Do you often feel lethargic and tired? Has your partner been complaining about your not so great performance in bed? Are you not enjoying your sex life life off late? If yes, then you need to think about your behavior as the resons for such a behavior could be many. Well with some basic tips you can certainly add zing to your life.

Here are some sex positions that you can try to make yourself relaxed and lithe, enabling your body to function properly.

Squat pose: This yoga position works by improving your pelvic joints and targets your inner thigh muscles, abdominals, and your pelvic floor. The pose is also found to be beneficial in stimulating your spleen and sex glands (gonad). For this, you need to stand with your feet wide apart and your toes facing outward. Join your palms together in front of your heart, and slowly bring them down in the direction of the mat, stopping just before you touch the floor. Position your biceps behind your knees so that they are spread out while helping your spine to maintain its stretched position.
Chair pose: In this pose, your pelvic region is targeted and helps you to establish a better control over your sexual organs. It works by lifting your pelvic floor as you go about lowering your tailbone. Begin by bringing your feet together before assuming a sitting position. Keep your tailbone stretched when you lift your pelvic floor to stretch the spine.

You can also try some foods to rev up your sex life:

Almonds: Almonds have always been associated as stimulants. They are rich in nutrients and other minerals that help in boosting your sexual health and also aid in the process of reproduction.
Strawberries: They not only look delicious, but are rich in folic acid, one that keeps away birth defects in women.
Figs: Though this fruit may look funny, they serve as excellent aphrodisiacs and boost fertility. Filled with both soluble and insoluble fiber, they are equally beneficial for the heart.
Citrus: Apart from its excellent taste, this fruit is rich in with vitamin C, antioxidants and folic acid, which help in the reproductive health of men.
Spinach: This green vegetable is filled with plenty of advantages, but it is also beneficial for the bedroom. It reduces exhaustion and fatigue and provides the much needed energy.

    Porn and erectile dysfunction

Porn does not cause erectile dysfunction directly. The problem with watching porn occurs when the male starts believing that he requires intense visual stimulation to be able to get an erection. This isn't entirely true. But now he is worrying about his ability to fulfil a live partner if (she) doesn't look like a porn star.

Performance anxiety starts confusing his brain which promptly makes him lose his erection.

Due to his addiction to porn to feel sexual fulfilment he now also has an unrealistic view of sexual actions. What is required to fulfil a partner sexually and how to bring himself and his partner to orgasm.

After a man has lost his erection hardness once, his mind then becomes consumed with worrying that event will occur again. This causes an ongoing erectile dysfunction problem which often continues, even if he stops masturbating or watching porn.

    How to Get Started Jelqing

Basic jelqing involves a four-step process accomplished in a simple, fluid motion. * Note: Do not start jelqing until you read all of the important jelqing FAQs, warnings, and tips below. You can find more detailed jelqing instructions on our How to Jelq page.

    How to Jelq Step-by-Step:

LUBRICATE: Before you start jelqing, lubricate your penis with baby oil, vaseline, Enlarged, or another penis lubricant (see the list below).

ERECTION LEVEL: Bring your penis erection level to 50 - 75 percent by slightly stroking your penis. The penis should be relaxed enough that it's easy to push blood through it. Never perform jelqing exercises with a full erection.

OK-GRIP: Use your thumb and main pointer finger to form an OK-grip (see the guide above for an example).

START AT BASE: Place the grip around the base of your penis, as close to your pubic bone as you can.

MOVE UP: With light pressure on the grip, slowly move it up your penis. The ideal jelqing pressure is one that does not hurt but effectively pushes blood up the penis.

STOP BEFORE GLANS: Stop the grip directly before it reaches your glands. You have just completed one jelq! Each jelq should take approximately 2 to 3 seconds.

REPEAT: Once you're done with one jelq, take your other hand and repeat the jelqing process.

    1. Sex relieves stress

A big health benefit of sex is lower blood pressure and overall stress reduction, according to researchers from Scotland who reported their findings in the journalBiological Psychology. They studied 24 women and 22 men who kept records of their sexual activity. Then the researchers subjected them to stressful situations - such as speaking in public and doing verbal arithmetic - and noted their blood pressure response to stress.

Those who had intercourse had better responses to stress than those who engaged in other sexual behaviours or abstained.

Another study published in the same journal found that frequent intercourse was associated with lower diastolic blood pressure in co-habiting participants. Yet other research found a link between partner hugs and lower blood pressure in women.

    2. Sex boosts immunity

Good sexual health may mean better physical health. Having sex once or twice a week has been linked with higher levels of an antibody called immunoglobulin A, or IgA, which can protect you from getting colds and other infections. Scientists took samples of saliva, which contain IgA, from 112 university students, who reported the frequency of sex they had.

Those in the "frequent" group - once or twice a week - had higher levels of IgA than those in the other three groups - who reported being abstinent, having sex less than once a week, or having it very often, three or more times weekly.

    3. Sex burns calories

Participating in 30 minutes of sex burns 85 calories or more. It may not sound like much, but it adds up: 42 half-hour sessions will burn 3,570 calories, more than enough to lose a pound.

