Do you think hallucination involves only seeing things which are not real? There is much more to it actually and you may even smell or touch something, which does not exist. Hallucinations occur from various causes, primarily because of mental illnesses and nervous system disorders in your body. It is important for you to know about the different types of hallucinations, which are commonly experienced, along with their causes.

Types of hallucinations

  1. Hearing voices: This is known as auditory hallucinations in which you hear sounds and voices coming from within your mind or from outside. These voices might talk to each other as if they are trying to tell you something.
  2. Seeing things: This is called visual hallucination in which you see things, which actually do not exist. You might observe snakes crawling on your hands, but it is unreal. You can also see flashes of lights, and spots or shapes of bright colors.
  3. Smelling things: This type of hallucination is called olfactory hallucination in which you might sense a certain odor coming from your body, or from your surroundings.
  4. Tasting things: Known as gustatory hallucinations, you might find an odd or weird taste in something you are eating or drinking.
  5. Feeling things: This phenomenon is called tactile hallucination. You may feel that you are being tickled, or poked in spite of no one being around you. You might also feel that insects or snakes are crawling under your skin. Feeling a blast of hot air on the face is also likely.

Causes of hallucinations

  1. Schizophrenia accounts for being the primary cause of hallucinations and above 70% of the patients with this condition suffer from visual hallucinations, while others hear voices.
  2. Parkinson’s disease is another disease, which causes visual hallucinations in patients.
  3. Alzheimer’s disease and certain other types of dementia also account for causing hallucinations because of changes in the brain.
  4. People suffering from migraines may experience a form of visual hallucination known as aura. It resembles a crescent of multicolored light.
  5. Brain tumor causes hallucinations based on its exact location. In case of brain tumor in an area which controls vision, visual hallucinations are indicated. Smell and taste hallucinations are also likely.
  6. The condition called Charles Bonnet syndrome causes visual hallucinations in patients with cataract, macular degeneration, and glaucoma.
  7. Patients suffering from epilepsy are also prone to hallucinations. Different types of hallucinations are likely along with seizures, which are a common part of the condition. Expecting a baby is the best feeling for any woman but this may or may not be the case in teenage pregnancy. Getting pregnant at the early age can cause serious damage to her not only to her health but also her future. Any pregnancy that occurs in women under the age of 20 is termed as teenage pregnancy. It is classified as high-risk pregnancy which can cause grave danger to the mother as well as her unborn child.

Technically, a girl can become pregnant after sexual intercourse anytime after beginning ovulation. In common- speak, a girl can become pregnant after she begins menstruating.

Risks of Teenage Pregnancy
Usually what happens is that a teenager gets pregnant against her wish… She doesn’t plan to but gets pregnant maybe due to unprotected sex. This increases the risk to both her and her baby.
It usually leads to a lag in her accessing and getting prenatal care. This can lead to problems later on like-

  1. High blood pressure
  2. Premature births
  3. Low birth weight

Controlling high blood pressure during pregnancy and getting regular prenatal care is the single most important thing that a pregnant teen can do for her own and her baby’s health.

High BP
Teenage mothers are at high risk for suffering from high BP which means they are at high risk for developing pre-eclampsia. This is a sudden increase in blood pressure after the 20th week of pregnancy and can be life-threatening for both the mother and the unborn baby. There are no proven ways to prevent it and most women who have signs of pre-eclampsia are monitored to lessen the harm and to avoid complications. The only way to cure pre-eclampsia is to deliver the baby. Usually, doctors manage high blood pressure in pregnancy by closely monitoring the baby, lifestyle changes by the mother and use of medicines. Compliance among teenagers for making lifestyle changes is usually low according to experts.

Premature Babies
Premature babies are also common in teenagers and these babies can have health problems at the drop of the hat because their organs did not have enough time to develop in the womb. Problems that they are prone to are-

Low-birth weight
Low birth weight babies are another risk of teenage pregnancies. These babies who weigh less than 5 pounds are at higher risk for health problems like delayed motor and social development or learning disabilities. They also become sick more often in the first days of life or develop infections.

