Please include small frequent meals in your days diet chart instead of eating 3 main meals. Exercising for 1 hour is a must everyday. Include complex carbs like multi grain flour, brown rice and oats. Include oil from good sources like walnuts, olive oil etc. Stay away from junk food. Hello, You can consult us via a private chat on Lybrate as we need to understand your food habits, lifestyle, blood group and medical history (if any). In general, few tips for weight loss include: Have small and frequent meals instead of 3 main meals in a day. Avoid sweets and sugar based foods, fried foods and heavy dinners. Include 2 - 3 servings of fruits and vegetables. Go for atleast 30 - 40 min of brisk walks / jogging every day. Have a light and early diner (by 8 Pm) and no salt intake after 8-8: 30 pm. Have a diet rich in protein and fiber. One day in a week you can go for a fruit day.

Hello, to reduce weight you need to increase your fibre in diet, increase water intake and physical activity. Reduce sugar intake, starchy foods, oily foods. Include warm water, lemon water, green tea without sugar.