Sex can be a great form of exercise.

    4. Sex improves cardiovascular health

While some older people may worry that the efforts expended during sex could cause a stroke, that's not so, according to British researchers. In a study published in the Journal of Epidemiology and Community Health, scientists found frequency of sex was not associated with stroke in the 914 men they followed for 20 years.

The circulation health benefits of sex don't end there. The researchers also found that having sex twice or more a week reduced the risk of fatal heart attack by half for the men, compared with those who had sex less than once a month.

    5. Sex boosts self-esteem

Boosting self-esteem was one of 237 reasons people have sex, according to researchers who published the list in the Archives of Sexual Behavior.

Some experts say those who already have self-esteem say they sometimes have sex to feel even better.

Natural Aphrodisiacs for Your Female Libido

Aphrodisiacs are defined as foods, drinks or drugs that stimulate sexual desire. These six natural aphrodisiacs have been used for thousands of years in Ayurveda practices. Ayurveda is the traditional medicine of India that focuses on making the right choices for your body and mind. Try these Ayurvedic recommendations in your daily regimen to bring the heat back!

Raw cacao nibs are a tasty super food with many benefits, including aphrodisiac properties. Cacao contains anandamide, which is known as the bliss molecule. It is packed with healthful magnesium, phosphorous, antioxidants, and libido-enhancing arginines and methylxanthines. If that is not enough to make your swap your semi-sweet chocolate chips for cacao in your favorite recipes, it also contains phenylethylamine, known as the love chemical, that releases dopamine in your brain during sex!

Another tasty way to boost libido is the seed of this plant. Fenugreek was used as an aphrodisiac by ancient peoples in Rome, Egypt, and Greece. Its taste is a bit like maple syrup or butterscotch and is used to flavor foods such as imitation maple syrup and in spice blends such as Ethiopian berbere. In India, its leaves are eaten as a vegetable. Used for centuries by women and men to increase sex drive, it also promotes healthy breast tissue and improves milk production in lactating women. The key is its phytoestrogens. Some say this natural supplement can increase breast size. Whether or not it can give you fuller breasts, it is an easy safe way to try to boost libido or bra size.

    Warming Spices

Many Ayurveda practices for boosting libido and metabolism are about increasing the heat of your diet. Cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg are warming herbs that increase blood flow in the abdominal and pelvic regions. They are said to stimulate your appetite for both food and sex. You can take these in capsule form, but they are easy to add to many recipes, especially hot drinks like tea. Or try pickled ginger. The blood-pumping effects of these delicious spices increase vaginal moisture and intensify sexual pleasure.

Also called Shatavri, Satavar or Shatamull, it is an adaptogenic herb that has been used as a female rejuvenation tonic in India for centuries. It strengthens and tones the reproductive system, provides relief from menstrual and menopausal imbalances, and is an effective remedy for PMS. Shatavari is traditionally called, she who has 1,000 husbands, and is thought to increase a woman's libido to give her the strength and desire to have 1,000 husbands!

This exotic, moist fruit adds sweetness and richness to many recipes and to your love life. In Arabic cultures, a traditional aphrodisiac is concocted by mixing dates with milk and cinnamon This super fruit contains fiber and many essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals for overall well-being. And the healthier you are, the more energy and interest you will have for romance.

During warmer summer months in the high altitudes of the Himalayas, this tar-like mineral compound seeps from the rocks. Ayurvedic practitioners have used shilajit as a natural supplement for millennia. As with many ancient things, it is known by many names and spellings including shilajeet, silajit, mumio, mumiyo, mumijo, mineral pitch, asphaltum, and more. Users of shilajit claim increased stamina for both exercise and sexual activity. It has been used as an aphrodisiac and a fertility treatment for both women and men. While this mineral is harder to come by than other natural supplements, it is available. Look for the highest grade shilajit from the Himalayas because only it has the desired properties. Avoid extracts, powders and liquids, look for it in its resin form.

Give these a try for spicing up your meals and your love life. Remember to slow down to devote time to yourself and to making these small changes to add natural aphrodisiacs to your diet. Savor the moments of your life and you will find a greater sense of fulfilment in everything you do. Now, where is my cacao coconut ball recipe?

24 Household Foods that will Shift your Sex Drive up a Notch-

These 24 foods are not only delicious, but they are incredible natural aphrodisiacs. Most of them you probably have sitting right in your fridge! Some of them, you better go out and buy! Check it out:

This king of nuts has a great amount of vitamin B2, protein, vitamin E and calcium. Indians, Arabs and Chinese have eaten almonds for centuries to increase their sexual powers.

Ayurveda, the traditional Indian medicine, even notes that almonds are a great food for brain activity and help to awaken sexual desire. Plus 'Tim Ferris' states in his book- The Four Hour Body; that he used almonds as a supercharger to boost his libido and sperm count around 4 hours before sex. This is a real good place to start when it comes to aphrodisiacs.

