Eat a lot of good things Protein = building block for your muscles Carbs will help you put on weight, but it won’t be muscle Keep track of everything you eat Compound exercises are your friend Appearance is a consequence of fitness Let your muscles rest Sleep Make it part of your routine Realize you will put on some fat U need to take a balanced diet.

Sometime I get vibrations in biceps after workout. My right bicep muscle starts vibrating frequently. It is more after workout. It is disturbing me a lot. I want to know the reason for that and any remedy?

Twice a week do complete body masssage from mustard (sarso oil) more on your biceps. Secondly do proper warm up and cool down before and after gym, after gym is over change your t shirt and wear a fresh t shirt. Ask your coach to help you in arms stretching. Do not pick very heavy weight, instead do normal weights with more repetitions, I hope you are not taking ant supplements, proteins or steroids, if yes, stop it now and dervie protein from natural food only.

Hello lybrate-user, having 1/2 glass of water with meal and a glass post 30-40 minutes should be fine. Gas problem happens due to empty stomach i. E not eating for long hour or indigestion. Having small frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hours will help. Avoid late night dinner and sleeping immediately postmeal should be avoided. Have 1-2 tsp sauf post meal or chewing few mint leaves should help.

Try to to 40-60 mins intensive exercise every day. At home you can view exercises based on apps or youtube. Outside you can go for walks/jobs. Else you can join a gym and do treadmill / cross trainer etc. Or you can join Zumba/ Aerobics classes. Whatever you prefer/like, you can do those exercises regularly and you will be fit soon.

Hello You need not worry. Drink plenty of water. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Start your day with peanut butter sandwich. After 2 hours take 500ml milk. After 2 hours take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with paneer curry. Evening banana shake. Take apple before workout. After workout take 1 scoop of whey protein powder. Dinner take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with paneer or soya curry. Thank you

Hi, From your question I could understand that you want to increase your body weight and muscle. We can increase our body weight by taking any foods but it should be healthy. So you should follow a healthy food and lifestyle. So you should include a balance diet which contains fats, carbohydrates and more proteins. Take food 4 or 5 times in a day that include snacks, drink lots of water and try to get proper sleep of 8 hrs continuously. Also make sure that you are doing some physical activities like regular exercise or involve in sports and games. Below are some daily diet suggestions •Breakfast (7.30 am– 8.00 am) Milk-200ml Any types of legumes eg: green gram, black gram, chickpeas etc. Rotis made up of Rice, potato, cereals or wheat Fruits which contains more calories like banana, jack fruit, mangoes etc. •Snacks (11.00 am-11.30 am) Fruit juice odry fruits •Lunch oRice 2 bowl or chappathi 3 nos Dal curry, curd, leafy vegetables If you are non-veg take 1 egg or 1 piece chicken or fish •Evening Snacks Lassi or fruit juice or dates Some biscuits •Dinner 3 chappathy with veg curry It would be helpful if you can provide. •any history of other illness •your bowel habits, sleep & appetite.
