Hello, Soy and its products if taken in limitation is considerably safe for males. 20-30 gms of soya in a day should be ideal for consumption. Please do not combine soya with milk as it can hinder the absorption of important nutrients in the milk.

Have Pleasant Meals: Meal time should be a pleasant time rather than a hurried affair. You should thoroughly enjoy every meal. Listening to soothing music while dining can be very helpful. Furthermore,research conducted by Professors Brian Wansink and Koert van Ittersum at Cornell University suggest that by eating in larger cups and bowls, one may increase the consumption of food compared to when eating in smaller cups and bowls.

I am a skinny boy and a vegetarian guy what diet should I follow regularly to increase my weight properly?
Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

As per you drinking water along with food is not good. What about drinking water after food. Any where we go we get water along with food. All take water after completing the food. Kindly advise in this respect.

You can take water before 15 minutes of taking food and after 1 hr of taking meal. Avoid taking water along with food and immediately after taking food.

Ignore those activities that gives you pain, do not walks on hard surfaces that may increase your pain. Else you can visit the nearby orthopaedic doctor for further treatment.

I had knee twist on 31st december.I had pain initially however after a week i didnt have pain.However even now I have a instable knee.I took a xray it dint show up anything.But I still cant run.The knee slips everytime i try to jump or run and I have temporary pain.Can someone help me please.I dont want to opt for surgery

Well, as you have described your problem beautifully, diagnosis has become easy. You have unstable knee because of Torn ligament. Most probably it's ACL tear. It's more than 2 months now. You are afraid of surgery, but my friend, there are worse side effects of the injury on knee if left untreated. Unstable knee gets degenerative changes very fast. You will have cartilage damage and meniscus tear as time goes. Then recovery of your knee will be jeopardised. Please visit a proper Knee specialist who performs Arthroscopic surgeries. He will take care of your knees. Get an MRI done. It should be good quality 3 Tesla MRI. Please ask for CD of that MRI. I hope you understand the gravity of the situation. Dr Prashant Parate. He may be suffering from osteoarthritis and applying heat and oil massage is the home remedy. Definite treatment is joint replacement.

I have pills long ago because it was so paining. I'm ignored some days but it was heavy paining so what type of I would take for immediately cure for this problem. If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the causes for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels as this may not be due to your knee joint or back pain. If not, the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain.