Risks of low birth weight, premature labour, anemia, and pre-clampsia are linked to the low age of the mother and all of these are observed in teen births even after controlling for other risk factors such as prenatal care.

What can be done?
A pregnant teen, therefore, should do the following-

  • Get regular prenatal check-ups
  • Take vitamins and iron to prevent birth defects
  • Staying away from smoking, alcohol, and drugs to prevent birth defects
  • Use a condom during sex to prevent sexually transmitted diseases that could hurt the foetus

पानी के महत्व से भला कौन अनजान है। बिना पानी के इस सरजमीं पर हम इंसानों का अस्तित्व ही खत्म हो जाएगा। हमारी हर एक्टिविटी खासकर वे जिनसे जीने का आधार हो वह पानी से ही शुरू और पानी से ही खत्म होती है। यूँ समझें कि पानी ऑक्सीजन की तरह हमारे लिए अहम है और अगर गर्मपानी हम अपनी रूटीन लाइफ में शामिल करें तो यह दवा की तरह हमपर असर करता वो भी बिना किसी साइड इफ़ेक्ट के। दरसल गुनगुना पानी पूरी तरह औषधीय गुणों से भरपूर होता है। जो स्वास्थ व सौन्दर्य दोनों के लिए लाभकारी है। इसीलिए अक्सर हमारे डॉक्टर व डाइटीशियन हमें सुबह उठने के बाद व रात को सोने से पहले गुनगुने पानी पीने की सलाह देते है। हमारे शरीर में 70 % पानी होता है, पानी की कमी से बहुत सी बीमारियाँ उभरने लगती है। इसलिए जरूरी है कि हमभरपूर मात्रा मे पानी पिएं, और अपने शरीर की पानी की कमी को पूरा करें। गर्म पानी से कई छोटी मोटी बीमारियम यूँ ही खत्म हो जाती हैं। इसलिए हम हर वक़्त पी सकें तो बहुत अच्छा वरना कम से कम सुबह खाली पेट,रात खाने के एक घण्टे बाद, ठंडी के दिनों में, व्यायाम योगा करने के बाद जरूर गुनगुना पानी पीने की आदत डालें। जिससे आप नीचे बताए गए तमाम फायदों को खुदमें मेहसूस कर सकें।

ज्यादातर बीमारियां गंदा पानी पीने से होती हैं। ऐसे में गर्म पानी को ठंडा करके पीने से पेट की कोई बीमारी नहीं होती है।गर्म पानी कफ और सर्दी की परेशानी को दूर करता है। खासकर बुखार होने पर अगर प्यास लगे तो ठंडा पानी न पिएं, इसकी जगह गर्म पानी पीना फायदेमंद होता है। 
खाली पेट सुबह 1 ग्लास गर्म पानी में नींबू डालकर पीने से शरीर की प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ती है और शरीर को विटमिन सी भी मिलता है।
चलिए अब इसीके साथ जानते हैं गर्म पानी से होने वाले कुछ बेहद खास फायदे।

1. पाएंदमकती त्वचा
किसी भी तरह की त्वचा संबंधी समस्या हो या फिर चेहरे पर नैचरल ग्लो लाना हो, गर्म पानी इसका सही उपाय है। रोज सुबह-सुबह गर्म पानी पीना शुरू कर दें। थोड़े ही दिनों में आपकी स्किन ग्लो करने लगेगी और बाकी स्किन प्रॉब्लम्स भी दूर हो जाएंगी।

2. भूख बढ़ाए 
जिन लोगों को भूख न लगने की प्रॉब्लम हो, उन्हें एक ग्लास गर्म पानी में काली मिर्च, नमक और नींबू का रस डालकर पीना चाहिए। इससे भूख बढ़ जाती है।

