Hello Lybrate user you can loose your weight naturally by using following tips. It will also benificail in your piles problem. Weight reduction is achieved by three dimensional approach. 1. Dietary changes- you must take high fiber and whole grain diet like khichdi, daliya, corn flex, fruits-apple, guava, papaya, soups, multi grain atta chapati etc. Avoid- deep fried, spicy, sweets, cold drinks, curd etc. 2. Life style modification- avoid sedentary life and be active. Go for morning or evening walk, do some yoga and exercises. Cycling, swimming and outdoor games can also help. Avoid nap / day sleep. Do suryanamaskar, trikonasan, bhujangasana, yogic jogging etc 3. Ayurvedic medicines- some ayurvedic medicines along with Panchkarma treatment can reduce weight quickly.

Hi See it's impossible to increase height after 18 years old but yes you definitely can decrease your weight Drink plenty of water atleast 3 L start green tea avoid coffee and tea avoid fast, spicy and oily food avoid alcohol drink atleast dinner 2 hrs before sleep Start exercise and yoga Do stretching and pilates.

Hi Sure Drink plenty of water atleast 4 L in whole day Start drinking green tea Cut off fast food Avoid spicy and oily food Cut off coffee and tea Eat small meals Don't skip meals Do Exercise atleast half hourly Do jogging and squats.

Hi Drink water atleast 3 L in whole day. Take plenty of fluids. Avoid spicy, fast and oily food. Do not skip meals but eat small meals. Cut down coffee and tea Start drinking green tea.

I am 31 yo weighed 98 kgs I have sedentary lifestyle. I haven't going to gym or jog since long back which resulted in excessive weigh gain and low libido. In between I was also facing enormous Stress and Depression. Which leads me to more inactive lifestyle. 4 years back I was weighed same but was very active with good physique. Hello. Firstly avoid being empty stomach for long hours as this will eventually lead to over eating at meal times. To tackle this multiple smaller meals (5) during the day will keep your glucose level maintained and solve hunger pangs and over eating. A basic home workout is advised since hitting the gym may seem impossible for you given your profession. Jump rope exercise and few aerobic exercise starting with 10 minute workout daily (with a day off) may help you.
