There is no food to 'burn' body/belly fat because there is no science behind it. All foods are designed for enabling body functions and not to burn fat. Please don't waste time over such things. There is no short cut to fitness, but the beauty is in the journey itself.

I do not have thyroid still have thigh fat I don't know why? it keeps on growing year by year what might be the reason ?

Diet plan Drink 1 litter of warm water with 1/3rd tea spoon mineral salt Breakfast Option no. 1 shock one tea spoon Chia seeds in 100 ml water. Then add 200 ml curd, add pomegranate Option no. 2 Take any three vegetables and any one fruit cut into small pieces. Add two tea spoon malli or olive oil. Lunch (1.30 pm) Option no. 1 -- 2 chapatti (BrownXatta)+ Any Veg + Curd + Salad Dinner (7.30-8.00 pm) Option no. 1 Veg Soup with Butter Option no. 2 salad + any veg Option no. 3 paneer tika Evening snacks Green Tea with nuts and seeds like almonds, cashew, pista, walnuts, peanuts, flax seeds, sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds. You have to avoid - Avoid wheat, rice, pulses and sugar and any item made from these items like daliya, poha, corn flakes, oats, biscuits, namkeen etc. For weight loss you have to follow low carbs diet with high protein diet and you have to avoid wheat, rice, pulses and sugar and any item made from these items like daliya, poha, corn flakes, oats, biscuits, namkeen etc. Strictly during weight loss because all this foods are rich in carbs. It is very important for you to remove fried foods from your diet if you have any intentions of losing weight. •Make sure that you do not include fried chicken, fried meat, fried rice or any other fried snacks in your daily diet. •If you completely eliminate fried foods you can see remarkable changes in your weight in a month or two.

Dear lybrate user, Go for a brisk walk in d morning for an hr.to restore blood circulation. Go for meditation to transport oxygen to all d tissues and cells to nourish them and to generate new cells,as well. Take,plenty of water to eliminate toxins. Opt staircase instead of a lift. Take,oats,green tea in breakfast. Go for cycling.swimming,gardening. Consume plenty of salad,sprouts,fruits in lunch. Homoeo medicine. @ Fucus vasQ -20 drops with 1/2 cup of lukewarm water,thrice before each meal. Take,care.

Dear lybrate-user. There is no easy way to reduce fat. You are young and obes. So you have to do daily exercise two times a day. Pasina bahana padata hai. Avoid fatty diet. Out side food, avoid butter, chees, fast food, etc. Reduce your diet some what. Increase salad. You can take two spoon medislim powder with water or milk/ replacing your regular evening meal. Do it for 3 months. It is a challenging task. But you can do it.

After drinking green tea the whole day I dnt feel hungry. Is that good or bad and I want to loose weight?