This almond paste is a common gourmet dessert which helps to increase sexual desire. As we spoke about above, almonds are a killer aphrodisiac, and enjoying the paste as a desert is a nice way to end the night with your lady. Almonds are grown in the East, Italy, Spain and California; where they have the same reputation as a delicious, nutrient-dense food.

Honey or The Food of the God, is a sweet elixir produced by bees from pollen. There are thousands of aromas of honey which all depend on the flowers from which the bees gathered nectar. All of these scents are unique; from heavy, deep chestnut honey flavor to a light lavender and wild thyme smell. Along side the aromas, honey is especially appreciated for the effects on ones sexual life. It is one of the best re-generators of sexual energy. Together with nuts, fruits, eggs and meat it creates some of the best turn-on dishes. Avoid heated or filtered honey and instead opt for natural raw honey, which has all the powers and aromas you need.

The mysterious hearts of artichokes are great aphrodisiacs, especially valued by the French. They believe that artichokes warm up the genitals. An artichoke stuffed with marinated shrimp is an extremely sensual dish, providing an unforgettable experience. (These are the things that will impress any lady.)

Asparagus is a time tested drug for prostate diseases. Even its shape recalls the form of phallus. It is also rich in asparagine a widely known diuretic, which increases urinary activity.Since asparagus is rich in vitamin A, phosphorus, calcium and potassium, it is officially classified as a booster of sexual desire. To get the most benefit, you should eat young shoots which are cut in spring. They have a mild taste, just do not cook them long.

The name was given by the Aztecs, literally meaning testicles. This is due to the form of the fruit hanging on a tree resembling the male testicles. Other than looking like a mans set, avocado is a very nutritious fruit rich in protein, vitamin A, potassium and non-essential fatty acids. These fatty acids will help your body produce testosterone, while the combination of all the nutrients provides a strong sexual boost. This sexual boost has been known and used for years.

The hero of many jokes (because of its phallus form), is also a great booster of that male sex organ. Bananas are a great natural aphrodisiac which are rich in potassium and natural sugars. Indian traditional medicine actually classifies bananas as a turn-on food. A great recipe to spice them up a little bit is to take a bit of curry and butter and pour it over a banana. Sprinkle on some walnuts and your good to go. Otherwise, you can just grab one for breakfast and it will give you a good sexual appetite throughout the day.

    Flower Pollen
Flower Pollen is more than just food. It has an incredible amount of nutrients including amino acids, vitamins, minerals and superoxide dismutase, which has been shown to slow down ageing. While athletes from around the world use the flower pollen to enhance strength and endurance, it is also shown to be one of the most effective passion boosting products.

Coconut has fantastic effects on the body. Indians say that coconuts increase the amount of sperm and cleanse the urinary bladder while eastern doctors recommend a coconut diet for tiring chronic diseases which take away all your energy. Combining coconut milk with honey is a nutritious drink, improving digestion and increases sexual appetite. Another great breakfast/anytime recipe is pineapple juice, fresh papaya and grated fresh coconut mixed into a drink. It is rejuvenating and refreshing, refilling enzyme reserves and stimulating sexual desire.

Dates are known as the sweetest fruit on earth. They grow in Africa, Central Asia, and Southern California. Dates are the staple diet of many tropical and desert regions. According to Ayurveda, dates purify the blood and increase the amount of semen in men. The sugar from dates also gives enough energy for long, passionate sex. Because of this, dates are considered a sexual food. An easy recipe is to take finely chopped, crushed dates, rolled in shredded coconut and fill them with blanched almonds. That's a triple threat sexual booster.

Eggs, the gift full of protein, has been considered as a sexual stimulant throughout the ages. So much so, that Casanova ate them before every love adventure. Sheikh Nafzajus, the author of 'Perfume Garden', recommended eating as many eggs as possible. (Don't overdo it!) Eggs fried in butter, in his opinion, give fuel for an endless love marathon. Scientifically this is because of the great boost in testosterone that is provided by the good cholesterol that the eggs and butter provide. For a sensual desert to get any woman in the mood, try some eggnog (egg mixed with milk, cream, honey, vanilla and nutmeg). This, and starting your day off with a few eggs, is a sure fire way to keep your sexual energy at its peak.

That smell? Yes. Especially since the smell garlic is considered to be one of the turn-ons. Garlic helps to regulate the blood flow in your body, especially in your pelvic area. It is also widely used in Eastern and Indian medicine because of its natural antibiotic properties is an irreplaceable tool in Italian cuisine (have you ever heard that Italians are very good lovers?). If you want to eat a bit of garlic before the night, the only thing you have to remember is to give a piece to your partner. Thus both of you will have the same breath ; ). In Eastern tradition, a good dish before the night is some garlic, fried in butter with eggs. You get the same benefits of eggs listed above plus a kick from the garlic. Go get em.

If you could call any fruit divine, it would be the mango. The Indian health book of Ayurveda describes it as an easily digestible, strength giving and arousing fruit. This sensual fruit can be used as a desert and shared between partners. The mango itself also look like the testicles and this alone stimulates imagination and desire.

Lets just say it. The cap of mushrooms look like the head of penis. This is enough to stimulate desire. But besides this, mushrooms are rich in zinc; it is believed that they are a great source of sexual energy.

