Is there any connection between gym and hair fall. Whenever I start gym my hair starts falling. Consulted with dermatologist, he says it's hereditary male pattern hair loss and nothing to do with gym. I am not satisfied with his anwer. please guide ,being 90 kg male I take around 110 kg of protein daily.

No relation with gym. Hair fall can be due to hormone dependant that is male patterned hair loss or fodd intake is not balenced.

Hello, Thanks for the query. For persons without the problem of diabetes, there is really no worry at all. However, it is better if one restricts overall sugar intake, whether it is brown or white. As regards the rice variety, brown one is supposed to contain more of fibers, so it is better. But the whole thing is the total quantity that one takes. There are some white varieties with high fiber content available. All these considerations are more relevant for a diabetic patient. In general for a normal person it is better if one consumes more of green leafy vegetables, and other fiber containing foods. Thanks.

37.5 mg is the lowest strength and you can directly stop it. But the more important point is if you are having relapses after stopping veniz. Then continue 37.5 for life as your body needs that bec of genetically less serotonin in your body. No side effect of the medicine.

You have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibupani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10. Relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating. Take dinner 3 hrs before sleeping. No late nights 11. Keep your weight under control. 13. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol 15. Reduce physical and mental stress. Maintain healthy life style. Do exercise regularly. 16. No unnecessary medicines for medicine contact on private chat.

M on pcos medicines.in every scan small tiny follicles in both ovaries. I hv problems with my period always. Bt now on medicines period r regular but small tiny follicles on both ovaries. You have to take thorough interest and do exercises regularly Have flax seed drink on empty stomach walk for one hour. Have fresh veggies and fruit Be sincere in your approach. In Four months time you'll see a major difference.
