You do not need raw eggs to build body. Raw eggs have avidin and anti nutrient which binds to biotin (vitamin) and doesn't let the body absorb biotin. Eat cooked eggs like boiled, scrambled, omelette, bhurji etc. This will help you to build muscles.

Hi Doctors, my mother is 59 years old she is having knee pain in both legs from past 8 years her weight is 104 kg, as per the recent digital knee scan in both legs their are gaps in knee joints .she hardly walk due to pain. She get a little relief from daily tablets .orthopedician have suggested to go for knee transplantation we have got information from many friends and relative as well as some doc about the knee surgery materials. Knee implants made of a metallic alloy, cobalt chrome, or of stainless steel wear out in about 15 years, while the new oxinium implants last twice as long is that .a well know orthopediciansuggested johnson.

Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

Hi. Do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before meals. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Stop eating junk and processed food. Take small and frequent meals. I advice you include protein rich food in your diet such as soyabean, milk and milk products, egg, sattu with milk and combination of cereals and pulses. Take healthy and heavy breakfast. Don't use drink before meals.

Eat a lot of good things Protein = building block for your muscles Carbs will help you put on weight, but it won’t be muscle Keep track of everything you eat Compound exercises are your friend Appearance is a consequence of fitness Let your muscles rest Sleep Make it part of your routine Realize you will put on some fat U need to take a high protein high calorie diet.