3. मुंहासे 
मुंहासों की समस्या लड़कियों में ही नहीं बल्कि आजकल लड़कों में भी देखी जा सकती है। इससे बचने के लिए खाली पेट सुबह गर्म पानी पिएं। इससे पिंपल्स से भी छुटकारा मिल जाएगा।

4. ब्लड सर्कुलेशन
खून की गति यानी ब्लड सर्कुलेशन को बढ़ाने में गर्म पानी बेहद फायदेमंद होता है। ब्लड सर्कुलेशन के ठीक रहने से इंसान हर तरह की बीमारियों से बचा रहता है। इसलिए आप गर्म पानी पिएं। यह पाचन तंत्र को भी मजबूत बनाता है।

5. रिंकल्स हटाएँ
उल्टा-सीधा खाना खाने से शरीर के अंदर विषैले पदार्थ जम जाते हैं, जो शरीर को अंदर से कमजोर कर देते हैं। इंसान जल्दी बूढ़ा लगने लगता है। इस समस्या को रोकने के लिए सुबह गर्म पानी पिएं। यह आपकी त्वचा की झुर्रियों को कम करता है, साथ ही पेट भी साफ रखता है।

6. वजन घटाएं

8. पीरियड्स प्रॉब्लम साल्व्ड
 पीरियड्स के दौरान लड़कियों को अक्सर पेट दर्द की समस्या होती है। क्योंकि इस दौरान पैन मसल्स में खिंचाव होता है जो पेट दर्द का कारण बनता है। ऐसे में 1 गिलास गुनगुना पानी पीने पीरियड्स के समय होने वाले दर्द से राहत मिलती है।

9. नाक और गले की तकलीफ से राहत
अगर नाक और गले में दिक्कत हो तो सांस लेने व कुछ खाने में बड़ी परेशानी होती है। खराश और खांसी भी बड़ी समस्या होती है। इन सभी रोगों से बचने और आराम पाने के लिए गर्म पानी से गरारा करें और गर्म पानी पिएं।

10. बॉडी करे डिटॉक्से 
गर्म पानी पीने से बॉडी को डिटॉक्सप करने में मदद मिलती है और यह शरीर की सारी अशुद्धियां को बहुत आसानी से साफ कर देता है। गर्म पानी पीने से शरीर का तापमान बढ़ने लग जाता है, जिससे पसीना आता है और इसके माध्यम से शरीर की अशुद्धियां दूर हो जाती हैं।

11. बालों को सुधारे
इसके अलावा गर्म पानी का सेवन बालों और त्वचा के लिए भी बहुत फायदेमंद है। इससे बाल चमकदार बनते हैं और यह इनकी ग्रोथ के लिए भी काफी फायदेमंद है।

12. थकावट रखें दूर 
अगर आपको हमेशा थकावट होती है या कोई भी काम करने के बाद आप थक जाते है तो आपको डेली अपने सुबह की शुरुआतगर्म पानी के साथ करनी चाहिए, क्योकि इससे रक्त परिसंचरण बढ़ता है और स्टैमिना बढ़ता है।

13. कब्ज से छुटकारा
अगर आपको कब्ज की तकलीफ है और यह बीमारी बहुत पुरानी है तो भी आप प्रतिदिनसुबह खली पेट गर्म पानी पीना शुरू कर दें कुछ दिनों में आपको राहत महसूस होने लगेगा।

मोटापा किसी के लिए भी परेशानी और शर्मिंदगी का सबब बन जाता है। थुलथुल ढीला, भारी भरकम शरीर किसी के लिए भी अभिशाप है । यह पूरी पर्सनालिटी की रौनक को खत्म कर देता है । ज्यादा मोटापा सिर्फ सुंदरता ही कम नहीं करता बल्कि शरीर को बीमारियों का घर बना देता है। एक अच्छी पर्सनैलिटी की पहचान स्वस्थ शरीर से होती है। बिज़ी लाइफस्टाइल के चलते, आजकल सभी अपनी फिटनेस का ख़ास ख़्याल नहीं रख पाते। पर आप अपने काम में तभी परफेक्ट हो पाएंगे, जब आपका स्वास्थ्य अच्छा और आप फिट होंगे ।ऐसे में लोग वजन  कम करने के लिए घंटो जिम में पसीना बहाते हैं, भूखे रहते हैं, दवाइयां भी लेते हैं कई बार जबकि मोटापा कम करने के लिए सिर्फ ये सब तरीके ही सही नही है बल्कि जल्दी एक्स्ट्रा पेट घटाने के लिए जरूरी है कि आप सही डाइट चार्ट फॉलो करें ।

