Diet:-: single fruit diet for weight loss and detoxification! -- take one fruit diet, only banana, for 10-14 days. You can eat as many ripe bananas as you wish but you don't have to take anything else in diet. (banana is fiber rich & high nutrient fruit with a no. Of health benefits. This would detoxify your body and help loose weight naturally). Surya namaskar in morning and evening. Get your thyroid tests done.

Your diet must include a glass of juice (any juice), fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at EVERY meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, beetroot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower , cabbage leaf, sprouted seeds etc. Add other greens I hv not mentioned. All this is essential to give you a balanced nutrient boost. Cut out any JUNK FOOD and AERATED drinks totally. Generally foods that come out of a packet, or tin can, or bottle shud be avoided. Exercise to increase circulation:- 2 mins of hard exercise then 1 min rest - do this four times a day. You can either do it all in one go or split it into sessions through the day. In total it is only 12 mins a day so should not be a big issue. A very useful exercise is to jump in one place simulating skipping. Build up your time to 2 mins. of jumping. The benefits of this is ungaugeable, and cannot be explained medically as yet, it effects the entire body. In conclusion, live and eat healthy and you will develop energy, a glowing skin and a healthy 'go' in life -regardless of age. In todays urban atmosphere, exercise indoors unless you live in rural areas or in the hills...otherwise buy electrical air purifiers, put it on full and exercise in front of it.

You need to visit an endocrinilogist regarding your issues with thyroid. Thyroid is the metabolic hormone of the body. If you are hypothyroid then your metabolism will slow down. But it all depends from person to person. It is also true that your body fat will reduce slower than a a person with normal levels of thyroid. But you can always keep your levels in check by following a discipline lifestyle and eating clean and exercising well To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

For weight reduce in particular organ, excersice of that organ is best. Diet & medicine can affect on whole body. So start abdomen excersice. One more thing you can do it, use barley flour & triphala powder. Use it for massage on abdomen before going to bath I m giving simple general tips * take luke warm water only *take turmeric before food * avoid day sleep * use cow ghee and milk *take buttermilk, avoid curd.

Hello, don't be afraid because this is not the solution, take the below given treatment to get better results. 1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Fatoline drops from haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4. Take 1 cup of green tea in the eveninng daily. 5. Do surya namaskar, yoga asans like bhujangasana (cobra pose), sarvangasana (shoulder stand pose, vajrasana (diamond pose), pavanamuktasana (wind-relieving pose), matsyasana (fish pose) 6. Avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. 7. Drink plenty of water daily. 8. Eat good quantity of green vegetables, salad and fruits.

The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * worms in intestine * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Hello, obaesity, being common, now a days due to irregular life style, - can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life. *go for a brisk walk in d morning to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. *tk, plenty of water to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell. Do regular exercise like brisk walking (at least), running, swimming etc. Avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle. A glass of warm water mixed with the juice of half a lemon. A teaspoonful of honey can be added have it early in the morning.

Hi, Yoiu could follow the diet chart for a fitter you. Morning: 6AM: Brisk walk for 45 min. Morning tea with 1 Marie biscuit Breakfast: 1 glass skimmed milk with 2 tsp cornflakes,5 almonds : Club sandwich with tomato, boiled potato, cucumber,ketchup or chutney (No Butter or Mayonnaise) 11AM: Orange or Apple Lunch: 2 thin chapattis,1 katori yellow dal,Mixed vegetable or any seasonal vegetable cooked in just 1 tsp oil, Curd, Citrus fruit. 4 PM: Tea with murmura or roasted chana 7 PM: Soup with club sandwich or dinner roll. Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...you can take my 'obesity treatment package' which is available on lybrate in health packages

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and for loosing weight few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water

Your bmi is 24.1. Just normal for your height and weight. You take care not to increase weight and better reduce to 70.

Hi lybrate-user, there are two pillars for weight loss. Diet and exercise. Thought right diet can control further weight gain and assure overall health, exercise is must for weight reduction. 30 mins walk (to start with), with well-balanced diet (depending on your health condition) can lead to gradual and healthy weight loss. I do not recommend honey and lemon water especially in morning in empty stomach. The first thing which you should do right after getting up in morning is eat a healthy and wholesome breakfast (no lemon water, green or purple tea plz). This is because our bodies are at 8-9 hours of fasting when we get up, it needs real food to start up its metabolism (fat burning is also a metabolic reaction, which can't be accomplished without food).