    Lady Fingers (Okra)
Originally, African slaves brought okra to New Orleans, where the dishes with it became very popular. They believed that lady fingers lit the fire of passion. While In Indian tradition, Okra is recommended as a food that rejuvenates, energizes and turns on sexual desire.

    Olive Oil
Olive oil is the most nutritious and easily digestible oil of all the vegetable oils. Since olive oil is rich in essential fatty acids, the healthy sex organs are supplied with all the nutrients they need, while testosterone production is enhanced. In the morning, Greeks drink a sip of olive oil and eat a big spoon of raw honey (honey again, noticing a trend?) to cleanse the bile duct and strengthen the genitals. Natural olive oil is really one of the most useful products out there.

There are different kinds of onion: red, white, yellow, brown Spanish. In Eastern tradition onion is considered a diuretic, tonic, stimulant, cleaner of the blood and sexual booster. Onions are widely used in Eastern, Chinese and European cuisine. In these cultures it is believed that onion helps to keep up sexuality.

In central Asia and India, it is believed that pistachios arouse sexuality and cleanse the blood. Combine pistachios with honey and expect a nice, refreshed libido.

    Sesame seeds
Sesame seeds are very nutritious. and are widely used in the East. Sesame seeds are rich in vitamin E and this may be the reason they are called men's food. In India, it is believed that sesame seed actually prolongs life. If you want to increase your sexual activity, you should eat sesame oil with honey or halva a sweet dish made of grounded sesame and honey, which is worshiped as a sexual stimulant in the East.

    Wheat Grass
Wheat grass is rich in vitamin E, which is known as the sex vitamin. If you get it, buy wheat grass in a vacuum pack, otherwise in a day or two it will get a bitter taste.

Parsley is used around the world as a desire enhancing foods. Put some fresh herbs in salads or make a juice and drink a couple of teaspoons three times per day to reap these powerful benefits.

    Mint and Peppermint Tea
(Half a glass twice a day) provides the benefits of acting as an antiseptic, being anti-inflammatory, strengthening the heart, helping with insomnia, alleviating headaches and acting as an aphrodisiac.

    Aloe Vera
Also known as the plant of one hundred years, the juice from aloe leaves with a spoon of honey (one teaspoon three times per day) will activate your pelvic blood circulation and help you to perform sexually. You can buy liquid aloe vera extract from your local pharmacy use it with natural and raw honey.

I know what you re-thinking. Celery is boring, bland only good for making wings look more appetizing. But celery should become your new best friend.

Celery does amazing things for a man. Its has been proven to increase your semen volume and provide a boost to your sexual potency through its high amounts of vitamin E, magnesium, potassium and zinc. It also contains arginine which increases blood flow to your genitals, resulting in stronger and longer erections.

Also, celery is an abundant source of two pheromones androsterone and adrostenol. These boost your natural pheromones when you eat them, which can then be detected by the sub-conscious of women. Its a scientific fact that pheromones exist, and even though the effects may be subtle, they also may be there.

So, next time your at buffalo wild wings don't forget to scarf down that celery after your done with your wings.

Top 10 Effects of Porn on Your Sex Life!

And remember women use porn, too! while some of these apply just to men, many of them apply to both genders.

For sources of these claims, see the graphic at the bottom of the post. They are all listed there.

    1. Porn means you can't get aroused by just your spouse:

Do you remember reading about pavlov and his dog in psychology? Pavlov would give the dog a nice juicy steak, but right before he did he would ring a bell. He conditioned the dog to associate ringing the bell with getting great food. Eventually pavlov took the food away, but kept ringing the bell. The dog kept salivating at the bell, even though there was no steak, because the dog associated the bell with the food.

The same thing happens when we see porn. Porn stimulates the arousal centers in the brain. When it accompanied by orgasm (sexual release through masturbation), then a chemical reaction happens and hormones are released. In effect, our brains start to associate arousal with an image, an idea, or a video, rather than a person.

When you don't watch porn and save yourself until marriage, then all of those chemicals and hormones are released for the first time when you are with your spouse, and it causes you to bond intensely (and sexually) to your spouse. But when you spend a ton of time teaching your brain to associate arousal and release with pornography, your brain can't associate arousal and release with a person anymore. Either you have to fantasize about the porn, and get those images there, or you have to watch porn first. Often people can complete the act, but it is not intense for them the way porn is. You have rewired your brain, and now you are salivating at the wrong thing.

    2. Porn Wrecks your Libido:

It only natural, then, that many people who use porn in the past, or who use porn in the present, have virtually no libido when it comes to making love to their spouse. The spouse is not what turns them on, and so the natural drive that we have for sex is transferred somewhere else. I get so many emails from young women in their twenties who say, my husband and I were both virgins when we married, and I thought he want sex all the time. But after our honeymoon, sex went to maybe twice a month, and that also only if I force him. He says he just isn't interested with so many men growing up on porn, this is just to be expected.

