Tb ke mariz mein treatment start hone ke lagbhag ek mahine ke baad se improvement nazar aana shuru ho jata hai parantu puri tarah theek hone ke liye 6-8 mahine ka pura course lena jaruri hota hai. Abhi oxygen kum padne pe lagana hi upaay hai lekin jaise jaise tb theek hogi oxygen levels bhi apne aap theek ho sakte hain.

The apparent and most common symptoms of tuberculosis are general weakness, low appetite, low grade fever especially in the evenings, cough generally with sputum. The diagnosis can be made by getting certain investigations done. If the tests prove its presence, it is completely curable by taking a proper and complete course of anti tuberculosis treatment medication.

Hello, according to me in asthma homoeopathic medicine are best, you can loose dependace on spray or corticosteroids easily. There are no side effects of natural medicine, it covers all symptoms with single medication. Act gently with quick relief even during asthma exacerbation. A case session of 15 to 20 min is required for the same.

do you have family history of asthama? the right medications for you depend on a number of things, including your age, your symptoms, your breathing triggers and what seems to work best to keep your breathlessness under control. Preventive, long-term control medications reduce the inflammation in your airways that leads to symptoms. Quick-relief inhalers (bronchodilators) quickly open swollen airways that are limiting breathing. In some cases, allergy medications are necessary. Do reply back for medication prescriptions. Being also a general physician and registered dietitian, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary guidelines and home remedies carefully personalized for each individual patient.

I am 27 years old unmarried my E C G report is showing SINUS arrhythmia / NO ST. T CHANGES. What does it mean please explain.

M.D. Consultant Pathologist, CCEBDM Diabetes, PGDS Sexology USA, CCMTD Thyroid, ACDMC Heart Disease, CCMH Hypertension, ECG
Sexologist, Sri Ganganagar
Sinus arrhythmia is a normal physiological phenomenon, most commnonly seen in young, healthy people. The heart rate varies due to reflex changes in vagal tone during the different stages of the respiratory cycle. Inspiration increases the heart rate by decreasing vagal tone. With the onset of expiration, vagal tone is restored, leading to a subsequent decrease in heart rate. The incidence of sinus arrhythmia decreases with age, presumably due to age-related decreases in carotid distensibility and baroreceptor reflex sensitivity.
