Typhoid fever goes down in tapering way. You might be having post typhoid weakness. Typhoid fever diet should be of high calorie and high proteins. Have lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Drink plenty of liquids. Take adequate rest. Hope this helps you.

Hair is primarily made of protein and, therefore, it makes sense to eat a protein-rich diet if you’re trying to maintain your healthy hair. However, eating a steak every day isn’t going to help you. High-fat diets will result in increased testosterone levels, which has been linked to hair loss -- so steaks are not among the foods that prevent hair loss. Stick to leaner proteins such as fish (which has a myriad of health benefits beyond just maintaining your hair), chicken, calf’s liver, brewer’s yeast, low-fat cheese, eggs, almonds, beans, and yogurt. Soy milk and tofu are also smart to add to your diet because they are high in protein and low in bad fats.

Hello,take homoeopathic medicines 1.Thuja 1M (4 drops in little water) only one dose (on 1st day) After that ( on 2nd day) 2.Baryta Carb 200 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days. Things to do 1.Daily body stretch for 2 minutes early morning.This can be done by standing on your fingers of feets,arms joined upwards.,looking upwards while stretching yr body upwards. 2.Do Yoga 3.Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. 4.2 glass milk daily 5.Green leafy vegetables in diet 6.Avoid stress and anger.

1. If it is typhoid, you have to take a course of antibiotic for 10-14 days 2. Take bland semi solid diet like rice with yogurt, porridge, barley, fruit (avoid skin/seeds) custard, avoid spicy, oily and fatty food. Take light and easily digestible diet. Take meals at short interval to avoid nausa/vomiting. Avoid meat/poultry/egg 3. Drink plenty of water/lime juice/ glucose water/ coconut water, sugar cane/ fresh fruit (avoid citrus fruits) juice, milk 4. Take rest.

Hi lybrate-user Set goals– Its important to set a goal to reach the goal, without a specific goal in mind you do not reach anywhere Have a plan -Before beginning your journey towards healthy weight , have a plan ready to follow and try to follow it as much as you can. Chew food well– Half of the digestion happens in your mouth, when food mixes well with your saliva, teeth are there for chewing food well, don’t just gulp your food down the throat, few not well digested can also lead to gaining weight Eat slowly, eat mindfully– Eating slowly and giving attention to what you eat helps you to digest your food well and also helps you enjoy the process of eating Eat vegetables with every meal- It is important to include vegetables in form of salads, soups or sabji with every meal, vegetables are good sources of vitamins and minerals plus are low in calories, it helps give feeling of satiety. Eat protein with every meal– Protein are important part of our diet, they help increase our metabolism and also help to repair wear and tear of body muscles. A diet with required amount of lean proteins aids in weight loss Cook at home– Avoid outside foods, they are high in not so good fats, colours, salt and preservatives. Learn to read labels – It is very important to know what goes into the food you eat, some of the things, like hidden fats and sugars can infact make you overweight Avoid foods with high salt content – They may lead to water retention Start eating healthy not dieting– Choose your foods well, learn what is good for you and your body and what is not Love your body- It has been working to keep you working day and night, it needs good attention from you too. Give it real and nourishing foods Sleep well- Lack of sleep leads to gaining weight Keep stress at bay– Being stress can be one of the reason for weight gain. Do not be discouraged , weight loss takes time and quick fixes are not long lasting Never lose sight of your goal. Avoid drinking calories – Avoid drinks high in sugars and calories. Exercise Regularly Do not binge eat after diet slip ups– We are all humans and are subject to err, its natural to slip up sometimes, but that does not mean we fail, we can get back to eating healthy the next moment. Please understand, semen is a liquid base which contains sperm cells. when you ejaculate inside the vagina, the sperm cells are alive and they climb through the vaginal wall towards uterus and one will find the female egg for insemination. Left over seminal liquid and other immobile sperm cells flow out of vagina because they do not have any functions inside vagina further. this is normal procedure and there is nothing to worry about this.