    3. Porn Makes you Sexually Lazy:

In porn, everyone is turned on all the time. You don't have to make any effort to arouse someone; it's automatic. There is no foreplay in porn. And so if your spouse isn't aroused you start to think that it is somehow their fault. There is no expectation that we will have to woo someone or be affectionate and help jump-start that arousal process. It's almost as if we approach sex as two different beings and we're just using each other, rather than thinking of each other. And thus, we never learn how to please the other or become a good lover because we're always thinking that the other is somehow rigid. Sex is about getting my needs met; it isn't about meeting someone else or experiencing something wonderful together.

    4. Porn Turns Making Love into a Foreign Concept:

Those arousal centers and pleasure centers in our brain are supposed to associate sex with physical pleasure and a real sense of intimacy. But the intimacy doesn't happen with porn, and so the pleasure is all that registers. Thus, sex becomes about the body, and not about intimacy. In fact, the idea of being intimate isn't even sexy anymore. We may call having sex, making love, but in reality, they aren't necessarily the same thing. Someone who has used porn extensively often has a difficult time experiencing any intimacy during sex, because those arousal and pleasure centers zero in only on the body.

God made sex to actually unite us and draw us together; he even gave us a bonding hormone that is released at orgasm so that we feel closer. But if that hormone is released when no one is present, it stops having its effects. Sex no longer bonds you together.

Also known as sexual climax, orgasm is the sudden ejection of stored sexual excitement during the process of having sex. It involves the rhythmic flexing of the muscles near the pelvic area resulting in an immensely pleasurable experience. Considered an involuntary action, it is experienced by both men and women, though they occur due to different circumstances.

While the sexual stimulation of the penis is responsible for orgasm in males, it is the stimulation of the clitoris that causes the same in women. In both the sexes the body undergoes certain changes during orgasm.

    Few of them are:

Effect on genitals: Though orgasm results in a pleasurable experience in both men and women, their genitals do not react in a similar way. Women experience a heady rush as the blood flow to the clitoris and vagina. Subsequently, the vagina secretes lubricants and increases in size. On the other hand, men experience a feeling of contraction and throbbing in their penis and prostate region. Despite the differences, the genitals in the cases release powerful sexual energy during orgasm.
Increase in blood rate and rapid breathing: This condition is common to both men and women. Due to the dilation of the blood vessels, both the sex experience an increase in heart rate, contraction of muscles and rapid breathing during orgasm.
Release of hormones: During orgasm, there is an excessive discharge of oxytocin in both men and women. When this hormone floods the brain, it creates feelings of intimacy and a sense of warm bond. However, in males another hormone called testosterone is released which operates as a counter to the effects of oxytocin.
Effects on brain during orgasm: The brain of men and women operate differently. The periaqueductal gray also known as PAG, an area responsible to control fights, is activated in women. At the same time, women also experience a sudden decrease in apprehension and fear. However, the same does not happen in the case of men.
Stimulation of nerve endings: During orgasm, millions of nerve endings on the penis, vaginal opening, testes and clitoris are triggered and stimulated. This consequently produces the feeling of an arousal.

    Is Your Penis Curving?MEN'S HEALTH
5 Pleasure Zones on Her Body That You Should Never IgnoreMEN'S HEALTH
The Science of Why You’re an Ass ManMEN'S HEALTH

    Recommended by

Oh, relax. It’s not a johnson-shrinking virus. "Small penis syndrome" is a psychological condition in which a man thinks his manhood is too small, even though he's really on par with the rest of mankind.

Is my penis size normal? That age-old question was addressed by British researchers in a recent study published in BJU International. Their findings, in a nutshell (or two): 63 percent of men complained of having inferior hardware—but none of them was smaller than normal!

What is the average penis size? Measuring erect, between 5.5 and 6.2 inches long and 4.7 to 5.1 inches around—and don’t even think about measuring at your desk.

Does penis size matter to women? If you're still worried, consider that 85 percent of women reported they were happy with their partner’s size. (To find out what she really wants in bed, check out How to Pleasure a Woman, the ultimate sex manual from the editors of Men's Health—complete with step-by-step instructions on how to give her an orgasm.)

Okay, British researchers are one thing. But what do real women think about penis size and what do they think think is the ideal penis size?

We asked two of our favorite women, Nicole Beland, former "Girl Next Door," and Debby Herbenick, Ph.D., the Men's Health "Sex Professor," for their take on penis size.

"Yes, we care about the size of a man's penis," Beland says. "But when it comes to sexual satisfaction, it's pretty far down on our list of priorities."

Do women like big penises? Not necessarily. Large penises don't equal an instant orgasm. In fact, penis sizes that skew large can deter women's orgasms, Herbenick says. "Women find it difficult to orgasm, and oral sex and hand stimulation are often more effective, as are vibrators," she says.  "It's not personal—it's just how some women's bodies work."

The biggest problem with large penises, the women say, is that they're often attached to even bigger dicks.

"There's nothing worse than a guy who thinks he has a HUGE penis and is therefore God's gift to the ladies," Beland says. "That kind of guy thinks that getting an erection is pretty much all the effort he has to put into sex. The chances that the women he sleeps with are having orgasms? Slim to none."

