Hi take *alfa malt forte (medisynth) 1tablespoon to be taken twice a day during meals for 1mth *take grd powder 1tablespoon in 1 cup of milk, drink once a day the food you eat should be properly digested and absorbed then only you can gain weight as required. So these medicines will improve your digestion and also gaining weight. These medicines don't have side effects.

To gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions. 1 start eating high energy high protein food. Like almond, ground nut, dry coconut, cashew nut, milk and milk products etc 2 do not take stress, if you are suffering from any kind of stress do yoga and meditation 3 quite smoking or any kind of tobacco. 4 eat food which is less in fiber so it can be digested easily and make you hungry again. 5 instead of eating large quantities of food in single meal take small portions of food frequently above are some common instruction. You need proper guidance of an expert for definite results.

Eating five or six meals smaller meals per day when you are underweight can be more manageable compared with the standard three. This is because you typically feel full faster than a person at a healthy weight. Don’t drink before meals. Fluids before meals can affect your appetite. Try limiting drinking until 30 minutes after you’ve eaten. Add nutritious drinks to your diet. Avoid soft drinks and caffeine-heavy coffee that adds little nutritional value to your diet. Try milk, fruit juices, healthy shakes and fruit smoothies instead. The will help increase the energy in your diet and also add important nutrients for your health too. Eat nutritious foods. When underweight, sticking to a healthy diet can help you safely gain weight. Choose fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, whole grain cereals, bread and pastas, lean meats and dairy products. Snack healthy. Snacking on avocados, nuts, cheese, peanut butter or dried fruits between mealtimes can be a good way to gain weight. Treat yourself. A check up of vit d and calcium levels and do hot fermentation and stretching exercise of spine and put a towel roll under knee and press for 10 sec and release repeat 10 time if it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment. Posture correction must.

You have talked of many virtues of chillies. But from my childhood I cannot tolerate chillies. Stomach is upset, get burning sensation. It is very inconvenient to go to a hotel or somebody's house as Indian dishes always contain chillies. No doctor could solve this problem. Please give me some solution.

Not everyone's body is comfortable with chillies. It does affect some people otherwise. The best solution is to avoid chillies alltogether. If you are in any unavoidable situation, take an antacid before you eat food and include lots of salad with food.

1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. 4. If you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. 5. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 6. Do not eat for 3 hours before you go to sleep. Eating before going to bed is one of the main cause of rapid weight gain. 7. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water.

If you have a sweet tooth, it is difficult to keep off sugars. However, there are innumerable health benefits of keep a tab on the sugars you consume. With every spoon, we add 5-10 grams of direct sugar to our blood.

Here are 5 practical ways to beat your sugar habit:

1) Pick right desserts: Have ripe fruits to fulfil your sugar craving instead of sweets, chocolate, kheer, or puddings – which have artificially added sugars in huge quantities.

2) Dilute your sweet drinks: Canned juices or fruit drinks send lot of sugar inside you without your notice. Dilute it with some water to save yourself from all of it going in.

3) Mind your cereals: Frosted flakes of cereal in breakfast packs are high on sugar content. Replace them with humble oats or the salty ones.

4) Skip flavored dairy products: Most flavoured dairy products like milk, yogurts, lassi etc have lots of sugar in it. Go for the plain variety.

5) Cut your beverages: There are two ways to implement this. First, cut the number of beverages like tea, coffee, coke etc. that you take on daily basis. Second, adopt the sugar less variety.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Immediately after gym you should have carbs rich foods along with protein. You can take whey protein or any other nutritional supplement. Do exercise like yoga, push ups, plank etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods. Avoid smoking, alcohol.