डाइट चार्ट में इस बात का ख्याल रखा गया है कि आपको जरूरी विटामिन्स और मिनरल्स मिलते रहें। वैसे जरूरी नहीं कि हर शख्स पर यह पूरी तरह से लागू होगा मगर हां आप इसमें थोड़ा फेरबदल कर अपना सकती हैं।
एक खास बात आपको ये ध्यान रखनी होगी कि जब आप वजन घटाना शुरू करती हैं तो सबसे पहली कोशिश कुछ हद तक कामयाब हो जाती है। शुरू में आमतौर पर सभी लोगों का वजन दो चार किलो कम हो जाता है, मगर बाद में फैट कम नहीं होता। इसलिए हर बार आपको अपना डाइट चार्ट पहले के मुकाबले ज्यादा हार्ड बनाना होता है। वजन घटाने के लिए इस डाइट चार्ट को आप आजमाकर देखें फर्क जरूर पड़ेगा।

वैसे तो हर व्यक्ति की शारीरिक संरचना और उसके द्वारा की जाने वाली मेहनत के हिसाब से खान-पान की आवश्यकता अलग-अलग होती है। इसके लिए बेहतर होगा बीएमआर निकाला जाए जो यह बताएगा कि शरीर को कम से कम कितनी कैलोरी की आवश्यकता है।
शरीर का वजन कम करने के लिए कम कैलोरी लेनी चाहिए और इसके लिए बैलेंस्ड डाइट चार्ट बनाया जाना जरूरी होता है। दिमाग सुचारू रूप से कम करे और शरीर थके नहीं, इन बातों को ध्यान में रखते हुए 1200 से 1800 कैलोरी की आवश्यकता होती है। इतनी कैलोरी ऊर्जा के रूप में शरीर में बेहतर ढंग से संचरित हो जाती है जो कि फैट के रूप में नहीं जमती।


  • तीन मुख्य भोजन, जैसे नाश्ता, दोपहर का खाना और रात का खाना 300 से 350 कैलोरी का रखें।
  • बाकी बचे 300 कैलोरी में स्नेक्स तथा अन्य चीजों को रखें।
  • बेवरेज के तौर पर ग्रीन टी अपनाएं। ग्रीन टी वजन कम करने में सहायक है।
  • जो भी खाना खाएं, सभी गेहूं से बना हो या ब्राउन चावल हो। मैदा या सफेद चावल न खाएं।

