Almonds are a great choice nuts are very high in fat. Mixed nuts are a great option because you can get the nutritional benefit of many varieties in one snack. Cheese and for good reason, you can add cheese into almost any dish. It has all the nutritional benefits of milk products, but most cheeses are high in fat, making it a good product to have if you are trying to gain weight.

I am 28 years old. All of sudden I am finding many pimples on my cheeks and chin since 2 months. And also in month of aug my cycle got delayed for 15 days and next month I had taken tablets to postpone my cycle for a week, is that the reason for the pimple outbreak. And also I stared using a night cream. Or is this the reason. But as of now I stopped using night cream.

Pimples form when dead skin cells mix with excess oil this mixture plugs the pore, causing swelling. It is very important to keep your face clean when trying to prevent pimples. Washing your face removes dirt, impurities and any excess oil that has built up on the surface of your skin. Use a clean dry towel to pat your face dry. Eat well: Although it’s been proven that chocolate and other junk food don’t actually cause pimples, stay away from oil. Greasy foods can still have a positive effect for your skin. Mix a little turmeric powder with a little coconut oil and apply directly onto the pimples wash it after few hours. Make the paste by rubbing sandalwood stick with rose water on a rough surface and apply on your pimples before sleeping. Use the paste only for limited hours on your face or add some milk while preparing the paste. Milk will help remove the dryness. Do not pop pimples as that will leave a scar behind which is even difficult to get rid of.

Follow it up with a heavy and healthy breakfast. Take moderate lunch and dinner. Add Banana, Milk, Eggs, including yellow yolk, Mango, rice gram, peanut, butter are helpful in gaining weight. Potatoes, bananas are a great choice because they’re high in protein and calories. Dried Fruit: Dried fruit is a rich source of fibre more over it has a high content value of vitamins and minerals which are necessary for overall health. Peanut butter sandwiches on whole-grain bread you extra calories from protein and carbohydrates without an excessive amount of fat and sugar. .

Eating too much of food does not help to gain weight you should eat food rich in protein and calories. The right combination of healthy food, exercise, right breathing rest and sleep, go a long way in a happier. Focus on eating each meal containing a protein then do regular exercise. Follow it up with a heavy and healthy breakfast. Take moderate lunch and dinner. Add Banana, Milk, Eggs, including yellow yolk, Mango, rice gram, peanut, butter are helpful in gaining weight. This type are always on the lockout for best cosmetic treatment are products for curing these marks and scars some skin type can easily adapted to the chemicals where as some cannot. Homemade remedies are perfect solution for removing the acne scars or marks. Naturally and without any side effect. This is simple and easy scrub for healthy pimples mark on face 1. Take one egg. Separate the egg white from the egg yolk. Apply the on pimples mark after 10 to 15 minutes wash off with cold water 2. Soak a few stand of keslar in 2 spoons of raw overnight. Keep the container in fridge to ensure that the milk is not spoiled. In the morning crush the keslar stands in the milk and apply the resulting mixture in to your face. Let it get dry completely and the wash off with normal water. If your problems still persist using, these remedies for two weeks, for further help please inform.
