According to ayurveda, for treatmnet of obesity, you firstly stop causative factors from your life style. Like drinking too much cold water, eat too much sweets, day sleep, water after meal, lack of exercise, curd, menda etc. I will need your detail history. Till you can follow this * start drinking hot water * stop day sleep * start any exercise in morning, like suryanamaskar, walking, joging, sports * drink juice of turmeric n ginger with honey * take jau barley, instead of ghenhu wheat. * use cow ghee n milk only * boild rise in open pot, don't use cocker. Withdraw water if rice we are offering ayurveda course for obesity. For weight reduce in particular organ, excersice of that organ is best. Diet & medicine can affect on whole body. So start abdomen excersice. One more thing you can do it, use barley flour & triphala powder. Use it for massage on abdomen before going to bath.

Hi lybrate-user There could be many reason of weight gain. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar .we should avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well. When it comes to losing weight it can be next to impossible to find snack foods that can help keep you on track. There are a few miracle foods however that are purported to be negative in calories. Do brisk walk for 40 minutes daily. Avoid taking tea & coffee. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses like dalia. Moreover do take amaranth grain as a breakfast cereal as its really beneficial in reducing belly fat.

One of the best oils that you can think of switching to if you feel that you are overweight is olive oil. It is rich in monounsaturated fats which will help in lowering the LDL cholesterol and improving the HDL cholesterol in your body. •Daily consumption of one to two tablespoons of olive oil will do no harm to your body when compared to butter and other vegetable oils.

Do exercise like yoga, plank, push ups etc. Eat small amount of foods frequently. Eat 5-6 time instead of 3 big meals. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. Use unrefined foods. Extra protein foods will help you like lean meat, egg white, fish etc. Avoid fast foods, sugar, cola etc. Use lukewarm water after meals. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Stay stress free and take quality sleep. These are common but for more details and quick result consult me privately on lybrate.

To reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

Hello, follow the below to get your normal weight:-1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. fatoline drops from Haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4.Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. 5. Do Surya Namaskar , yoga asans like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Pose),Vajrasana (Diamond Pose), Pavanamuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose), Matsyasana (Fish Pose) 6. avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. 7. drink plenty of water daily. 8.Eat good quantity of green vegetables, salad and fruits.

Simple solution and most primary and effective one is make a habit of lesser caloric consumption than you spend roughly. That's called negative caloric intake balance. For spending calories you have various methods like physical work out, hot water drinking, some herbal medicines use, deep breathing/'kapal bhati' etc. For lesser caloric intake you do not have to starve. Simply increase leafy fibers, sugarless/ sugar restrictions, fat restrictions, protein increase after workout etc.