डाइट चार्ट
आपको नाश्ते, दोपहर के भोजन और रात के खाने को ऐसे डिवाइड करें।

  • सुबह उठते ही – पानी पिएं, हो सके तो कम से कम दो गिलास और ज्यादा से ज्यादा एक लीटर। पानी हल्का गुनगुना होगा तो अच्छी बात है वरना जैसा आपको ठीक लगे।
  • अगर कर सकती हैं तो कुंज्जल करें। यह एक यौगिग क्रिया है जिसे वमन धौती भी कहा जाता है। इसमें तकरीबन दो लीटर हल्का गर्म पानी पीकर उल्टी की जाती है। अगर बीपी की प्रॉबलम नहीं है तो पानी में हल्का नमक भी मिला लें। यह वैसे तो बहुत आसान है मगर बेहतर होगा शुरू में आप किसी जानकार के सामने यह करें उसके बाद आप खुद कर सकती हैं।
  • नाश्ता – ओट्स बनायें मगर ये इंस्टेंट ओट्स न हों। सादे ओट्स का पैकेट लाएं और उसमें प्याज, लहसुन, दालचीनी, जरा सी मंगरैल उर्फ कलौंजी डालें, बाकी नमक वगैरा तो डालना ही है। इसमें मौसम के हिसाब से सब्जियां डाल सकती हैं। हो सके तो ब्रोकली जरूर डालें या कॉर्नफ्लेक्स और डबल टोंड दूध या अगर आप नॉन वेजिटेरियन हैं तो तीन या चार उबले अंडे का सफेद हिस्सा। चाहें तो बिना चीनी वाली नींबू की शिकंजी। शिकंजी पहले पियें बाद में अंडे खाएं या कभी कभी आप नाश्ते में दही के साथ उबला आलू भी ले सकती हैं। इसमें हरा धनिया भी डाल लिया करें।
  • ब्रंच – पांच से दस बादाम, साथ में कॉफी या ग्रीन टी या अदरक, तुलसी, दालचीनी, इलाइची वगैरा की चाय बस इसमें चीनी की बजाए शुगर फ्री हो।
  • लंच – एक कटोरी ब्राउन राइस, सलाद, दाल, मल्टी ग्रेन आंटे की एक या दो रोटी।
  • शाम की चाय-शाय – कोई वेज सूप या भुने चने के साथ चाय या कॉफी या ग्रीन टी। चाहें तो स्प्राउट भी ले सकती हैं।
  • रात का खाना – एक कटोरा वेज सूप, एक कटोरा सलाद, या एक बड़ा कटोरा पपीता या एक कटोरा भरकर सब्जियां इसमें लहसुन, प्याज जरूर हो या नॉन वेजेटेरियन हैं तो तीन एग व्हाइट या 150 ग्राम चिकन ब्रेस्ट, या दो लेग पीस।

जरूरी नहीं है कि आप इन्हीं चीजों का सेवन करें। जरूरी ये है कि आप कैलोरी की सही मात्रा लें।  इसके साथ ही तरल पदार्थों का अधिक सेवन और व्यायाम को भी अपनी दिनचर्या में शामिल करना होगा।

Sexual addiction is a problem faced by many and includes a wide range of behavioural patterns when it comes to sex and excessive indulgence in the same. Types of Sexual Addiction: There are a number of ways in which sexual addiction may be characterised. As mentioned above, it does not merely include addiction to pornography or any other aspect of sex. It may include an addiction of one or multiple aspects, which include pornography as well. The physical symptoms of this condition include falling prey to venereal diseases and infections on a frequent basis, as well as the exposure to unwanted pregnancy in at least 70% of the cases, as per many medical reports. Anxiety, depression and substance abuse are also some of the common outcomes of this kind of addiction.

Treatment: Sexual addiction and sexual dependency can be treated by first of all treating the physical manifestations of this condition and its symptoms like infections and other ailments. Further, the patient will be put through CBT or cognitive behavioural therapy as well as other forms of sex therapy so that the evaluator or psychologist may find the root cause behind the condition.

Although there are many causes of a red penis - including totally benign ones such as too much friction - when the red penis presents with balanitis, a man needs to take some appropriate penis health steps. Balanitis is a common issue for some men - and it may be more common for men who have diabetes.


What exactly is balanitis? It is defined as a condition in which the penis becomes inflamed, usually on the glans (or "head") of the penis. The name is derived from a Greek word which means acorn, a reference to the vaguely acorn shape of the glans. Any man can have balanitis, but it tends to be more prevalent in men who are intact.

Although the exact number of men who have or have had balanitis is unknown, studies indicate that between 3% and 11% of men in the United States have experienced it. Children and adolescents tend to be more susceptible to balanitis, but many adult men deal with it as well.

What causes it?

Balanitis is an inflammation, which means that some sort of infection - usually bacterial or yeast-based - is present. This is more likely to occur due to improper hygiene; a man does not clean sufficiently in the area and an infection develops. It can sometimes be difficult to clean beneath the foreskin, which is why balanitis may be more likely to occur in an intact man.

