It's always better to treat by natural way like ayurved & panchakarma therapy. 1) massage with warm oil followed by hot fomentation. 2) do stretching exercises of should as possible .don't apply extra force. 3) she need medicines to provide nutrition & strength to shoulder.

Hello, Please don't do that. Have at least 6 hours sleep. Because in future you may suffer from sleeping disorders and many other digestive problems.

Hello sir the best remedy for this is to ask your room mates to wake you up when you start sleep talking. It is mostly due to the stress you go through during the day that leads to you talking at night. If you stay alone then keep an alarm every 2 hour so that if you sleep talk you will wake up and it will slowly reduce. Hope it helps take care.

Hello Doctor, It is a matter of serious concern. I have checked with numerous doctors and yet haven't found any solution for my mother miseries. She is having immense pain in her right hand. She always feels a tingling sensation and her right hand wrist part is also swollen. I feel that the blood is not passing through her hand. For a sportsman, coming face to face with sports injury is no big deal. Here are some of the most common sports injuries and their most effective treatments as prescribed by sports specialists.

  1. Ankle sprain: Ankle sprains are common among sportsmen and sportswomen when the ligaments of their ankles tear. Such injuries are very common, but also unfortunately, extremely painful and demand a lot of recovery time. With such an injury, even though they are advised bed rest, it is important to continue with some kinds of exercises. This would help in preventing the stamina and muscle strength in your ankles. Sir, It can be due nerve compression at spinal level or due to disease known as Schiatica. You need to go to Physiotherapist. We will evaluate you and make an exercise protocol for you + Spinal mobilization can be performed too. This will help you for sure. Hi lybrate-user. It can be due to nerve problem or muscle problem alone (due to tightness in calf muscle). Try some stretching exercises for calf muscle thrice a day for 3-4 days. If symptom persists even after 4 days then consult me again. Do some gentle massage over calf muscle.

1. Get your full body blood test done. 2. Start with Physiotherapy treatment 3. Learn exercises from Physiotherapist. 4. Wear knee cap if pain in knee Joint. 5. Wear lumber spine belt if pain in spine. 6. Don't sit on floor. 7. Don't lift heavy things. 8. Do hot fermentation twice a day. 9. Apply volini cream before sleeping. 10. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum. 11. Take Glucosamine supplement if pain in knee Joint.

For masterbation: You must understand that excess of everything is bad. Same is true with masturbation. Control masturbition. Do not do more than a once in a week otherwise it may cause some weakness. You may take cap. Shilajit & tab. Chandraprabha bhati. One tab. Each morning & evening & also take dhatu paushtik churan one spoon morning & evening. All 3 with hot milk for 3-4 months.

Dear lybrate-user, you are getting continous pain in legs and hands it is because of your imbalance sugar levels and due to potassium imbalance also it happens. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

A small piece of bone is known as a fragment and it is very common that an avulsion fracture also tends to damage the protrusions of bone to which the tendons attach. This basically means that the tendon or ligament will come away from the bone and it will take a small piece of bone with it. It is sometimes very hard to find out what type of injury you have and this is why knowing the causes and symptoms of an avulsion fracture are very helpful in determining exactly how severe the injury is. 

Here are the causes of an avulsion fracture:

  1. Explosive landing: Athletes who tend to jump or land with great impact tend to get these most commonly. Therefore, it is crucial for your health that if you participate in such sports, you do follow the correct method of jumping.
  2. Explosive extension: Similar to how an athlete landing ferociously can get an avulsion fracture, someone who is extending the legs very violently and explosively during an exercise can also get an avulsion fracture. This is because the bone getting extended could very well damage the protrusions to which the tendons are attached. 

Symptoms
These are the two main causes of an avulsion fracture. There are not many symptoms of an avulsion fracture. This is because an avulsion fracture can only be determined by an MRI or by an X-ray scan. Therefore it is nearly impossible to diagnose that you have an avulsion fracture without looking at the results of the tests performed on the part of your body. However, the way you got the fracture and especially the details of it are very good indications of whether you have an avulsion fracture or not.

There must have been some jerk or stretching injury. You can use ice packs. Never do massage. You can also apply a medicrepe bandage lightly so that it gives some support to the tissues. You may continue taking medicine. Otherwise consult an Orthopaedic surgeon.

Hi!For you this may seem to be a very big problem, but actually it is not. This can be avoided by attempting the doing the things which u think are tough. At first this may seem very difficult ,but if u keep on doing it, u will feel better and get that fear out of u soon.
