Ab packs are well toned abdominal (belly) muscle. To get ab packs follow these methods: 1. On abdomen (belly) there is a layer of fatty tissue. First you have to dissolve the belly fat. For this, start running in morning. Start with 10-15 minute fast walk and then running for 2-5 minutes. Slowly increase the running time upto 15 minutes. 2. Eat lots of green vegetables and lessamount of fat rich foods like butter, cream, fried food. 3. For gaining ab muscles, increase protein rich foods- soyabean, careals, cheese, eggs. * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. 4. For proper shapeof 6 pack abs, follow proper exercise for abs. Do crunches exercise regularly. Follow these instructions seriously and get six packs abs definitely.

Hi, if few of the guidelines are followed then you can avoid side effects of aloe vera juice. -always chose a good and reliable brand. -take juice as per the directions written over the bottle. -take juice for 3-4 months then discontinue it's use (or else take as per your doctor's advise. (anything taken in excess, has side effects including water)

DEAR Lybrate USER. This problem is due to irritation and inadequate nutrition of the brain. So follow few basic things …. 1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 2) don’t drink water one hour before meals and one hour after meal…3) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast, fermented and stale foods…. 4) avoid coffee and tea…5) try to sleep upto 10.30 pm …6) do anuloma viloma pranayam regularly early in the morning. A) eat 1 TSF of CELERY FRUIT along with 1 TSF of jiggery after meals. B) take 60 ml of AUDUMBARAVLEHA along with 10 ml of honey early in the morning and at night before sleep. C) take 2 tablets of MAHALAXMIVILAS RASA along with AUDUMBARAVLEHA at night before sleep…. D) instill 3-4 drops of CHANDANADI TAILA in each nostril at the time of sleeping……Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. THANKS.

Dear, you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. * very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can do surya namaskar yogasan daily to improve your stamina under the guidance of yoga expert.

It's a behaviour problem, can be countered by a strong will power only. No medicines can correct it. Try yoga or meditate when there's an urge to eat anything. Make a diet chart to suit your needs. Stick it on fridge, every time you have an urge to eat, chart will serve as a reminder.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

Take low calorie and low sodium and high protein food. Don't take rice at night. 4-5 meals in a day in a frequent intervals. Take 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp of alsi powder in the morning and go for walk.

Hello it is absolutely very important to eat mostly healthy foods even if you are trying to gain weight. Here are food groups and few tips to gain weight, follow this - * You need to eat more calories than your body burns in order to gain weight. Aim for 300-500 calories per day above your maintenance level, or 700-1000 calories if you want to gain weight fast. * Protein forms the building blocks of your muscles. Eating sufficient protein is required to gain muscle weight instead of just fat. *High-protein foods include meats, fish, eggs,  many dairy products, legumes, nuts and others. * In order to gain weight, eat at least 5 meals per day and make sure to eat plenty of fat, carbs and protein. * Don’t drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. * Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories. Get enough sleep. Sleep for 7 to 8 hours. If possible take afternoon nap for half an hour. For better results and daily diet plan consult me privately. Take care.

Hi lybrate-user here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit.