Ian Kerner, Ph.D., sexologist and author of She Comes First, says we should worry more about her pleasure than our size.

"Usually when women complain about a small penis, it's also that they're not having orgasms," Kerner says. "If they’re orgasming, it'll matter a hell of a lot less what size your penis is."

For the truly tiny or even those paranoid normal guys, Kerner recommends "pressing instead of thrusting in missionary position, or trying woman-on-top," both of which maximize clitoral stimulation.

Beland suggests these positions: "Place her legs on your shoulders during missionary position, enter her from behind when she's on all fours, or, when she's on top, put a pillow under your butt to raise up your pelvis."

The British research (really just a review of previous studies) confirmed that women do indeed prefer a thick penis. The reason: "The greatest number of nerve endings are in the lowest part of the vagina," Nicole says. "So when a thick penis pushes against the labia and lower vaginal walls, it provides intense, pleasurable sensation.

"But men with thinner penises can provide a similar experience by penetrating in the positions described above or moving his hips in a circular motion while thrusting."

(And speaking of positions, upgrade your sex arsenal with  45 Sex Positions Every Couple Should Try.)

Why are men so worried about penis size? Part of the reason is pornography—21st century man has seen plenty of prodigious penises on his screen. Most women don’t want that.

"When women watch male porn stars humping away like lobotomized underwear models," Nicole says, "it's almost always with a cringing, confused expression."

"Getting pummeled with a giant penis is painful, not fun. The majority of women don't consider bouncing up and down on a Poland Spring bottle to constitute great sex."

Herbenick, a researcher at Indiana University, says penile worries arise from "cultural myths and stereotypes about penis size that stem from television, movies, jokes told among friends, and advertising messages from companies that present false information about penis size in order to sell products that probably don’t even work."

Lou Paget, Ph.D., author of The Great Lover Playbook, said point of view matters—literally.

"The majority of men compare themselves to something they see in adult material. They haven’t seen another man's penis up close," she says. "But women see them all the time. And we see a whole range of sizes.

"Men only see themselves, and look at a different angle than women—looking down."

In other words: Your penis looks bigger to women than it does to you.

And don’t forget that there’s a lot more to sexual and relationship satisfaction than penis size and positions. Like communication, Herbenick says: "Trust and believe your partner if she says, 'Honey, you’re fine' or 'I like you just how you are' rather than second-guess yourself."

The irony is that men spend so much time thinking about their anatomy when they should be thinking about hers. "It's a man's knowledge of female anatomy and ability to stimulate a woman in all the right ways that determines whether or not we’re happy in bed," Nicole says.

And don’t forget foreplay. "Twenty minutes of erotic foreplay with a guy who has a penis the size of a Sharpie will be far hotter than 2 minutes of sloppy groping from a dude with a johnson the size of a flashlight," Beland says.

And finally, guess what really matters? Don’t groan—it's personality.

"Of course it’s more important than any physical aspect of a man’s body," Nicole says. "Any woman who thinks otherwise isn't worth dating."

Kegel exercises are quite often recommended for women. However, are women the only ones who can benefit from these? Well, actually not. Even men can benefit from these exercises if they practice it regularly. Keep in mind that these exercises are supposed to improve bladder and bowel functioning and improve sexual functioning. So, why can’t men benefit from these?

Men are often concerned about their inability to achieve a strong erection and maintain it for a longer time. Another concern among men is premature ejaculation, that is, ejaculating before you or your partner wants. Both erections and ejaculation can have an impact on yours as well as your partner’s sexual pleasure.

This is why men would try anything to achieve a stronger erection and control their ejaculation. The key to both these issues are stronger and firmer pubococcygenus muscles. These are your pelvic floor muscles and if you have control over these, you will be able to control your erections and ejaculation.

These muscles control the flow of semen and urine and are responsible for the firmness of your erections and the power of your ejaculation. These are the muscles that are targeted by Kegel exercises. Regular practice of these exercises will not only help you control your orgasms and last for longer by delaying your ejaculation, but will also improve the sexual pleasure of your partner.
You are probably wondering where your pelvic floor muscles are located. The easiest way to find these muscles is by stopping the flow of your urine the next time you go to urinate. These are the muscles that you will be squeezing when you stop the flow of urine in the middle.

Another way to identify the muscle is to squeeze the muscles that help prevent you from passing gas. Just stand in front of the mirror and squeeze these muscles. If you are squeezing the right muscles, you will see that the base of your penis moves closer to the abdomen and your testicles will rise along with it.

You could also place a finger inside your anus. When you contract the pelvic floor muscles, the anus will tighten.

Keep in mind that it is very important to identify the right muscles here. These are the only muscles that should be moving while you are doing the Kegel exercises. The muscles in your abdomen, buttocks, and thighs should be relaxed during these exercises.
The key to doing Kegel exercises is to contract and release them. How you do it is totally up to you. As a beginner, the easiest position to do this is while lying down. You can contract your muscles for three seconds and then release it for another. Repeat this 10 times and then relax. Do another set of 10 repetitions and then another set. All in all try to do three sets of 10 repetitions.

