 3. संतुलित भोजन करें।
शरीर के विकास में सबसे बड़ा योगदान खाने का ही होता है, इसलिए ज़रूरी है कि आप एक्सरसाइज के साथ साथ अपने खानपान का भी विशेष ध्यान रखें जिससे कि वजन में अधिक वृद्धि न हो, शरीर में चर्बी न जमें व पर्याप्त शक्ति बनी रहे।

 4. पानी भी पर्याप्त मात्रा में पियें।
भोजन और पेय साथ साथ चलने वाले पदार्थ हैं। इसलिए आवश्यक है कि दिन में तीन से चार लीटर पानी अवश्य पियें, ताकि शरीर में मेटाबोलिज्म की गति भी सही रहे और शरीर पर एक तेज़ बना रहे।

 5. अपने पसंद अनुकूल ही जिम पसंद करें।
जिम के ट्रेनर व सारे साधनों के साथ साथ ये भी देखें कि आपका जिम एक अच्छे जगह पर स्थित है जहाँ का माहौल खुशनुमा है। इससे आपके शरीर को भी मेहनत करने की ऊर्जा मिलेगी और आप अपने एक्सरसाइजेज भलीभाँति कर पाएंगे।

 6. मांसपेशियों में मज़बूती लाएँ।
अधिक एक्सरसाइज कर दबाव या टान पड़ने से बचें और इतनी कसरत भी न करें कि चोट लग जाए। कम से ज़्यादा की ओर जाते हुए भार उठाने की आदत डालें और मांसपेशियों में मज़बूती लाएं।

 7. किसी संगी के साथ कसरत करने की आदत डालें।
किसी के साथ कसरत करने के अनेक फ़ायदे हो सकते हैं। पहला तो आप कभी भी अपने काम से ऊबेंगे नहीं। दूसरा, आपको एक कड़ी टक्कर मिलेगी जिससे स्वतः ही आप कसरत सही प्रकार से करने में चूकेंगे नहीं।

 8. अपने शरीर की ज़रूरतों को जानें।
आपसे बेहतर आपके शरीर को आख़िर कौन जानता है? इसलिए आप खुद ही उसकी जरूरतों को समझें। अगर लगता है कि उसे एक दिन आराम की ज़रुरत है तो अवश्य ही आराम करें। परंतु हाँ, इसे रोज़ की आदत भी न बनने दें।

 9.  अपने एक्सरसाइजेज को अपने हिसाब से तय करवाएं।

World Hepatitis Day or WHD takes place every year on 28 July and it is designed to raise awareness about viral hepatitis and to influence real change. WHD, endorsed by the World Health Organization, unites patient organisations, governments, medical professionals, and civil society, as well as the public, to boost prevention measures for fighting viral hepatitis like vaccination.

In the simple terms, hepatitis means injury to your liver due to inflammation. There are five main types of hepatitis and the type that you are suffering from is determined by a laboratory test. All the five main types of hepatitis are caused by viruses. Out of the five, Hepatitis C and B are quite big. Globally, around 250 million people are affected by hepatitis C and 300 million people are estimated to be hepatitis B carriers.

Fact sheet on hepatitis

  1. Hepatitis A & E is caused by consuming contaminated water.
  2. Hepatitis B, C and D is transmitted through infected blood to blood contact.
  3. Hepatitis C is usually spread via direct contact with the blood of an infected person.
  4. The initial symptoms of hepatitis are the same as those of flu.
  5. Hepatitis can heal on its own causing no significant liver damage; however, if it progresses, it can cause extensive liver scarring and extensive damage of your liver.

Most liver damage is caused by 3 hepatitis viruses, and these are hepatitis A, B and C. 

How do you safeguard yourself against infection from these three dangerous hepatitis viruses?

The most common cause of concer is that a lot of us who are infected with hepatitis, especially hepatitis B don’t know that we are. The biggest bulwark against hepatitis is periodic testing and vaccination. Vaccination is available for most hepatitis viruses including A and B, which tend to be extra virulent.

So, do take care and go for periodic testing. We are reiterating this because if you are infected with hepatitis B and are not treated you can develop serious problems of the liver, including liver cancer. Other ways to prevent hepatitis are
Hepatitis A

  2. Only consume freshly-cooked food
  3. Only drink bottled or boiled water
  4. Only eat fruits that can be peeled. Don’t eat fruit that has been cut and kept
  5. Avoid eating raw vegetables
  6. Vaccinate yourself against hepatitis A if you travel a lot.

Hepatitis B

  1. Practice safe sex by using condoms
  2. Only use new syringes for injections
  3. Do not share toothbrushes, razors, or manicure instruments with others
  4. Vaccinate yourself against hepatitis B
  5. Take care while getting tattooed. Only use brand new tattoo needles. Also, ask for new needles during acupuncture treatments.

