Hi Yes, these symptoms can be tapered down to a level where the subject can be in a better mental state where he can take a correct decision. Homoeopathy has given good results in lowering the panic attacks too. Counselling of the subject is required in such cases that can be decided only after the complete examination of the patient. Why don't you consult a good homoeopathic doctor near by? I suggest you to consult one. Yoga, exercise too helps in increasing your ability to fight the stress. The cause behind your anxiety and such fears need to be elicited and analysed and that will be done by a complete case history taking in homoeopathy. Dreams are a window into our minds.Its common to have bad dreams during depression due to excessive negative thoughts coming into the mind throughout the day.Such stress needs to be released during sleep hence excessive dreams in some pts.Pls remember that Sleep has a very important role in maintaing our physical and mental health.U must consult a psychiatrist to get urself evaluated properly and take the treatment as advised which is usually a combination of meds and counselling.

How to increase positive energy in our house.

1. Open all windows in the house and allow fresh air and sunshine to enter the house. Free flowing air and sun are negative energy removers.
2. Dispose of all the old unwanted things lying in the house. Clutter is a negativity magnet. It attracts and accumulates negative energy in the house.
3. Walking barefoot in the house helps all your negative energy to be absorbed by the earth. Grounding is important to keep the energy balance in our body.
4. In the olden days, foot wear were kept out of the house. People used to enter the house only after washing feet with water. This action ensures that all the negativity remains outside or are grounded by earth and does not enter the house. Now it has become difficult to keep the footwear outside. So preferably remove them near the entrance door.
5. Go out in the open air. Take walks in the garden or open ground. Being amongst nature re-energizes or charges you fully.
6. Sweeping the floor also ensures that the negative energies are shaken and moved out with the dirt.
7. Rock salt is another negativity remover. Wash or mop your floor with a fistful rock salt in a bucket of water. This ensures that every nook and corner of the house is rid of negative energy.
8. Rotted plants or trees around your house or society also ensures more positive energy in the house and area.
9. Bathing or soaking your legs and hands in rock salt water once in a while removes the negativity attached to your body and cleanse your aura.
10. Repetition of prayers, increases the positive vibrations in the house. 100%
11. Keep your thoughts, action and speech positive. Negative thoughts will bring in negative vibes. So avoid all negative thoughts, speech and actions.
12. Keep your house well lit and illuminated. Light removes negativity.

Dear lybrate user, please try to understand what you want/need. If you are liking it, but want him to be softer, speak to him about it. If you are not liking it you can convey that to your brother. If you feel victimised or if you are unable to oppose his moves, please contact a counsellor at the earliest, who will help you.

Don't wait miracle to happen, it is only you who can help her under the guidance of the specialists. You can always try alternative medicine but my dear parent start with the traditional approach. Dear user. I can understand. You can go for Lung function test. Tobacco is addictive. Cigarette also contains 4000+ carcinogenic chemicals other than nicotine. Smoking can affect your mouth, throat, lungs, heart, stomach and brain in many ways. Cancer is one among the potential diseases smoking can cause. The best method is to leave it and continue with your will power. There are other methods like Nicotine Replacement therapy and pharmacotherapy combined. Nicotine chewing gums too help as an alternative for cigarettes. But still you will need will power. You may consult a physician or deaddiction therapist or a rehabilitation facility for further advice. You can also opt for online deaddiction therapy. Take care.

My guess is that you are probably not going for counseling in tandem with the medication. If I am right then please start counseling immediately and avail of the help you need to handle the daily challenges and stresses of a person in depression in order to cope with them effectively. Being in depression your sleep patterns will often get terribly disturbed. In fact I will not be surprised to know that your natural biorhythms will also be skewed up. The natural wake up cycle for the human is between 4 and 6 am. Many people who are depressed do not adhere to this regimen and the whole day can then become so out of sync that you will suffer jetlag-like stress and will not ever know about it. Do get back to the natural rhythm soon. You can follow these simple rules too: Have a good night’s sleep by going to bed early, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least 30 minutes but not in the scotching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love: find someone to love and to love you back. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive everyday and learn to be contended with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly.
