You may be able to put much weight by consuming more calories, but it'll take time to make significant changes in your appearance. Consume a greater number of calories than you burn to put on the weight. Don't assume you should be a couch potato to burn fewer calories and make weight gain possible, either. Modest amounts of healthy exercise help you develop muscle mass in the long term and stimulate your appetite so you can eat more.Add Extra Calories to Meals. Boost your calorie intake at every homemade meal.Increase Your Protein Intake,Eat Snacks Often,Drink Up to Gain Weight,Light Exercise to Gain Weight

You should initially aim to increase your appetite? increase your appetite by eating more to gain weight. But do it step-by-step and not by stuffing yourself too much at one go. Add one extra chapatti or more rice than you normally consume, or you could even start with fruits by eating an extra one every day? including the following foods in your diet is also a good idea. Milk milk is a great source of protein and carbohydrates, along with many other nutrients making it great for weight gain. A 100 ml serving contains around 3.4g of protein and if you drink 2 glasses every day, you would have consumed 14g of protein eggs eggs too are a great source of protein, with 100 g containing as much as 13 g of protein. They are also loaded with several vitamins like vitamin a and vitamin b12 making them an excellent health food energy bars energy bars like granola bars might not be healthy if you are trying to lose weight, but it? s a good option for those trying to gain it. They are loaded with nuts and calories, and if consumed in moderation, they can help add some weight. Oats oats are rich in fibre, and a 100 g serving contain 17 g of protein. They are also rich in iron, making them a great health food for everyone and not just for those who are trying to lose weight banana bananas are often recommended in most diet plans for weight gain. A single banana can contain 105 calories and gives you an instant source of energy. Also, they contain a lot of carbohydrates making them a great food to have to replenish yourself after a workout. If you waste your time eating foods that have too much volume, it's going to be a real struggle to meet your calorie requirements, and this will hinder your ability to build muscle. Good, high-calorie dense foods include peanuts, peanut butter, raw oats, lean red meat, bagels, and dried fruit for weight gain medicines available 3 month course no any side effects ayurvedic medicines. Results r good any queries inform me.

Hello, even if you have diabetes, it is possible to join a gym and build muscles. Based on your sugar level, weight and extent of exercise your diet should be based. But first thing is to achieve a strict blood sugar control with fasting closer to 100 mg and pp 150 to 160 mg and hba1c% < 6.8. Then you will have to take extra proteins to build muscles.

You don't need to remove the yolk. It has concentrated nutrients in them and will be beneficial if you have gain free breakfast. But I would recommend you to have a mixture of carbs and proteins in the breakfast and keep grain free at dinner.

Sir my weight is not good. please give me suggestion what I should do. I am also a smoker.
Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help. Smoking will reduce chances of gaining weight. Quit smoking gradually.

Dear,People who are underweight and do not have fat deposits on their body may not be getting enough calories to fuel their body. This could have a direct impact on all of their organs and may eventually lead to a variety of health problems. There are ways to get into the shape we desire and to gain weight fast. This would require understanding the reason for low weight and maintaining a diet for weight gain. In weight loss, the simple formula is to burn more calories than you consume, but to gain weight you have to also find out if there is something in your body that is preventing you from getting to the weight that you desire. Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert.
