Hi your in a period of lactation where your feeding the baby .at dis tym your concern shud be babyz health .so duno wory abt the weight loss .it vl gradually come. D exclusive brestfeed fr atleast six month n go till 1. After dat you cn plan fr weight loss. Also get your thyroid profile checked afterwards. Do regular physical activity like walking ,yoga, running etc. Later you cn cut down on simple sugar like juices, sweets etc n fried foods, eat every two hrs dat too small portion

Hi lybrate-user You are gaining weight due to hormone and metabolic imbalance in body. Hormonal imbalance can be treated with right food and supplement. What should be my diet chart as per my height and weight so that my weight becomes perfect as per my height.
As per your height your optimum weight should be 53 Kg. Here are some tips that can help you with weight loss process: 1. Have small frequent meals (every 2-3 hrs) instead of 3-4 large ones 2. Drink 2-3 litres water daily 3. Replace simple carbs like potato, sugar, sabudana, refined grains (maida, white rice, bread, biscuit, cake, noodles, sewai) with complex carbs like whole fruits, vegetables, whole grains (atta, bajra, rahi, dalia, suji, oats, barley, brown/ parboiled rice, atta bread). 4. Cut down on table salt 5. Avoid junk/ fast/ street/ processed/ packaged/ ready to eat/ fried foods, sweets, chocolates, ice cream, alcohol 6. Exercise daily for 60 minutes 7. Take stairs instead of life. 8. Walk instead of hiring a transport

Start checking your daily food choices. Wear a back support ,tummy control belt.Exercise for 40 minutes everyday. Have 5 portions  of fruits+green veggies,proteins and high fibre carbs . 1 glass of lemon water every morning empty stomach. Have a bowl of cucumber  salad half an hour before every meal .. Do a plank (ab tightening exercise) every day with increasing duration /repeats . Have 4 to 6 l per of water per day. Share your body weight and height then a more personalise plan can be given. Hi-this happens due to hormonal imbalance reasons. More intake of fats, carbohydrate. So I advice you low these all two types of foods, take more whole grains, fibres, based on mainly small but frequent meals, fruits, mix veg. Pulses, sprouts are helpful. Avoid all fast, junk, out side, fried foods, low organic foods more veg, foods. No day time sleep. You can consult me about extra body fat on total diet as well some yoga poses.
