Hi there you need to do back strengthening exercises to strengthen your back which includes back extension exercises and abdominals. You can start with yoga exercises.

Hi Your fractured foot need to be immobilized and it takes a time depending upon the amount of damage. Kindly consult a good homoeopathic doctor near you and get your xray foot examination done time to time according to your treatment. (3-4 weeks) Do not follow any vigorous exercise and avoid putting your full weight on your affected foot. Once a day is not masturbation addiction. The 3 things you mentioned are not due to masturbation. Masturbation is a very healthy form of sexual outlet, do not feel guilty about it. Nearly 99% of men and more than 60% of women masturbate. It starts from adolescence and goes on in some people even till death. The pleasure (orgasm) from masturbation is said to be unique from sexual intercourse. In men, most of the liquid contains only water and some fructose and hormones. Hence it does not drain your energy. Many equate masturbation/ seminal fluid loss to lack of energy, impotency and so on. Many quacks, religious heads and pseudo healers also propagate the idea that masturbation is a disorder/ and wrongful behavior and instill fear on the mind of innocent men and women (we can see posters in train and bus stand, offering help for this behavior). Consult a psychiatrist, if you have excessive masturbation guilt or compulsive masturbation. Compulsive masturbation is when a person continues with frequent masturbation neglecting his/ her other work like education, job or social obligations. In fact masturbation reduces the sexual tension and helps focus on task at hand better.

Hi. There is soreness due to damage in the muscles. Use ice pack for 5 to 7 mins to the affected area. You should start exercises gradually if you are taking a break. Avoid heavy weight lifting for few days. TC.

If the L4/5 disc bulge is causing you no symptoms, then it is very fine for you to go jogging. However, you must do good warm up exercises before jogging, especially for spine flexibility, so that the disc prolapse will not aggravate and cause you symptoms. Yoga is the best form of warm up you can do.

I have pain in lower part i.e.after knee joint of both legs .Pain level is so high that I am unable walk normally. Since last 7 days I am having issue. I have also pain in toes as well as abdomen.In previous yours also I got such pain but condition was not so worse. After resting I was getting relief .so I took it this issue lightly.In current situation my condition is so poor that I am unable to move properly. When I walk more than 10 min condition becomes worse. I do not have any fever also. I thought issue could of diabetes but after sugar test report was normal. Please suggest me what should I do? Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Simple Knee Exercises would help to strengthen the quadriceps muscle which is the key muscle. Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping a soft ball underneath the knee and you have to keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Knee Pain unable to walk one step with walker Her knees would have been totally damaged due to arthritis of both the knees. That's the reason she is unable to walk one step as there will be knee rigidity.

Doctor, three days back I developed sore throat. Two days back had fever (100.5) took only one paracetamol and after that body temperature till today (3rd day) is Normal .but I am having joint pains ,heavy legs and very mild cramp .i went MD doc. He did CBP. He told everything is normal. Platelets are adequate, lymphocytes 36% .can this be dengue? I don’t have fever .i have only joint pain in left elbow and legs are heavy.

It's a viral type of infection. It may take 5 to 7 days for recovery. No need to worry. You should have more of liquid diet like milk, fresh fruit juice, coconut water etc. Wishing you a healthy life.

This is cervical pain (neck pain) and that's the reason the pain radiates until the shoulder blades. If you keep ice that would help to reduce the pain and feel relaxed and comfortable. You shall also do hot water fermentation that would improve the blood circulation to the painful area and thereby the pain would be reduced. You shall use cervical collar which would help you to reduce the radiating pain and also that would improve the cervical angle and improve the anatomical posture. The pain actually triggers due to nerve compression and that would definitely improve by wearing a cervical collar.
