Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Consult a Orthopedic Surgeon for certain laboratory investigations like: CRP, RA Factor, ALSO Titre, Vitamin D3, Calcium, TSH, Free T3, Free T4 to get the diagnosis. Visit an orthopedic Physiotherapist for Regular Exercise Prescription in order to maintain healthy joints. You must know whether you pain is due to any Nutritional Deficiency or some ongoing inflammatory condition. This will be handled by your Orthopedic Surgeon in association with Skilled Physiotherapist. Hope it helps. Thanks.

There are many whey proteins available in the market - ON, Muscletech, Ultimate nutrition, etc. Building muscles requires eating more calories. The more weight you gain, the more calories your body needs to burn them off each day. Pre and post workout meals are the most important meals for bodybuilders because a poor diet can undermine all their efforts and hard work. Basic supplements like protein powders, creatine and multivitamins work really well when combined with a balanced diet and regular weight training. The best times to take protein supplements are after a workout session and before going to bed.

Aim for long term weight loss @ 2 Kg per month = 12 kgs in 6 months. Aspire to be fit and smart and slim..>> Add more 2-3 Fruits to your daily diet. Double your water intake..>> Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet..>> Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice..>> Eat slowly and mindfully. My name is vikrant, age is 22 and height is 5'7" My weight is 59 kg. I am physically fit but I have no fat on my body. I used to go to gym but due to lack of mass I am not getting the good result. And when I lift the weight in gym my shoulders get blocked means my hand stuck into the middle and I can not move it upward or downward. IS THIS HAPPENS DUE TO LACK OF PROTIEN? To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

Do not ignore your pain for long time. It will damage your knee joints more badly. So we advise you visit joint replacement surgeon or orthopaedic surgeon nearby your area. They will advised you better for your treatment.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning and evening. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take small and frequent meals.

Add 1spoon honey and chawanprash in morning and evening and 2 cups of milk wth almonds kishmish banana in morning and evening. Add amla in diet and do 30mints of exercise and deep breathing 5times inhale exhale from left nostril than same from right.
