Constriction of the arterioles.

Changes in the walls of retinal blood vessels.

Flame-shaped hemorrhages in the retina.

Spots in the shape of cotton wool.

Treatment

The primary treatment for Hypertensive Retinopathy is controlling blood pressure of the eyes.
