Weight loss needs a Measured diet for weight reduction. You need to exactly monitor the food/calories you eat and only then your weight will come down. As per your height/weight you need to consume 1750 calories per day to maintain weight. In case you need to reduce then you need to take 1250 calories per day, in that case you can lose about 2 kgs in a month. Also you need to take into account, that most of our excess calories come from parties, outings, snacks, marriage functions, socialising etc. That too has to be managed. Overall calorie reduction + exercise can lead you to weight loss.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Ideal weight is decided on the basis of height in adults. You have not specified your height so it is difficult to comment on how much you need to shed. However, to start with avoid simple sugars as far as possible like sugar, jaggery, honey, sweets, candies, chocolates, cold drinks etc. 'Eat Out' less, avoid junk and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed like fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, low fat milk, curd etc. Gradually, focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only. Combine these dietary changes with 30 mins to one hour play/walk / exercise. Its difficult to draft a diet chart here which is tailored to meet your requirements. Avoid such supplements, where you will lose money and confidence, but not lose any weight. 1. Aim for permanent weight loss by change in food habits/lifestyle. 2. Add 2-3 Fruits per day taken in gaps between meals. 3. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas from your diet. Take 10-15 almonds per day. 4. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice etc 5. ‎Eat plain roti/rice with simple dal and lots of salad in each meals. 6. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you slim and trim.

Certain readings on my blood sample are not normal. E.g. Hello. Fat has been gained over time, and the loos would also be a slow process. Loosing fat from the abdominal area is the most difficult part of weight loss. In order to loose fat around the abdominal area, one must start exercise that focus on the muscles of the stomach. Avoid foods that are high in fat, that are high in oil, butter, ghee, foods that are processed, etc. Include foods high in 1st class proteins that come from milk and its products, animal meat, eggs, etc. Also from a blend of cereals and pulses. Increase the intake of fiber in the diet that comes from raw fruits and vegetables, bran of cereals, etc. Drink 8-10 glasses of water. This should help you loose the fat.

Hello, If you are 193 cm in height, and 75 kg in weight, you are not over weight, rather a little lower on your weight for your height. Exercise every day, build your muscles, and lean body mass, increase the intake of 1st class proteins in the diet that comes from milk and milk products, and other animal sources.
