Dear lybrate user I hope this message finds you in good health. To prevent hair fall, you can follow some simple steps as listed below: 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home). 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain pH balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin C like amla and oranges. 10. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to flush out toxins from the body.

Hi lybrate-user, To stop hair fall use triphla powder mixed with curd applies on your scalp, at least thrice a week. Second you can use onion juice or fenugreek paste on your scalp, start taking 1.Saptamrit lauh 2 tablets twice in a day with water after meal. 2.Maha bhringraj oil for external use massage on your scalp with the help of finger tips. Leave it for overnight. Include at least 50 gm paneer daily in your diet drink plenty amount of water at least 10--12 glasses per day. Clssical&common migraine: paroxysmal disorder charaterized by unilateral headach may become generalized, commonly in young adulthood between 10-30 years, family history +ve in 50%cases, more in females with pyrodomal symptoms like nausea, vomiting, and visual symptoms,(scotomata, scintillations, lachrimation, photophobia due to vasoconstriction of cranial vessels while headach due to following vasodilation last for few hours to days. Cluster migraine common in male, unilateral pain more at night developed rapidly and severe. Pain last for 20-60 min's and may re occur at same night or pain free period for months - year. Treatment avoid triger factors like cheese, chocolate, stress, contraceptive pills, anxiety, steriod. Homoepathic treatment spigelia, mag phos, iris versicolor, colocynths are good homeo medicines for this problem.

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

When ever I sleep and get up I vl get headache from last week.
Headache after getting up from sleep can be due to muscle fatigue, tension type headache, dehydration over 8-10 hours of sleep or may be due to an independent sleep disorder. Follow some general suggestions - have a light dinner with lots of fruits and salads at least 1-2 hours before going to bed. - donot exercise in evening hours, shift exercises to morning. - get up in the morning at fixed times. - avoid smoking or alcohol - consult an eye specialist if you have problems in vision. - have plenty of fluids during day, avoid tea, coffee and aerated drinks.

If you want to gain weight, then I would recommend you a easy diet plan, Do some exercise also, it will help you to gain weight. No needs to take any supplement. Diet Plan: 1. Dear, apply these methods to get rid of lots of body hairs: * give to heavy massage to all the parts with lots of hairs. Massage loose down the hair roots and hairs fall progressively fast. *make a paste by adding 1 table spoon of gram wheat (besan) and 1 table spoon of turmeric powder in luke warm water. Rub the paste on the areas where the hair growth are high to ged rid of hairs. * take a bath with hot water added with 10-15 leaves of neem regularly.

Hello, liberate user, though not clearly diagnosed, it might be swellings of lymph node, aggraveted by cold intake. Drink, lukewarm water. Inhale steam twice. Gargle with hot saline water. Causes:: Genetic factors, family history, overall aging process, normal life variations including temporary severe stress, illness, nutritional changes, hormonal changes like those in pregnancy, puberty, and menopause may cause a reversible hair loss. 1. Chop some onions (pyaz) into fine pieces and squeeze out the juice. Apply this to hair and scalp and leave it for 15 minutes. Rinse it with shampoo. 2. Crush a few cloves of garlic (lehsun), add in a little coconut oil and boil for a few minutes. Cool it till it becomes warm and apply it on the scalp with a little massaging action. Repeat two to three times a week for best results. 3. Take coconut milk and add a little water to it. Apply this to the scalp and allow it to stay overnight. Rinse this the next morning. 4. Add two teaspoons of amla juice/ powder and mix with equal quantity of freshly squeezed lime juice. Mix well, apply to the scalp and leave it to dry; then rinse using warm water. 5. Take some flowers of rose (gulab) add some water to it and make a paste. Apply it on hair and keep it for an hour and then wash the hair.

After a heart attack in May I was prescribed, amongst other things, 40 mgs of atorvastatin daily as a precaution. My consultant cut it down to 20mgs in September as cholesterol levels seemed fine and I have no further appointments to see the consultant. Latest blood test showed my cholesterol.

Please control cholesterol by diet only. Avoid statins because of long term side effects. Lemon juice and apple cider vinegar does bring down cholesterol. But you seem to be having near normal levels. Don't cut down good fats like a spoon of desi ghee or butter and a katori of assorted nuts. We do require good fats like a car requires good oil for machinery to run smoothly.