In other cases, using too strong a cleanser can be the inciting cause of balanitis. A soap with very harsh chemicals or fragrances may irritate the skin, bringing about the inflammation.


But diabetes can also be a contributing factor to the development of balanitis. Some sources even suggest that diabetes is the main cause of balanitis in adult males. Since diabetes is an increasingly common issue, especially as men get older, it is important to understand the connection between diabetes and balanitis.

As most people know, diabetes is a condition in which the body is unable to properly regulate the amount of sugar in the blood (also called the glucose level). Blood sugar is the key to a person's energy level and plays a big role in developing and maintaining muscles and tissues. When those levels are too low or too high, it can cause significant problems.

What does diabetes have to do with balanitis? It usually occurs when blood sugar levels are too high. Some of that excess sugar gets into the urine. When a man urinates, some residue often remains on the glans or slips down beneath the foreskin. If the urine is full of sugar, the drops that get waylaid on the penis will deposit that sugar when the urine evaporates. The presence of that sugar causes the inflammation, and a red penis results.

A man with diabetes needs to follow his prescribed course of treatment to properly monitor and maintain his blood glucose levels. He also needs to take appropriate steps to insure that his penis - especially the glans and foreskin - is kept well-washed and free of bacteria or other contaminants.

A healthy habit

A man with diabetes who wants to avoid balanitis and the resulting red penis should maintain his penis health by regular use of a first-rate penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). Broilers have different feed requirements in terms of energy, proteins, and minerals during different stages of their growth.Therefore, it is important that farmers adapt feed rations to these requirements for maximum production. Young broilers have a high protein requirement for the development of muscles, feathers, etc. As the broilers grow, their energy requirements for the deposit of fat increase and their protein requirements decrease. They require high protein content in their starter rations than in the grower and finisher rations. Broilers should have a feed that has between 22 – 24 per cent digestible crude protein, DCP.


The following guidelines can help the farmer to make the right feed at each stage of growth:

  • 7.2kg of whole maize
  • 11.9kg of maize germ
  • 9.5kg of wheat pollard
  • 7.2kg wheat bran
  • 4.3kg of cotton seed cake
  • 3.4kg of sunflower cake
  • 2.1kg of fishmeal
  • 1.4kg of lime
  • 2.5kg of soya meal
  • 45g of bone meal
  • 10g of grower PMX
  • 5g of salt
  • 5g of coccidiostat 
  •  5g of Zincbacitrach

 Broiler starter feed (1-4 weeks)

  • 28.6kg of whole maize
  • 8.6kg of fishmeal
  • 10kg of soya bean meal
  • 2.9kg of lime
  • 70g of premix

Amino acids to add

  •  35g of lysine
  •  35g of threonine

Preparing of layers chick mash (1-4 weeks)

chicks require feed with Digestible Crude Protein (DCP) of between 18 to 20 per cent. Amino acids are important nutrients in all feeds in order to make a complete feed for all animals. For hybrid chickens, the addition of amino acids is very important to maintain a balanced diet for fast growth

(50 kg bag of chick mash)

  • 22.5kg of whole maize
  • 6.5kg of wheat bran,
  • 5.0 kg of wheat pollard,
  • 12 kg of sunflower (or 12 kg of linseed),
  • 1.1 kg of fishmeal
  • 1.25 kg of lime
  • 30g of salt
  • 20g of premix

Amino acids to be added

  • 70g of tryptophan
  • 3.0g of lysine
  • 10g of methionine
  • 70 g of threonine
  • 50g of enzymes
  • 60g of coccidiostat
  • 50g of toxin binder

 To make a 50 kg bag growers feed (1 to 8 weeks), it is very necessary that pullets or young layers should be provided with a feed having a protein content of between 16 and 18 per cent. Such feed makes the pullet to grow fast and prepare for egg laying.

