I am 28 years old. All of sudden I am finding many pimples on my cheeks and chin since 2 months. And also in month of aug my cycle got delayed for 15 days and next month I had taken tablets to postpone my cycle for a week, is that the reason for the pimple outbreak. And also I stared using a night cream. Or is this the reason. But as of now I stopped using night cream.

Pimples form when dead skin cells mix with excess oil this mixture plugs the pore, causing swelling. It is very important to keep your face clean when trying to prevent pimples. Washing your face removes dirt, impurities and any excess oil that has built up on the surface of your skin. Use a clean dry towel to pat your face dry. Eat well: Although it’s been proven that chocolate and other junk food don’t actually cause pimples, stay away from oil. Greasy foods can still have a positive effect for your skin. Mix a little turmeric powder with a little coconut oil and apply directly onto the pimples wash it after few hours. Make the paste by rubbing sandalwood stick with rose water on a rough surface and apply on your pimples before sleeping. Use the paste only for limited hours on your face or add some milk while preparing the paste. Milk will help remove the dryness. Do not pop pimples as that will leave a scar behind which is even difficult to get rid of.

Dry skin is the most common cause of dandruff. You don't regularly wash your hair, oils and skin cells from your scalp can build up, causing dandruff sometimes sensitivities to certain ingredients in hair care products or hair dyes, can cause a red, itchy, scaly scalp. Shampooing too often or using too many styling products also may irritate your scalp. An age-old indian remedy to keep ones hair long and strong, traditionally used in combination with reeta, shikakai, methi, and amla. Soak reeta in water over night grind them and boil the powder in water. Strain. Now add alma powder to it and mix well. Use water to make it a paste. Apply on scalp for 30 minutes and then rinse off with a mild shampoo soak fenugreek seeds in water overnight. Grind them into a paste. Add apple cider vinegar to the paste and apply on your scalp. Leave it for 30 minutes and then wash off with mild shampoo. If you have not tried this home remedy do try this.

I never get urge to get fresh. Even its irregular. I can't do it on regular basis. No pain or any discomfort I feel but I want to get fresh everyday in morning. I even go sometimes in evening.