I am 50 yr old male. I sliped on road a 5yrs ago and had some bad injuries to my legs. Now I am quite fine but sometimes my ankle pains and swells even my nerves at that point ache, making me unable to walk. I consulted relevant doctors and showed my scaning reports, they aren't able to find any problem, but my ankle aches not frequently but for about in 3months interval. Jhaiya Hatane Ke Gharelu Nuskhe - झाइयों का इलाज

ये प्रदूषण, गर्मी, भागदौड़ भरी अनियमित लाइफस्टाइल ऐसे में तो शरीर के हर हिस्से बुरी तरह प्रभावित होते हैं। पर सबसे ज्यादा और जल्दी इसका बुरा प्रभाव दिखने लगता है हमारे चेहरे पर। जी हां कील,मुहांसे,पिंपल्स, दाग धब्बे झाइयां आदि और ये खतरनाक होते हैं कि बस इनसे छुटकारा मिलना मुश्किल हो जाता है। लेकिन क्या करें समस्या तो गंभीर हैं पर इनके कारणों से तो पूरी तरह बच नहीं सकते तो जरूरी है कि हमें इससे बचने के साथ ही इसके उपचार करने की टिप्स भी मालूम हो। तो आज इसी सिलसिले में हम बात करेंगे चेहरे पर आने वाली झाइयों की।
झाइयां त्वचा संबंधी समस्या हैं जो किसी भी व्यक्ति को हो सकती है। झाइयाँ हल्के भूरे रंग की होती है जो धूप में ज्यादा देर तक रहने से त्वचा पर निकल आती हैं यह समूह में भी पैदा होती है आपके चेहरे पर एक भी दाग दिखे तो आप सतर्क हो जाइए ये अनाकर्षक होती है इसलिए ये चेहरे पर फैल जाए इससे पहले ही आप इसके निजात पाने के उपाय अपनाएं। और उपचार के उन नुस्खों के लिए जरूरी नहीं कि आप डॉक्टर या स्किन एक्सपर्ट के पास ही जाए या कास्मेटिक यूज़ करें बल्कि आप हमारे बताए कुछ घरेलू टिप्स घर पर ही आजमाएं साफ सुथरी बेदाग निखरी त्वचा पाएं।

1. शहद 
शहद में ऐसे एंजाइम होते हैं जो त्वचा पर झाई से बने काले धब्बे मिटा सकते हैं। शहद और गेंहू का आटा मिलाएं और उसे अच्छी तरह से अपने चेहरे पर लगायें। 10 मिनट तक रखकर गुनगुने पानी से धो लें।

2. प्याज 
प्याज में सल्फर होता है जो हर तरह के दाग मिटाने में गुणकारी होता है। लाल प्याज का पेस्ट बनाकर चेहरे पर झाई वाली जगह पर लगाएं। चाहें तो आप प्याज की स्लाइज काटकर भी चेहरे पर मल सकते है पर पेस्ट ज्यादा असरदार होता है।

3. आलू 

आलू झाई कम करने के लिए बेहतरीन नुस्खा है। आलू छीलकर उसकी 1 स्लाइस काट लें। एक बर्तन में थोड़ी छाछ लेकर उसमे यह स्लाइस डुबोकर झाई पर रगड़ें। लगातार 5 मिनट तक मालिश करते रहें। हफ्ते में 3 बार यह उपाय करें और कुछ ही दिनों में झाइयों से मुक्त चेहरा पाएं।

4. पुदीने के पत्ते 
 एक पका केला बर्तन में मसल लें। पुदीने के पत्तों को पीसकर उसमे मिलाएं। यह मिश्रण झाई की जगहों पर लगाएं। जब यह पैक पिघलना शुरू हो जाए तब पानी से चेहरा धो लें।

5. फ्रूट्स मास्क
फलों का मास्क बनाने के लिए पपीता, हिसालू, ककड़ी और अनानास इन सभी फलों को इक्वल क्वांटिटी में पीसकर पेस्ट बनाएं और झाई की जगहों पर लगाएं। 15 मिनट तक रखकर फिर धो लें। आपको त्वचा में बदलाव दिखने लग जायेगा।