Note:  Layers’ feed should never be fed to chickens younger than 18 weeks as it contains calcium that can damage their kidneys (they can develop kidney stones), which interfere with egg production and also shorten their lifespan. Grit (sand) should be provided to growers that are not on free range to aid in digestion.

70 kg bag layer mash (18 weeks and above)

  • 24.3kg of whole maize
  • 8.6kg of Soya
  • 5.7kg of fishmeal
  • 7.1kg of maize bran, rice germ or wheat bran
  • 4.3 kg of lime
  • 180g premix

Amino acids to be added

  • 70g lysine
  • 35g methionine
  • 70kg threonine
  • 35g tryptophan
  • 50g toxin binder

Note: Layer feed should contain a Digestible Crude Protein (DCP) content of between 16-18 per cent. Calcium is important for the formation of eggshells (Laying hens that do not get enough calcium will use the calcium stored in their own bone tissue to produce eggshells). Layer feed should be introduced at 18 weeks.

 Important tips

  • When making home made feed rations, it is important to do experimental trials. Isolate a number of chickens, feed them and observing their performance. If the feed rations are right, the broilers will grow fast and the layers will increase egg production (at least 1 egg after every 27 hours).
  • Farmers should be very careful with the quality of feed ingredients or raw materials. Poultry, especially chickens are very sensitive to feeds that contain mycotoxins which are present in most of the raw materials. Never use rotten maize to make chicken feed.
  • Buy quality fishmeal from reputable companies. If omena(silver cyprinid) is used the farmers must be sure of its quality; most of the omena in the open-air markets may be contaminated.
  • It is very important to mix all the micronutrients (amino acids) first before mixing with the rest of the feed.
  • For mixing, farmers are advised to use a drum mixer (many welding artisans can make one). Never use a shovel to mix feed because the ingredients will be unevenly distributed.
  • Never use rotten raw materials like maize to make feed. Rotten materials might contain mycotoxins which are detrimental to poultry health.
  • Small scale families can contribute resources to the making of feed to ensure high-quality feed materials are used and also reduce costs.

Note: To improve on the feed quality, farmers making their own feeds should always have it tested to ensure the feed is well balanced.You can take your feed samples to agro-chemical industries for testing to ensure the feeds are balanced nutritionally.

If you are a diabetic patient and your blood glucose levels are poorly controlled, you are more likely to develop serious gum disease and lose more teeth than non-diabetics. Good blood glucose control can also help prevent or relieve dry mouth caused by diabetes. Use chlorhexidine mouthwash for 15 days and continue with diluted listerine mouthwash for months. It will prevent bad breath problem.

If it persists, odor may be a sign of a yeast or bacterial infection and should be shown to a doctor immediately.
  5. Why do I leak urine when I laugh or sneeze?: Many women after giving birth are subject to urinary incontinence. This is mostly due to weak pelvic floor muscles after pregnancy and a drop in estrogen in post menopausal women. Simple exercises can often help strengthen your pelvic muscles and hence prevent leaking. In more serious cases, a gynecologist will also be able to prescribe medication for the same.

This procedure is typically performed on a patient under general or spinal anaesthesia. This allows the doctors to examine the bone and joint in detail. In cases where this type of surgery is being used to treat a patient, specially designed instruments may also be inserted through an additional small incision to repair the injury.

Arthroscopic surgeries for sports injuries are often used in combination with other approaches or open surgery. One of the most common conditions, this type of surgery is used to treat are tendon tears in the knee. Other conditions that can also be treated with arthroscopic surgeries are torn ligaments and cartilage, inflammation of the joint lining, carpal tunnel syndrome, tears in the rotator cuffs and loosening of bones and cartilage.
After the surgery, the incision will be stitched shut and a dressing will be placed over it. In most cases, patients require almost no pain medication as compared to the medication needed to recover from open surgery.

However, it can take several days for the joint to recover and for the incision to heal. Some of the benefits of this kind of surgery are:
