help you achieve your ideal weight. 3) Make sure your refrigerator always has some veggies and fruits: Whenever you feel hungry, it is advisable to snack on fruits and veggies. So, stock carrots, apples, strawberries, musk melons and more of such amazing food items that are healthy yet yummy. 4) Have unsweetened beverages not diet soda: Diet drinks make your sweet tooth crave for more and also add to your waistline. Instead, try green tea that is loaded with antioxidants. 5) Eat a healthy meal with the plate method: Let half your plate be filled with low or non starchy veggies. A quarter can have whole grain elements. The last portion of your plate can have proteins. 6) Reduce your intake of carbs: To be able to lose weight quickly, one needs to refrain from eating too many carbs. You must choose to have higher fiber, lower carb food items instead. 7) Use smaller lunch and dinner plates: Buy smaller plates! Yes, this tiny trick can train your mind into eating less quantity of food. 8) Relish non-healthy food, but in small portions: Totally denying yourself of things you love to eat can leave you feeling frustrated. you should do sonography of abdomen or endoscopy but first consult family doctor persnolly meanwhile i suggest you some remedies first of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time 2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3.dont drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4.avoid late night sleep 5.panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2.audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner

Pimple is a disorder of sebaceous glands on the skin. You need proper treatment for betterness of acne and for prevention and treatment of complications of acne. For eg: hyperpigmentation, scars etc. Treatment depends on the severity of acne and thus need proper examination of the types and no. Of lesions. Scars n marks are also treatable with peels, lasers and mda. You should not use skinbrite cream for a long time, consultantation with skin specialist is v imp. As such creams can do a lot of harm for your skin. Always sunscreen daily, at least twice.

Causes of High BP: * High salt intake * Excess consumption of Alcohol, coffee * Obesity (overweight) * Lack of Exercise (sedentary lifestyle) * Due to lack of sleep. * Due to Anxiety * Due to menopause To control or maintan BP normal there are some instructions are given below: •Do not take salt in high amount or try to avoid it because high sodium level increase BP. • Eat less amount of pickle and fast food, fast food contain high sodium. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of coffee and tea both increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Do exercise daily, running and long walk. • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. For healthier teeth you should follow some routines. Brush regularly two times daily with soft bristle toothbrush. Rinse your mouth after each meal. Floss your tooth to prevent food impaction. Avoid sticky and sweetened food and tobacco products. Alcohol and smoking. Visit a dentist regularly every 6 months.