Hepatitis C

  1. Avoid sharing toothbrushes, razors, and manicure equipment
  2. Cover open wounds if you are infected
  3. Don’t share needles. Always ask for fresh needles.
  4. Use only well-sterilized equipment for acupuncture, piercing, and tattooing etc.
  5. Cut down on alcohol
  6. Do not share drug needles

Becoming pregnant is indeed the most special experience for any woman and should be enjoyed. However, at this point you’re not looking only after yourself but also an unborn baby.   1. Anemia: A drop in hemoglobin levels or red blood cells count is termed as anemia. In most cases, this is triggered by iron deficiency. You may also feel excessively tired, look pale and experience shortness of breath. Taking iron and folic acid supplements can stabilize iron levels and treat anemia.
  2. Gestational diabetes: Blood sugar levels often fluctuate during pregnancy. The body’s inability of processing sugars and starch is known as gestational diabetes. Gestational diabetes can be diagnosed with a glucose screening test and an oral glucose tolerance test. If untreated, this can lead to a number of complications during delivery and preeclampsia. Eating a healthy, balanced diet and getting regular exercise can help stabilize blood sugar levels and prevent this condition.
  3. Depression: For some women, the joy of being pregnant can be overshadowed by extreme sadness. This could be a result of hormonal changes, stress or changes in the brain chemistry. Depression can harm both you and your baby by not motivating you to take care of yourself at this time. To deal with this, avoid alcohol and tobacco smoke both first hand and second hand. Build a support system and if need be consult a mental health professional as well.
  4. Preeclampsia: This is a condition that can begin around the 20th week of pregnancy. It causes blurred vision, high blood pressure, abdominal pain, dizziness, headaches and swelling of the hands. In some cases, it also causes seizures. Preeclampsia can result in premature delivery as well as trigger a number of other maternal and fetal risks. It can be managed with oral or intravenous medication but only delivery can cure the condition. A regular antenatal checkup should be done. 
  5. Urinary tract infections: Fluctuation in hormone levels can lead to changes in the urinary tract thus, increasing the risk of catching a urinary tract infection. In addition to this, the growing baby in the uterus puts pressure on the bladder and does not allow the bladder to be completely emptied. This stagnant urine is another leading cause of urinary tract infections. Along with kidney infections, it can also cause premature delivery and low birth weight of the baby.

For most people, a prolonged sexual act is one of the most pleasurable acts. However, though not might admit it, there could be multiple reasons due to which this might not be possible. In males especially, premature ejaculation is very common, which does not allow for a prolonged sexual experience. There are multiple causes for this, some physiological and some psychological.

Given the private nature of the topic, many would not admit to the issue in the first place. Even with the couple, many would be reluctant to discuss it. For many men, close friends might often be the only one who knows about it. Someone else who has had similar problems might suggest a solution. The Internet, given the privacy it offers, could be another forum for discussion and seeking solutions. So what happens is they end up trying solutions from either of these two sources. However, what is important to understand is that each person’s body is built and wired very differently. What worked for a friend or for another person in some other part of the world might not work for you too.

The first point of coping begins with acknowledging the problem. When the ejaculation happens soon after the penetration, well before the partner is satisfied, it is known as premature ejaculation. In some cases, there might not even be adequate stimulation. While it is a matter of self-esteem for the male, for the female it is often an unsatisfactory experience. Knowing some of the possible causes helps understand the problem and then work towards a solution. Some of the most common physiologic and psychologic causes are listed below.

• Performance anxiety: In many cases, especially when with a new partner, premature ejaculation is very common. However, gradually, with familiarity, this improves.

The prolonged duration between sex episodes: If the person has not engaged in sex for quite a while, there are chances of premature ejaculation.

Guilt: Past sexual experiences could lead to guilt, which also can cause premature ejaculation.

Hormonal: Hormonal imbalances also can lead to an inability to sustain and/or maintain an erection.

Most men experience some degree of PE in their early years when they start off their sex lives, but this gradually improves with age, as they learn to control.

Coping with it begins with one round of diagnosis. If there is no serious underlying cause, then simple measures like relaxation techniques and quitting smoking can be used to control ejaculation.

Talking to the partner and easing out stress during the act also can go a long way.

I am a 21 year old female. My last period started on 18th May and I usually have a 28 day cycle. I was sexually active from 5th to 13th June, after 3 months. I haven't had my period yet, which should have been due 16th June. I have had occasional abdominal pain and days with missed stools once or twice. Although there were drastic changes in lifestyle due to getting a job for the first time and diet changes due to eating at office mess and hotel food almost everyday, should I be concerned about pregnancy?

Yes you can go to a hospital in Ahmedanad. You are only twenty, you will get counseling also regarding your reproductive health. Abortion pills work till 8 weeks only. Bleeding starts from day one, continues for about 10 days. No internal check up or procedure is done if bleeding stops after 10 days. If it doesn't then a minor procedure of menstrual regulation done with special syringe to sucks out pieces in the uterus due to negative pressure. Course of antibiotics is must. Rest for about 10 days and carry on with normal life but with caution.

Hello. Pcod is not because of abortion. Do not worry. Vaginal infection are very common especially in hot humid climate. I don't think you are suffering from low immunity.
