So basically I was smoking too much but now I am not, I have completely left it. But It has left its effect on my body weight and even on my face so in your opinion what should I do for faster recovery.

I was a regular smoking. But I quit smoking few past months. So I want to ask that I want to reduce it my heart and keep it healthy, so which exercise and which food I take? Will you suggest me? I want to thank you in advance. Because you gives us free advice and saves our lives.

Quitting smoking is the most important thing you have done to your self. Rest all will fall in place. As for exercise, cardio exercises like walking, cycling etc are the best. Also some stretches. For diet, eat lot of vitamin c .that is fruits, lime juice etc. This will help in reducing craving for cigarettes and also will boost immunity. Also lots of water and also milk products help.

Sir how to concentrate on study. I am preparing for exam can't concentrate too much. I am not addictive to any kind of addiction like smoking drinking etc. I am losing interest in study I don't know why this is happening. I was an average student but now I am getting worser. My question is 1.What should I do to overcome this problem. 2.Is there medicine required for concentration?

There is no medication for increasing concentration. So don't enter into any medication or pill. Yes, you can increase concentration by meditation, OM chanting, yoga; and also any physical activity, like sports, or even walking. Also, please love whatever you are doing. You are losing interest because you are studying forcefully without loving your study. Try and love your work. Don't treat it as a burden, start enjoying it. Concentration will improve drastically.
