Simple Knee ExerciesSpecific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. I also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Knee pain more than 2 weeks:if your knee is paining since 2 weeks, then you have to rethink whether you had any injury in the previous years. I also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. As arthritis is very common if anyone would've neglected any injury in the previous years. You can take Ultrasonic therapy in one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics which would help to heal the damaged cartilages along with shortwave diathermy which would help to improve the blood circulation. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation.

You should continue thyronorm and when TSH is normal it is because of thyronorm you are taking. When you stop it TSH will rise again.

Hello, Thanks for the query. Since your PP glucose is 184 mg / 100 ml, the dosage looks fine. In fact when diabetes is well controlled, fasting glucose should be < 100 mg, PP should be 150 to 160 mg and HbA1c% < 6.8. However at your age HbA1c% should be < 7%. So the dosage is fine. Apart from drugs, it is important to take a resricted but balanced diet and do regular exercise, brisk walking for about 45 minutes plus is better. Thanks.

Mr. Thanks for the query. When proper medication is being taken with correct diet and exercise, blood glucose does come under control. That does not mean that your earlier report was wrong. It only means she is having a controlled diabetes. Please check her HbA1c%, that gives an idea of control over previous 3 months. If you are in doubt, then get an Oral Glucose Tolerance Test (OGTT) done, that will give a clear idea about her status of diabetes. Usually diabetes once diagnosed remains for lifetime, hence treatment is required throughout. Thanks.

Salt restriction diet with regular review of BP medicines. Please see a cardiologist at the earliest. Prior to visit I would advice you to get a 12 lead ECG done at any diagnostic centre. Should there be any requirement of further investigation you will be advised by your physician accordingly. Fluctuation in BP warrants immediate attention and change in dosage if already on medication. Hope this helps. Don't hesitate to see a doctor. That would be my advice to you. Take care.
