Please suggest me workout and diet plan in home itself to loose weight and belly fat.
To burn belly fat you need to avoid packed food that contain sugar, oil & salt, reduce grains like wheat & rice and increase natural food like fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts & seeds. Do 30 mins of cardio exercise in morning.

I am diabetic patient since last three yrs. During routine check up it was found that my creatinine is 1.04. Six months back it was 0.89. Fasting sugar is 110 and PP is 115. My age is 54. What should I do to lower the creatinine level back up to 0.7 to 0.8. Microalbumin in urine is 1.70. Normal range is up to 30. My fasting sugar is always between 100 and 110. How to lower this? I am taking Glycomet SR 500 tab in half. That is 250 mg once in a day in evening. I am much worried about kidney health.

Hi lybrate-user the earliest feasible indicator to predict kidney function derangement in patients of diabetes is urine microalbumin and not kidney function test (kft) which unfortunately is most commonly prescribed. Amongst the parameters tested in kft it is serum creatinine that is most commonly focussed by both doctors and patients. Serum creatinine is a byproduct of protein metabolism in the body. It's normal values differs for ages, for sex and for your body state of health. Hence unless it is very much out of range you don't needy to worry much because at low levels it fluctuates. Your urine microalbumin is within range. Hence you are safe. Regards.

Do regular exercise,, jogging or walking,,take high protein,,take butter with bread,,take pea nut butter with boiled potatoes,,take chocolate+banana+milk shake,,,take milk daily,,take protein powder

I consuming approx 6 no of raw eggs the evening time before going to gym but I want to know that, can I take more no of raw eggs in a single day (morning and evening) because I want to start workout in morning time as well to build good muscles. Is there any side effects of consuming more raw eggs.

Hye. I would advise you to try and bump up your protein intake by taking 3 whole and about 10 egg whites instead in each session of practice. Depending on what level and intensity of workout you are doing you will still achieve almost 30 grammes of protein for whites itself and get the benefits of the fats in the yolk as well. Secondly, raw eggs is an absolute no. Please go for hard boiled eggs instead. Also remember your basic diet is crucial too. You can't exclusively depend on eggs for health.

For pimples, clear gel- apply after bath over pimples epiduo gel- apply at bedtime for 15-20 min then wash with water and then cetaphil moisturizer-apply moisturizer over full face klin face wash-as a face wash. Do not squeez n prick the pimples.

Dear lybrate user, increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of protein supplement. The most effective protein supplement is whey protein. For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.