You could also quickly contract and release the muscles continuously for 10 seconds. Take a 10 second break before attempting another set. Here also do three sets. Or alternatively, contract and release for 5 seconds and then take a 5 second break before attempting another set. In this case, do 10 sets.

Another technique is to contract and hold the muscles for 30 seconds and then release. Take a break of 30 seconds and do three sets.

As you become better at these Kegel exercises, you could also aim at holding the contraction for around 2 minutes and then releasing it. You just need to do one set in this case. Once you get more comfortable, you can do these exercises while sitting, working on your computer, or even while standing.

As it gets easier and easier, you could try and do the contracting and releasing technique for more than 100 times a day. Or you can hold your muscles for around 20 minutes, 3 times a day.

You can then practice this technique during sexual intercourse for delaying ejaculation and helping you last longer. It will not only intensify your orgasm but also improve the sexual pleasure of your partner.

Keep in mind that you should take it slowly in the beginning. Never overdo the exercise. Do as many sets and as many repetitions as you are comfortable but do not do too much too quickly.

It usually takes around three months to really notice an effect of these exercises on your erections, ejaculation, and orgasms. For some men, this may happen sooner and for others it may take a little while longer. However, one thing is for sure, practicing Kegel exercises will surely bring about an improvement in your sexual pleasure and make you a better lover.

In fact, if you have problems such as premature ejaculation, try these exercises before even consulting a doctor. You may be surprised to see the control that you are able to have on your ejaculation with the help of these techniques.

There are a lot of steps that you can take to improve your sperm volume, and diet is definitely one of the most important things that can help increase your sperm count as well as your semen volume. Here is a list of a few foods that can help you in this endeavor.
A powerful aphrodisiac, dark chocolate contains L-Arginine. This is an amino acid which is known to increase semen volume as well as improve the intensity of your orgasms. Just don’t overdo it or else you will end up gaining weight which will only reduce levels of testosterone in your body and your sperm count.
Image By Pachango (Own work): Oysters rockefeller
Zinc is an essential mineral that plays an important role in improving testosterone levels as well as sperm production. Oysters are rich sources of this mineral. An increase in testosterone levels also helps improve your sexual desire and energy, which means that you are going to derive more pleasure from your sexual encounters besides having higher chances of conceiving.
High in protein and vitamin E, eggs are considered to help in the production of healthy and strong sperm in the testicles. They are also believed to prevent sperm cells from the harmful effects of free radicals, which may kill sperm.
Bananas contain an enzyme called bromelain which is supposed to increase male libido. They are also rich sources of vitamin B, which can help bring an increase in stamina, making sure that you have more energy available for your sexual encounters.
Image By National Cancer Institute: Spinach
Leafy green vegetables such as spinach are rich sources of folic acid. Low levels of folate can give rise to distorted sperm shapes such as ones with two heads or two tails. The sperm are also at an increased risk of chromosomal abnormalities. This means that firstly your sperm will find it difficult to reach an egg and even if it does reach an egg, it will not be able to fertilize it. Furthermore, even if these sperms are able to fertilize an egg, the chances of birth defects are quite high in such cases.
A green vegetable that is high in vitamin C, asparagus is also a good food to increase sperm volume. Vitamin C protects the sperm cells from the damaging effects of free radicals and thus ensures that the sperm store in the male reproductive system does not get depleted.
Garlic is a very effective food that has been used for centuries in treating various physical ailments including heart problems and respiratory infections. What most people don’t know is that it is also a potent aphrodisiac and very effective in boosting sperm volume. It contains a compound called allicin which improves blood flow to the male sexual organs, increasing sperm production and semen volume.
Image By Kander (Own work): Carrots
Vitamin A is an important nutrient for increasing sperm production as well as improving their motility. Carrots are rich in this nutrient. You can also consume vitamin A by eating foods such as oatmeal, red bell peppers and dried apricots.
Image By daveeza from okanagan, canada: Mongolian goji berries
These berries are known to improve your overall stamina and mood. But that’s not all, they also keep temperatures in the scrotum at the optimum level. The scrotum contains the testes which produce sperm. Higher temperatures tend to hamper the sperm production and decrease the volume that is released in a man’s ejaculate. They also promote sperm production by improving blood circulation and protecting against free radical damage.
Image By Tech. Sgt. Michael B. Keller: Walnuts
Another key nutrient for sperm volume is omega-3 fatty acids. These essential fatty acids are supposed to increase sperm count as well as improve blood flow to the penis.
Image By Mk2010 (Own work): Pumpkin seeds
Pumpkin seeds contain phytosterols which are known to improve testosterone production and reduce the size of an enlarged production. Both these factors help in increasing sperm count as well as semen volume. They also contain essential fatty acids that improve blood flow to the male reproductive organs.
Image By Ginsenosideforbrain (Own work): Ginseng
Ginseng is a powerful herb known for its powerful effects on improving virility in men. It increases sex drive and also enhances your sexual performance. It has been found to be quite effective in men with erectile dysfunctions, increasing semen volume and sperm production.
This one is another herb that is known to increase semen volume. It has been found that men who consume this herb in the form of a supplement can expect higher sperm count per milliliter of semen, higher semen volume per ejaculation and also better sperm motility. It is also known to have a positive effect on the sex drive and arousal of both men and women.
This list of foods is definitely not a comprehensive one. Eating a balanced diet (or taking a purpose-made supplement) which is rich in minerals such as zinc and vitamins such as A, B12, C, and folic acid will ensure that more sperms are produced in your testes and they are healthy enough to fertilize an egg.

