Hello Lybrate User I appreciate your effort that you could understand and put it in words what you are going through. It is very important or rather a first step that we require some help. After reading what you have mentioned, I would suggest you to visit a Psychiatrist or if the psychiatrist is not available in your area then visit a physician for the same. Side by side if you can seek help from a clinical psychologist, it would be great as it will you to understand your symptoms more and more and also an understanding would be developed about your personality traits, your coping mechanisms and what is actually leading to such thinking. A lot of people undergo certain life events, if not events but 'something' keeps on bothering them, due to which one develops negative thinking towards the self and the others. Moreover, it seems that you have started making associations of lot of things in your life, like if I will do this, that will happen etc. Or just like you mentioned in your concern. Therapy with the psychologist helps you to develop a skill to deal with this vicious circle you are into most of the time. So, consult a psychiatrist and a clinical psychologist, take few therapy sessions with the clinical psychologist and you will experience a shift from your current state of mind. If you have further queries, please write back. All the Best! Regards.

I lost my Love feeling depression I am not at all interested in other works what's the solution of the this problem.
Hello Lybrate User The information that you have provided too less to suggest you something. What I can understand from your concern is that you have lost some person in your life and which is creating feelings of being aloof and disinterest in your life. You first need to understand that if some person is there in our life, so we invest lot of energy in that person through our feelings, emotions and one day if the person leaves us in any form, death or separation, a void or a space is created which is now empty. Earlier you used to invest your energy in it but now there is no body to take that energy or love or your feelings anymore, so your own energy reverses and comes back to you, which is slightly painful as no body is there at the receiving end. This feeling stays for some time because when it takes time to develop feelings for the other person so it also takes time to get away with those feelings also. So, if possible you can consult a clinical psychologist in your area or any nearby hospital. This will help you in dealing with the loss that you are experiencing and not able to concentrate on your work. And such loses takes time to cure but sometimes gaining a quick realization that yes the person has left, helps us to regain our balance. It will be too early for me to give a therapy plan here, as I do not know much about you as a person, your personality traits or how you deal with situations in your life. And therapy is successful usually in a setup with a clinical psychologist. Please write back if you have any further concerns related to this. Regards.

Hello doctor, Please tell me whether anxiety or too much stress could be the reason for LVH heart disease? If so cont...
Hello Lybrate User Here I will not state that stress or anxiety is the only factor which may Cause LVH but there may be other factors responsible for it also. But if you are suffering from LVH, seek a physician or a cardiologist in your nearby hospital for the same because stress may be one of the reasons of LVH and controlling the stress and anxiety would help in making it less severe to some extent but may not cure it. If you are undergoing any kind of stress or anxiety, I would appreciate if you can take therapy sessions from a clinical psychologist and vent whatever your stress and anxiety is all about. The psychologist will help you in becoming a better person to deal with the stress and anxiety. And would also help you know more about you as a person. Moreover, you also need to bring a change in your lifestyle and daily routine habits to manage LVH and seek an advice from a cardiologist and a clinical psychologist. If you have further queries, you can write back. Regards.

It is natural to feel low and miss the person you have lost. However if it is interfering with your sleep, studies or general well being, or if you feel suicidal, you need to consult a psychiatrist. It is common to feel low, cry, feel like you are alone, or lose your self confidence. Usually time is the best healer. However if things are too difficult to handle you should talk to a psychiatrist or counselor. Confide in someone close to you, who will support you in this difficult time. Don't cut off from friends or family, even if you feel like you want to be alone.
