Hello dr,
I am 26 years old female. My weight is 74 kgs and height is 5'4".i generally suffer from pain of knees. Whenever I stand for a longer period or sit for a longer period. My knees get stiff and to bend them is very painful. My knees make a sound while bending. From 2 to 3 days my knees are hurting badly. Is it because of my weight? What should I do?

Knee and legs pain can be because of many reasons. Get a blood tests done for c reactive protein, uric acid and esr along with cbc. Get an x ray done for knee lat and ap view. Start with some vit b12 supplement. Then consult a good physiotherapist...
