How to increase my size of breast as I am 21 now nd very little growth in breast.

MCh - Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, MS - General Surgery, MBBS
Cosmetic/Plastic Surgeon, Mohali
Hi lybrate-user Female breast size is dependent on natural hormones, which increase after puberty and cause the subsequent increase in breast size. However, if you feel that your breast size is still not increasing, you need a hormone analysis by a gynecologist. If all the reports are within normal, a cosmetic plastic surgeon can help by using a breast implant, to help in increasing your breast size.

Hair grows in cycles. Each cycle consists of a long growing phase (anagen), a brief transitional apoptotic phase (catagen), and a short resting phase (telogen). At the end of the resting phase, the hair falls out (exogen) and a new hair starts growing in the follicle, beginning the cycle again. Normally, about 50 to 100 scalp hairs reach the end of resting phase each day and fall out. When significantly more than 100 hairs/day go into resting phase, clinical hair loss (telogen effluvium) may occur. A disruption of the growing phase causing abnormal loss of anagen hairs is an anagen effluvium. Causes of hairfall:- 1. Androgen hormone 2. Drugs (including chemotherapeutic agents) 3. Infection (eg, tinea capitis, kerion, cellulitis of the scalp) 4. Systemic disorders (disorders that cause high fever, sle, endocrine disorders, and nutritional deficiencies) 5. Alopecia areata first thing is to rule out any of these causes which will be of diagnostic value only but for immediate relief you can go for constitutional homoeopathic treatment which will remove your hairfall tendency from the root itself.

PDDM, MHA, MBBS

I am using visora Capsules for Psoriasis problem, shall I add avipattikar churna for constipation?
Most cases of constipation aren't caused by a specific condition and it may be difficult to identify the exact cause. However, several factors can increase your chances of having constipation, including: not eating enough fibre, such as fruit, vegetables and cereals a change in your routine or lifestyle, such as a change in your eating habits having limited privacy when using the toilet ignoring the urge to pass stools immobility or lack of exercise not drinking enough fluids having a high temperature (fever) being underweight or overweight Try to modify your lifestyle instead of eating medication.

hello 1. Take acne seriously. Treating acne now can also prevent acne from worsening. Without treatment, acne sometimes becomes severe. When severe acne clears, it can leave permanent acne scars. 2. Try to reduce stress. 3. skin ridden with whiteheads, blackheads and other types of pimples can indicate oxidative damage, poor nutrition and hormonal imbalances. 4.Genetics, changing hormone levels, lack of sleep and stress are all contributing factors to acne. The main types of acne include: Non-inflammatory acne—characterized by whiteheads and blackheads, but not cysts/nodules. Inflammatory acne— usually caused by small infections due to P. Acnes bacteria. Cystic acne (also called nodulocystic acne)— an intense form of acne that results in large, inflamed cysts and nodules that appear on the skin Acne Fulminans— a severe form of inflammatory acne that usually affects adolescent males on jaw, chest and back. Acne Mechanica:— triggered by excess pressure, heat, and friction. Often affects athletes, causing small bumps and some inflamed lesions. Everyone’s skin is different, so keep in mind that effectively treating acne breakouts at home requires a multi-disciplinary approach. The home remedies for acne described below can be used in combination to provide the best results. 1. Yogurt and Honey Mask: Mix one tablespoon of raw honey with one tablespoon of yogurt. Apply to face, paying particular attention to hairline, jawline and other acne prone areas. Relax for 10 minutes and gently wipe off with a damp cloth. 2. acne-prone skin still needs to be moisturized. 3. Avoid Too Much Sun Exposure 4. Eat A Healthy, Low-Glycemic Index Diet 5. Focus on eating lots of leafy green vegetables, berries and clean protein. 6. Add zinc-rich foods such as kefir, yogurt, lamb, pumpkin seeds and chicken. According to a recent study published in BioMed Research International, there is a correlation between low zinc levels and the severity of acne. 7. it’s important to stick with a healthy diet, drink plenty of water, keep up with your new skin care routine and change your pillowcase every week to prevent breakouts from returning. consult me for good result .
