Your BMI is 30.7. You have to persist with a low carbohydrate and low fat high protein diet. Stop all cereals, sugar, bakery products and desserts. For oily face use Face Wash RejuGlow Facewash / Episoft OC Cleanser / Saslic DS Wash 2-3 times daily. Stop Oil Application over Scalp. Avoid Sweets in Diet. Increase water intake. For fairness:-Increase water intake. Avoid sun. Use sunscreen Photostable Gel SPF40 / BIODERMA Photoderm AKN Mat SPF30 apply half an hour before Sun Exposure. Apply Biluma Cream/ MelaGlow Rich for application once daily at night for 2 months.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

Barber's itch (rash or pimply eruption on beard) also called as sycosis, sycotic barbai or simply barber's itch - that is wen as pustular folliculitis on the beard or scalp area in men-caused after shaving or hair-cut with razor. The razor may also cause similar follicultis at the nape of neck-that further leads to keloid thickening (acne-keloid). Barber's itch is also called as rash, or pimply, pustular eruption on beard like ring worms - called as barbai ringworms. In barber's itch, there is eruption of white red pimples with swelling around, sometimes causing painful stiffness due to the crusts formed over the pustules. The colour of such crusts is creamy white and transparent like wax. Sometimes, there is falling of dried white crusts -due to their scaling off from the pustules on beard. Cures 1. Km3x, nm3x, ns3x, sil 12x-in barber's itch with any indicated homoeo medicine. 2. Bacillinum-200, one dose every week, and tell. 30, after every 6 hours, in cases of ring worms, or barber's itch with circular patches, having t. B. In history of the family. 3. Cicuta-v-30. Barber's itch at beard and nape of neck, worse after shaving with infected razor, pimply eruption extending from nape of neck to scalp, forming cream - yellow scabs on beard, head with pain and burning itch. 4. Graphites-30, 200. Be given in barber's itch with itching eczema-ring type or with pimply, pustular eruption, discharging sticky pus, which form scabs over the pustules, that look like the colour of transparent cream-yellow wax. Patient has constipated bowels, burning at the vertex, humid itching eruption of hairy scalp with sticky, offensive discharge. Great pain and stiffness over the crusted beard and scalp. 5. Lith-carb-30, 200. In barber's itch with gouty diathesis and tettery (herpetic) eruption on head and beard-causing red raw skin with itching and stitching pains on the cheeks. 6. Rhus-tox-30. A head remedy for curing barber's itch with intense itching, burning and reddening of the skin, great reddening of the beard after shaving then turns into red pimply elevated eruption - causing swelling of the beard, worse in winter season, cold wet season, and from infected razor. 7. Sulphure-30. Be used as intercurrent medicine in the cure of barber's itch. 8. Sulphure-iod. 30. Barber's itch with pustular eruption on face, hair feel like thorns-pricking in the beard. Barber's itch with keloid thickening (acnekeloid) boils on neck with cold sores on lips. 9. Tellurium-30. In ring shaped eczema or circular patches of barber's itch on the beard, back of neck and over scalp with stinging, burning itching pains, barber's itch after shaving rubbing and from friction of towels-with red spots on head and beard. 10. Thuja. 30, 200. A sycotic remedy in sycotic barbai or sycosis. Be used as inter-current remedy or in herpetic eruption on cheeks with warts on hands, white scaly dandruff, falling of hair and greezy scalp.

Hi here are some changes to make to improve your eating habits: - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

"Disease prevention requires proper nutrition. Do you ask yourself - I want to lose weight or I want to lose fat? Are you aware that both are not same? Weight loss includes muscle loss as well. Or worse, weight loss can be loss of health! But fat loss is just fat loss. So how can you avoid loss of health, vigour and muscle while you really reduce fat/weight?

Follow these simple ways to lose only what you should:

-Avoid all fried, baked and high fat items like cakes, biscuits, ice creams. These food items are the number one culprits for fat accumulation.

-Avoid consuming items having simple sugars like chocolate, candy or other sweet items. Ultimately these simple sugars get converted into body fat.

-Avoid junk food. One burger gives you as many calories as a meal, but not as much nutrition or the feeling of satiety. As a result you end up eating more burgers or pizzas adding empty calories and increasing your body fat.

-Increase proportion of protein in diet but be careful to simultaneously decrease animal fat, trans-fat and total fat. This is best achieved by mixing soybean in food preparations.

To reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

When you suffer from #acne#pimples and #shiny face, every time you go out for a long period of time.

But as you grow older you begin to thank your #oily #skin. The reason is that people with #oily #skin are blessed in the way that #wrinkles appear faster on #dry #skin than on #oily #skin. People with #oily skin can enjoy a young looking #skin for a longer time and it is indeed something most people would choose over not having to suffer from #pimples and #acne.

If you have an #oily skin and suffer from #pimples or #acne or even a #shiny #face, just make sure you use the right kinds of products and you would be just fine.

There are some common negligence or mistakes that people with #oily skin unknowingly make though, that only aggravate the problem. Make sure you avoid them to keep your #oily #skin problem at bay. The three common negligence or mistakes that you can make are as discussed below.

1. Washing #Face Frequently

The very first mistake that you make is washing your #face with water frequently. It would of course wash away the #shine, but it would also make your #oil #glands over active and there would be even more secretion of #oil than before.

Advice / Suggestions

a.Wash your #face with cold water but keep it to two to three times daily.

b.Use a soft wet tissue instead to remove the #oil and the #dirt, if you have to. Just make sure you do not put pressure or rub the tissue on your face.

Be very gentle so as not to irritate the oil glands in secreting more oil.

2. Avoiding #Moisturizing the #Skin 

The second biggest mistake you can commit is not #moisturizing your #oily #skin. The #oil #glands in your #face are working overtime does not mean that your #facial #skin is #moisturized. Oily #skin and #moisturized are not same.

Advice / Suggestions

There are many gel based natural products available in the market, which are ideal for #moisturizing #oily #skin. Your #oily #skin needs #moisturizers as much as #dry #skin and hence give it what it needs.

3. #Oily Food

The third mistake that you should absolutely avoid is, if you have an oily skin is to eat oily food. As if you need more oil in your system!

Advice / Suggestions

a.Drink lots of water to keep your system clean

b.Avoid oily food as much as possible.

c.Eating fruits are great way to keep your oil under control as well.

Normally my face and body colour is white. But when I go to my classes it changes to brown and also there is dark circles around my eyes. Can someone help me how to get rid of it. I leave for my classes at 8: 30. And I sleep around 12: 00 to 12: 30. Exercise gives me a positive results. What else should I do. Currently I am studying in ukraine. Born in india. 1. Apply cucumber n lemon juice every day in morning and evening and leave it for 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water then apply sandal and multani pack on face daily. 2.
