We complete 1 year of marriage My wife cannot conceive pregnancy give me any suggestions to us.
Pregnancy is possible only on one day of cycle i. E. On ovulation day. When you say 1 year means 12 trials that too if all were unprotected sexual intercourse in midcycle. That is why normally it is worth waiting for 12 to 24 months before you start investigations and treatment which needs more time so patience and meeting gynecologist repeatedly in whom you have trust.

How To Avoid Uterine Fibroids Through Homeopathy

How To Avoid Uterine Fibroids Through Homeopathy

Uterine fibroids, also referred to as uterine myomas) are non-cancerous tumors that grow within the muscle tissue of the uterus. As many as 20% to 50% women between the age group of 18 to 40 suffer from the condition, but not all cases warrant treatment.

It may be as tiny as a coin or it may grow to the size of a watermelon, making people think the lady is 6/7 months pregnant! There may be one big fibroid or several small ones.

Causes:
Though the exact causes are not known, family history and hormonal imbalances are said to be the main causes for the same.

Types of Uterine Fibroids

The four types are:

  1. Subserosal Uterine Fibroids: Develops outside the uterus and continues to grow.
  2. Intramural Uterine Fibroids: The most common type that lead to pregnancy like tummy. They develop within the uterus wall and continue to expand.
  3. Submucosal Uterine Fibroids: Because these develop within the uterus lining, they are most likely to be the cause of heavy flow during periods.
  4. Pedunculated Uterine Fibroids: These grow on the inner or outer side of a small stalk connecting to the uterus.

Common Symptoms:

  1. An enlarged uterus is the most common symptom. It is often mistaken for general weight gain or pregnancy.
  2. Prolonged and painful menstrual cycle, that is many times irregular.
  3. Urinary incontinence and constant urge to urinate.
  4. Pelvic pressure.
  5. Pressure on the bowels leading to constipation.
  6. Pain during intercourse.

General treatment
If you find out that you have fibroids during an examination or if you visit a doctor with any of these symptoms, they will most likely ask for an ultrasound or Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) which will confirm the type of fibroid and the extent of your problem. Treatment includes non-invasive-focused ultrasound surgery.

Treatment with Homeopathy:
One of the best advantages of choosing Homeopathy is that it works without side effects. It addresses the issue rather than the symptom. A surgical procedure mentioned in general treatment does remove the fibroids but there is no guarantee that they won't grow back as the underlying issue of hormonal imbalance remains.

During a clinical study of the effects of Homeopathy on fibroids, 85% patients showed improvement and 48% people had complete fibroid removal.

Treatment: There are medicines in Homeopathy that can treat uterine fibroids, cervical fibroids and help maintain normal hormonal balance in females.

Hi, the menstrual bleeding stops once a female conceives as egg gets fertilized. About 20% of women have some bleeding during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Possible causes of first trimester bleeding include: implantation bleeding. You may experience some normal spotting within the first six to 12 days after you conceive as the fertilized egg implants itself in the lining of the uterus. Other causes of bleeding during pregnancy can be - miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, the fertilized embryo implants outside of the uterus, usually in the fallopian tube, molar pregnancy, placenta previa, placental abruption, uterine rupture, vasa previa, premature labor. Additional causes of bleeding in late pregnancy are: injury to the cervix or vagina, polyps, cancer.

There is no way to get boy only. Second is with late age there are somepossibilities of complications like high blood pressure, diabetes during pregnancy and higher chance of mongol child (mentaly chhalanged). No treatment of mongolism but some tests during pregnancy available to diagnose so that couple can decide about termination of pregnancy if diagnosed to have mongol child. Test has very low risk of abortion.

Hi me and my partner want to do sex without condom and without pregnancy, what should I have to do.

MBBS, DNB - Obstetrics & Gynecology
Gynaecologist, Mumbai
Contraceptive methods like oc pills are freely available in any chemist shop. They are effective in preventing pregnancy and you do not need to use condom. Word of caution: oc pills and emergency contraceptive pills are two different things. U may use oc pills regularly. But not emergency contraceptive pills. However condoms have an advantage over other methods. They prevent stds also.

Hello, Primolut N used in dysmenorrhoea might cause blood clotting if consumed in excess. You should go for natural norms instead going for chemicals. Tk, plenty of water to hydrate your body. Go for meditation to reduce your stress in order to nourish your reproductive organs. Your diet be regular, easily digestive on time. Homoeopathic medicine stands as a reliable friend in case of painful menstrual disorder. Tk, care.

Im 25 years old. And I want to get pregnant again. How can I know im fertile? My last period was june 14.
Hi, in general, a woman's fertile window is the day of ovulation (usually 12 to 16 days before the menstrual period begins) and the five days preceding it. For the average woman that occurs somewhere between days 10 and 17 who have normal 28 days of menstrual cycle. Ovulation happens about two weeks before the next expected period. So if your average menstrual cycle is 28 days, you ovulate around day 14. Remember the'fertile window' is the six days leading up to and including ovulation. The three days leading up to and including ovulation are the most fertile. Try to have unprotected sex during this time to get pregnant again.

I was on krimson 35 from november. Doctor prescribed me to start from 5th day of the cycle. But did not remember if I have started from 4th or 5th. Pill pack ended timely and bleeding occurred in the 7 day break. I again started dec pill pack from the 5th day of period (may be the gap was 8 days. My dec pill pack ended on 24th dec (usually take the pill from 9-11 pm at night. Never missed any pill. On 25th dec partner rubbed his unprotected genitals on my butt (no intercourse, no ejaculation, he went to toilet before the act). Bleeding occurred from 28th dec-2nd January. Again started jan pill pack from 5th day. This time the gap was 7 days. And I took the pill on same time each day. Pill pack ended on 21st jan and bleeding occurred from 25th January to 29th january. My feb pack got over on 18th February and period started from 22nd feb to 27th feb Every time bleeding was light on the first day and got heavier on third day and from fourth day night it becomes lesser and it comes regularly on 4th day of stopping pill. My march pill got over on 18th march. And period started from 22nd march-27th march. No sex activity after 25th dec. Is their any chance of pregnancy since I had certain confusion with November pill regarding the pill free interval. Since no ejaculation or intercourse, will it be able for sperms in precum to make you conceive? Is their any chance of conceiving? M I safe.

No there is no chance of pregnancy if you didn't have sex after last month,-after which you got your periods. So due to some stress or physical exhaustion or anemia your menses are delayed please don't worry. You can always run the pregnancy strip test for double confirmation. Just relax and I am certain your periods will come soon. All the best.
