Enlarged lymph nodes in the axilla which are palpable.

Retraction or thickening of the nipple(s).

It is advisable to limit milk/ dairy, preferably of low fat content, to 1 to 2 servings max daily. The incidence of pain and lumps in the breast is on the rise. Breast cancer has grown in incidence over the years.
