Hello, to lose weight you should follow a healthy and balanced diet with right amount of protein, carbs, and vitamins and to look at your calorie intake. Take a high fiber diet and eat a regular intervals and drink a good amount of water and just avoid sugar and junk food. Exercise for at least 45 minutes to an hour. Hello, don't just go for weight loss meds, go with balanced diet and lifestyle. Change your eating patterns. Include fiber and protein in your diet and avoid outside food. 2. Green tea: Apart from its antioxidant properties which are beneficial to the body, it also raises the metabolic rate in the body to burn calories. Catechin is a compound present in green tea that aids in removing belly fat.
