A lot of factors can cause PME. Anxiety to perform, Stress in life, Smoking etc are few reasons besides other organic causes.
Before starting medical treatment I would suggest you to practice the squeeze technique. See if it helps. Else various drugs like SSRIs (Depoxetine) can be prescibed to cure your symptom. Your condition is curable if the correct factor is identified.

In many people there is no family history of Diabetes and yet face with the problem. Please do not worry and add stress to the present situation. Proper understanding about the condition can help you look at the situation with more objectivity and take steps that are logical. (Read from the internet about Diabetes and it's management ). You can improve the situation to a great extent if you adapt a very healthy lifestyle. Proper diet (a balanced and nutritious diet) and daily exercise can help you to overcome most of the problems naturally. Do take the advise of your doctor (and go for regular follow up with your doctor ).

HIV will be contracted only if the HIV infected needle comes in contact with blood. Upon contact also the chances of transmission of HIV virus is around 60 in 10,000. If there are no scratches on skin, the person is likely to be safe. But still to avoid any chances of infection I would suggest you to visit an ART centre asap.

Kindly measure the temperature (with a thermometer) and inform. Maintain good hydration (have lots of water and fluids) and eat only freshly prepared homemade food which is easily digestible for you. You can do cold sponging (wipe your body with cold water if the temperature goes up ). If you feel sick then please visit your doctor for check up and proper diagnosis.

Hi lybrate-user.
Getting rashes on testicles after safe sex is more suggestive of a sexually transmitted infection than HIV straightaway. HIV has lesser probability than STD in this case.
I'd suggest you to see a dermatologist nearby.
For HIV testing (if you want to), you can visit any Microbiology lab where they do ELISA testing. You don't need prescription for that but your consent will be taken.

Once the patient becomes positive then he can't be reverted back to negative state.
But if he takes medicine regularly and do all the things suggested by the Dr. then he can live a normal healthy life and the virus will be suppressed by the medicines.
Thanks.
