Wash face alovera face wash dry than apply keshar cream milk rnorning end night (cream mfg. By sri sri ayurveda company) change food habites. Add in your daily foods vitamines, minurales, proteins, milk end milk products. Avoid oil, ghee prepretions, fast, spacy, junck foods.

Eye sight weak Take CARBONEUM SULPHURATUM 6c, one dose every morning for 1 week Week2: Take ARGENTINUM NIT 6c, one dose, every morning for 1 week Week3 to 6: Take Natrum Mur 30c, once a week for 1 month (not daily, only once a week, say only on Sundays) All these three medicines will help to increase the general health as well. 1. Take one Raw Carrot, grated and eaten fresh every morning (eating by slowly chewing is important for complete digestion. Grating externaly helps to chew) 2. Doing some simple eye excercise helps to maximize the benefit of eye nutrition medicines given above.

She suffers from Plantar Fascitis,inflammation of tough membrane under sole. It is a self limiting condition. However,she can use hot salinebath thrice daily.use soft sole shoe or use sponge in shoe.

Dear Lybrate Something transparent discharge from penis while urinating or not urinating. It is just like water sticky glu type. While urinating my pennis become semi erection. Discharge has a foul smell. I have foreskin. Sometimes there is inflammation in pennis and on glans and bladder too. I feel concentrate in bladder. Urine is yellow and small amount when discharge happened. I feel to urinate more but I have to concentrate or force to urinate and empty bladder. I feel loose testicles and some time too tight My recent urine routine report as Volume 10 ml Color yellow Albumin travel Epithelial cells 2-4 hpf Pus cells 4-6 hpf Rbc 1-2 Am too worry my doc said if I do not feel any benefit so that I have to meet with a urologist. Virgin non smoker non drinker masturbate one times in month now I feel less pleasure in masturbate. your thinking about this problem is more, so you are getting less pleasure in masturbate. This is quite normal phenomenon for every men and there may be very few variations from person to person. Don't worry. Clean your penis daily twice during bath by pulling your foreskin back. Better if you undergo circumcision. Every thing will be alright. Sexual performance never decreases with this unless you feel worried/ depressed coz of this.

You can use mahabhringraj oil of kottakal pharmacy. Massage lukewarm oil for 15-20 mins and then wrap a towel soaked in warm water for 10 mins. Use amalaki juice in your diet. Anti hairfall cream (himalaya) during night is also helpful.

Quieting: Aims to provide a way of diverting the mind from stressful thoughts by focusing on more relaxing emotions: for example, chanting, focusing on breathing, counting things such as instances of a particular colour. The traditional ‘counting sheep’ when trying to fall asleep can be seen as a form of quieting. Progressive Relaxation: This involves tensing and then relaxing each part of the body in turn, working up through the whole body until completely relaxed. 1. Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2. It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 1-2 times a week. 3. Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, behavioural disorder, stress, depression, and sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Etc 4. Consult sexologist for further advice.

C. 9 (bakson) chew 1 tab twice daily r-89 (dr reckeweg) drink 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily.