6. खट्टी मलाई 
खट्टी मलाई में मौजूद लेक्टिक अम्ल त्वचा से झाई मिटाने में काफी असरदार होता है। थोड़ी सी खट्टी मलाई को चेहरे पर लगाएं। सूखने तक रुकें। फिर टिश्यू पेपर से उसे पोछ लें। त्वचा की शुष्कता को मिटाने के लिए मॉइस्चराइजर लगा लें।

7. नीम्बू का रस 

नीम्बू बेहद फायदेमंद फल है इस फल में प्राकृतिक अम्लीय गुण मौजूद होते हैं, अतः यह चेहरे पर पैदा होने वाले किसी भी दाग पर सुधार करता है। इसलिए एक नीम्बू को 2 भागों में काटें और रसभरे भाग को चेहरे के झाइयों वाले भाग पर लगाएं। 15 मिनट तक प्रतीक्षा करने के बाद इसे धो लें।

8. टमाटर
टमाटर लाइकोपीन  से भरपूर होता है, जो कि एक शक्तिशाली एंटी ऑक्सीडेंट है और त्वचा की किसी भी तरह की समस्या को दूर करने की क्षमता रखता है।  एक पका टमाटर लें और इसे पीसकर महीन पेस्ट बनाएं। अब इस पेस्ट से  2 से 3 मिनट तक चेहरे की मालिश करें। फिर इसे 15 मिनट के लिए छोड़कर दोबारा हल्के हाथों से मालिश करें। इसके बाद सादे पानी से धो लें।

9. एलोवेरा और हरे नारियल का पानी
एलोवेरा में त्वचा की मरम्मत करने और इसे पोषण देने के बेहतरीन गुण होते हैं। इसके पत्तों में मौजूद विटामिन इ त्वचा के लिए बेहतरीन एंटीऑक्सीडेंट का काम करता है। दूसरी तरफ हरे नारियल पानी में चेहरे की रंजकता और बेरंगपने को दूर करने के बेहतरीन गुण होते हैं। एलोवेरा जेल को पीसकर तथा इसे साफ़ सूती के कपड़े से छानकर घर बैठे एलोवेरा जेल बना लें। एलोवेरा के इस जेल को नारियल पानी के साथ 2:1 के अनुपात में मिश्रित करें और कम से कम 20 मिनट के लिए छोड़ दें। अंत में अपने चेहरे को हरे नारियल पानी से धो लें। अच्छे रिजल्ट्स के लिए इसे रोज़ाना 1 से 2 बार दोहराएं।

10. हल्दी और चन्दन 
हल्दी और चंदन का इस्तेमाल सदियों से चेहरे की देखभाल के लिए किया जाता रहा है, एक इंच ताज़ा हल्दी की जड़ लें और इसे पीसकर पेस्ट बनाएं। अब चन्दन की लकड़ी को पत्थर पर घिसकर इसका पेस्ट तैयार करें। अब हल्दी के पेस्ट को 2 चम्मच चन्दन के पेस्ट के साथ मिश्रित करें और इसे अपनी त्वचा पर लगाएं। इसे पूरी तरह सूखने दें और फिर धीरे धीरे 2 मिनट तक मालिश करके चेहरे से इसे हटा लें। इसके बाद इसे पानी से धो लें।

11. केसर, दूध और जायफल 
2 चम्मच कच्चे गाय के दूध में केसर के 3 से 4 दाने 2 से 3 घंटों तक भिगोकर रखें। अब दूध में ही केसर के दानों को पीस लें तथा इसमें आधा चम्मच पिसा हुआ जायफल मिश्रित करें। इन्हें अच्छे से मिक्स करके एक तरल सा पैक तैयार करें। इस पैक का प्रयोग चेहरे के प्रभावित भागों पर परतों में करें। एक बार पहली परत के सूख जाने पर दूसरी परत का प्रयोग करें। इस तरह 3 से 4 परतें लगाएं और अंत में अपने हाथों से इसे मलकर धो लें।

Some people naturally hv lots of chromogenic bacteria in their mouth which causes staining of teeth v soon n also wen you hv heavily coloured food stuff n also coffee n tea n coloured cool drinks, they cause stains soon. After scalling it is adviced to avoid such food stuufs n drinks for at least a week as your fresh tooth surface tends to catch stains soon. Minor scratches on tooth also catches stains soon. These scratches can b removed by polishing n to a great extent by enamel microabrasion. Visit your dentist for the same. Meanwhile use whitening toothpastes such as snowdent.
