Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

You must be lactose intolerant, so stop consuming milk and milk products. Stop doing gluten which is present in wheat. Do rice and jowar bajra instead. Eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. Eat healthy fats like ghee and cold pressed coconut oil.

Take pranacharya virechan churna or triphala churna 1 tsf in warm water before sleep at night. Take chiyrakadi vati 1- tab after lunch and dinner. Take 5-7 munakkas with milk. Eat papaya in fruits. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Avoid alcohol consumption (if u consume)

Hi, it reveals, you avoid to take, plenty of water to reduce d density of urine. You should go for a test of sgpt, srm bilirubin to assess the condition of liver & go for createnine, microalbuneria, urea test to assess d condition of kidney. Tk, plenty of water to eliminate toxins and to hydrate yourself. Tk, simple, non-irritant, easily digestible diet on time. What kind of food is suggested for the patient of amoebic colitis while medication is continuing?
Drink fluids and water in sufficient amount. It helps to replenish lost salts and body fluids in diarrhea. Eat small quantity of food frequently. Avoid eating large meals. Some foods are difficult to digest when the intestinal walls are inflamed. Avoid eating meat, beans, raw vegetables, cauliflower, cabbage, spicy and oily food, some of which may cause bloating and gases in the stomach. Here are some of the foods that may be useful such as bananas, applesauce, white rice, yogurt, herbal tea etc. They can be included in the beginning as they are soothing for the intestine. After few days patient can include cereal bread, refined pasta, boiled potatoes, tomato soup, vegetable and fruit juices, fish, eggs, tofu etc.

1.Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. (If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon.) Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months. 2.Mix two teaspoons of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar in a glass of water. Drink it daily in the morning and preferably before meals. You can also drink a glass of water mixed with one teaspoon each of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. You can have up to two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a day. Do not exceed this amount, as it may reduce your blood potassium levels over time and lower your bone mineral density.