    Common sexual myths:-
    1. Size matters: Penis size is not that important for good sex. Only 4 cms of vaginal canal is sensitive for arousal so only its stimulation is important that matters.
    2. Men think more about sex than women: Women think about sex as much as a man does. Women also may make the first move for sex.
    3. Withdrawal method is safe: Withdrawal of penis prior to ejaculation is not 100% safe to prevent pregnancy. Pre-ejaculate may contain sperm and can make
    A woman pregnant.
    4. Sex during menses is safe: A woman can get pregnant during sex during her menstruation. Sperms can stay alive inside a woman for several days esp if she has a shorter cycle.
    5. Every woman has a G spot: Not every woman g spot is erogenous so try to find out other erogenous zones to make her hot.
    6. Masturbating is a bad habit for health: It is believed that 100 drops of blood is equivalent to 1 drop of semen. So semen wastage by masturbating diminishes sexual energy and causes weakness. But the fact is Testis keep on churning semen continuously so there is no chances of any shortage.

"Women think and feel differently about sex. You need to know a little more about your woman to make sex enjoyable for both.

Men, you must avoid these 7 blunders-

    1) Sex begins in the bed: For most men, sex is plug and play. Women are not cut that way, arousal for women is not so quick. Do some fun activities together, and show you appreciate her. It is important to build on closeness by hugging, kissing, and holding hands. A long hug can does much more than you can think. Hugging for 30 seconds stimulates oxytocin, the hormone in women that makes them feel secure. Feeling secure in the relationship is important for a woman to feel up for sex.

    2) You can plan it well: Do not assume that if your plan worked the first couple of times or more, it will work the next time as well. What turns your woman on varies with her mood, and how she is placed with her monthly cycle. Her body can be more sensitive at certain times more than the other. Try different things and when you find something that works, linger on it. Women often complain that men move on to the next thing just as they really start to enjoy an activity.

    3) You know it all: It is common for women to fake an orgasm to make it feel better. So, if she's not enjoying herself, you might not be aware. Do the talk and ask her how she feels. Let her guide you to a beautiful experience for both.

    4) It is all about physical stimulation: You must go beyond your idea of foreplay, it is not just physical stimulation. You must not ignore mental stimulation. While physical stimulation is enough for men to get turned on, it is not the same for women. Women feel and fantasize a lot. Appeal to their fantasy or share a sexy memory.

    5) Assume that intercourse gives her an orgasm: Majority of women do not get an orgasm via intercourse alone. Reson being most sex positions don’t directly stimulate the clitoris. Figure out ways that work for her. To help her hit the high note when you do have sex, a good foreplay is important. The closer women are as you begin the intercourse, the more likely they are to have an orgasm.

    6) Seduction is not required: All women like to be seduced. Seduction is where is all begins and a deciding factor. You must know the trick, for it is different for different women. The idea is to convey to her that she is desirable.

    7) Focus on going inside: Most women need clitoral stimulation to get an orgasm, but it's not as simple. More so because of its anatomy. Its nerve endings spread throughout the vulva and inside the vagina. All make for potential pleasure points which are worth exploring.

    Tips for male sexuality:
    1. Masturbation is not a crime and 1-2 times in a week is normal. But getting addicted to it after seeing porn literature is harmful as it reduces your sexual stamina.
    2. Penis size normally is 6- 8 inches. But if it is shorter than this, dont be anxious as if you have good vaginal penetration it does not matter.
    3. There is no fixed normal time to ejaculate. One can have early ejaculation if he is overstimulated or having first time sex. Delayed climax shown in porn movies are artificially shown and not at all real. So please do not make it a role model in real life.
    4. Foreplay is very important for good sex, try to explore your and your partners erogenous areas.
5.Your femalepartner loves you for the kind of person you are and not for your body only. So it is a combination of love and passion which is important and the true sex tonic for you.
    6. Alcohol is a sexual depressant and decreases sex drive as otherwise thought.
    7. Taking lot of fruits, green veg, almonds, black dates increases sex performance, smoking decreases it.

Breast feeding is best for your baby, formula feeding is just substitution. Colostrum is the so called" witch milk" that comes out from the mother's nipple for 2-3 days after child birth. It should definately be given to the baby as it is a rich source of immunoglobulins and anti-infective factors for the baby. Burp your child everytime after a feed.Motherhood has to be enjoyed rather than a duty to fulfill.

Sex is both mental and physical exercise. One cannot enjoy sex if he is mentally stressed. Improve your relationship with your partner first, give importance to foreplay and lead a relaxed life.
