Know About Tea

Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT), Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health Management

Know About Tea
  • We indians have a unique love for tea, every person has its own version of tea. Someone wants it strong, some sweet some more milk etc. It is not bad to have tea, tea contain anti oxidants which are very good to take care of fre radicald hence help in delay aging. But remember never take tea first thing in the morning. Try to eat a banana first thing in morning. Banana is a whole food it itself. It provides our body metabolism boost and neccesary nutrients required.
  • Green tea should only be consumed post breakfast or lunch. Apple causes gastritis hence an shud never be consumed empty stomach.

Dear user if coitus was prior to her bleeding. Thn there is no issue. But if coitus is done after her cycle Thn there r chances. It's better to go for urine pregnancy test at home after 10 days. But I feel she will get periods. Thnx.

My aunt is 22 years old. She is married. While having breast pain a sticky fluidal (no color) discharge is coming from her left breast. Whats the reason? She is not pregnant and dnt have any babies.

This is a common compliant. Women in this age undergo changes in breast due to hormonal changes. This discharge usually changes with the menstrual cycle. If it is persisting/bloody discharge would need further evaluation with mammography/ultrasound .Or else it is self limiting.

If you have not had sex in 2 months you are unlikely to pregnant. Check urine pregnancy test and plan the next step.

How Homeopathy Works For Painful Menses And Menopause?

BHMS,FMC-Physician,Dermato Cosmetologist.
General Physician, Mumbai

Homeopathy works excellently or rather better than modern medicine. Every female has different types of menstrual pain. Instead of taking allopathic painkillers, after taking a brief history, tailored homeopathic medications can be prescribed, thus the side effects of allopathic pain killers can be avoided. Similarly instead of taking hormonal treatment, homeopathy works better to control menopausal symptoms.
