Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. 2 kgs a month is definitely feasible and can easily be done. For this, make sure that you avoid all outside food completely. Eat healthy home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Consume less rice, potatoes and other carbohydrates. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Along with this, exercise at least 5 times a week. We are here to guide you. Many factors are involved in the process of hair loss like Tension or stress, chemical damage, nutritional deficiency, enviornmental factors, unadequate sleep or diet etc. A careful analysis of the person is required to initiate the treatment From Home remedy part you can use following: Take 100 ml coconut oil boil 2-4 pcs of amla fruit n 8-10 curry leaves in that oil till fruit n leaves turn black. Filter and strain. Massage it on scalp with finger tips gently. Wash hair next morning with curd mixed with besan. In ready to use you can start using rishi grow hair oil at bed time & wash with robin plus herbal shampoo. Clean oil is recommended if dandruff is the reason as this oil treats it in just two applications along with reducing itching. Internal ayurvedic medicines can be provided after studying your bodily constitution as per ayurveda. This process should be continued for two months and your hair fall will reduce to normal. As it's a very slow process so you can't see results in a week. Eat more of green leafy vegies and fresh seasonal fruits. Take amla powder or amla murabba/ carrot murabba twice daily. Use neem wood comb for managing hair and this should be changed regularly. Reduce your stress by yoga, Pranayam and meditation. Add some coconut daily in your diet. Keep water in copper vessel overnight and drink in the morning empty stomach. Avoid chinese foods and food stuffs packed in plastics. Avoid white flour (maida), excessive salt and spices. Hello. Given that you are in your teen years you will eventually have a growth spurt solving most of your current worries. However it is good to avoid sugary diets and junk food. Alternatively for muscular body try calisthenics. Additionally for height sports which require jumping might help. But genetics does play a role. So if your parents are tall you actually do not have anything to worry.
