Dear lybrate-user, I think you can get started with some oral isotretinoin after consulting a near by dermatologist. Work on your diet and exercise as well. Continue washing your face with cetrilak or acnelak soap at least 3-4 times a day. Do write to me if needed any further help.

Dear lybrate-user, please use cold pack on the back 3-4 times a day for 10-15 mins. Can go for nsaids after consulting a general physician. Bluish discoloration will resolve spontaneously with time. Do write to me if needed any further help.

Dear Vigneshwaram, generally software professionals suffer from neck pain due to spending their day in the same posture for prolong period of time. You can take hot water fomentation on the cervical/ neck area. In the office hours dont spend your day in the same position at a stretch for more that 1-2 hours instead get up from your place do some stretching exercises of the neck and then go back to your seat. Dear Manish, You can get started with hot water fomentation. Take rest and once you are out of the severe pain you can get started with back and abdominal muscle strengthening exercises. Avoid forward bending exercises. If pain still stays go for investigations like MRI of back/LS spine. Do write to me if needed any further help.

She can get started with hot water fomentation and may be with simple nsaids on prescription of a general physician. Dear Tanu, Your symptoms are indicating towards Cervical spondylosis and the pain which you are experiencing from neck to elbow is radiating pain because of nerve compression. Dear Stanly, Because you had ligament tear you need to be cautious throughout your life to avoid any high impact weight bearing activites like jumping, running otherwisw it will precipitate and aggravate your pain. Swelling around your ankle means inflammation and for that you can go for some rest of the ankle joint, ice massage and you can use crepe bandage for some time to immobilise the joint. can keep you ankle in elevated position while sleeping or while resting. Dear lybrate-user, knee pain can have various reason. I feel you can start having supplements for vit d, calcium and increase your dietary protein content. Later on can go for simple x ray of the knee initiallyand later on may be mri. To know the cause of your knee pain at this young age is important in general if it is a simple knee pain without any injured structure around knee then you can start with with simple knee strengthening exercises, like quadriceps strengthening, hamstrings strengthening, strengthening of the muscles around the hip. Dear lybrate-user, raw or uncooked eggs cause majority of salmonella infections. Salmonella is a bacteria which can cause diarrhoea, fever, abdominal cramps. Its good if you avoid eating raw rggs. Do write to me if needed any further help.

Dear lybrate-user, first very importantly you need to work on your stress, because your mind controls your body and if your mind is stressed your body will be affected. You can just start simply by having a glass of whey protein with milk (you can have optimum nutririon whey protein) in breakfast with omlette and multigrain bread sandvich. Follow it for 1 month.

Hi lybrate-user, can you please tell me what is your height? if you want to gain healthy weight we need to work on your lean muscle mass. Can you please tell me what is your daily food routine from morning to evening? if you are a non vegeterian you can start your day with 3 slices of multigrain bread with 2-3 egg white omlette. You can also have a glass of whey protein with milk (you can opt for optimum nutrition whey protein). In lunch you can have normal dal, rice/ roti, mushroom sabzi or mix veg sabzi and curd. In the evening at around 5: 00 pm you can have 1-2 besan cheela or moong dal cheela witha cup of tea or coffee. At night you can have grilled chicken with roti or soya granules or nuggets with roti. You can start with the above mentioned simple routine initially. If needed any further help please do write to me.
