Hello- Masturbation is not harmful and is actually very healthy for teenagers and older ones as well. The reason you lost weight doesn’t lie in masturbation although some weakness could occur slightly after masturbation or if you do it more than once a week. If your weakness and weight loss occurred suddenly, you need to report this to your parents and make an appointment with a doctor to have this checked. You could be having problems with something else like thyroid gland, or all sorts of other causes and by seeing a doctor you could manage your problem if there are any.

Regular exercises with high protein diet will help you gain weight. Also five meals a day consisting of fruits, salads, milk, and nuts will help you gain weight.

Marraige itself is not a criteria to have a happy life. Marraige is just a part of our life. You are getting angry because you have started comparing yourselves with others that's it. Everyone can't have a life as they wish for. But breaking and making up to our needs lies in our hands. Depression has its own set of symptoms like anhedonia, decresaed sleep, appetite, lowered concentration and attention etc and at its peak of severity suicidal ideas. The symptom and severity vary with person to person. Having hopelessness and sadness also part and parcel. But having depression is not so scary. It is just neurochemical imbalance. You have to get treated. Thats it. But more than that you seem to have self esteem issues. If you consider urself low then no oneelse can lift you. Selfconfidence to be boosted up. Just stop comparing and naming urself bad. We cannot live for the needs and thought process of others and that should not be a concern for you as it is your life. Live life to the fullest, be happy and enjoy everyday. If you still can not handle the situation meet a clinical psychologist or pychiatrist for help take care.

You are suffering from Premature Ejaculation that is very harmful at this very young age. Hi there you can avoid knee replacement by physiotherapy treatment and following some home instructions. I would suggest you to go to nearby physiotherapist. At home you can. Apply ice pack for 15 minutes which will help. To reduce pain and swelling, avoid bending of knees more than 90 degrees, use western toilet, use knee caps when walking out, do gentle knee exercises and isometric exercises of quadriceps and hamstrings, do gentle patela glides in all directions.

Osteoporosis is a commonly experienced condition where the bones tend to get thin and become hollow over time. This is a condition that is experienced mostly by people who are over the age of 50 years, and even more commonly by women who have been through menopause. Other risk factors include smoking as well as medication which can lead to such degenerative diseases as a side effect. Let us find out about living with osteoporosis and the many myths and facts surrounding the same:

  1. A Natural Part of Aging: This is a fact. While not everyone who ages will wind up with this condition, it is commonly experienced by patients who are growing old. One can resort to taking calcium supplements as well as plenty of Vitamin D in order to prevent the risk of fractures that are a common occurrence in such a condition where the bones become too hollow. Also, mild and moderate exercise will help the condition.

  4. Fractures only happen if you Fall: This is another myth. It is important to keep in mind that living with a condition like osteoporosis means that you have to be vigilant at all times in your daily routine and other activities. Strain on the bones can also lead to fractures, and one does not necessarily have to fall down to get one. Leaning over too much can also lead to a fracture!
  5. You can feel the Degeneration: It is another myth that you can actually feel your bones getting weaker. Usually, there are no symptoms of this condition until it has progressed to a particularly painful stage in your life. The best way to find out if you are suffering from osteoporosis is by taking a bone density test.
