You can take any nutritional weight gainer supplement along with proper balanced diet.You can do muscle building exercise to gain weight.Take dense fruits,vegetables.Eat more protein.Take extra nuts,seeds.Eat cake,pastries,chocolate,ghee,cream,butter,cheese,jam,jelly with food extra.Use healthy fat in cooking more.Avoid smoking,alcohol.No water just before or during meals.Take quality sleep.These will help you.

These off and on feeling bodyache and headeche may be due to viral infections. You can take tablet of paracetamol or calpol when you feel feverish or headeche. Do regular warm saline gargle have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in c thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevent infection.

Hi, thanks for asking your questions. Milk and dairy products are good to get healthy. It provides iron, calcium, protein, zinc etc. Milk and dairy products can help to increase your sperm count and thicken your semen, which can increase your sex time. It will not help you to increase your penis. Penis can be increased by exercise.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ...... When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. For increasing weight best natural way is start doing surya namskar in the morning. No drink before meals. You need to take a balanced diet. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your daily diet. You should take 2 banana with milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses. Take healthy and heavy breakfast.

Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. Drink milk. Try weight gainer shakes. Use bigger plates. Add cream to your coffee. Get quality sleep. Chew food properly before swallowing.

Hi 1) sleep on tym. N min 8 hrs sleep is essential for body 2) wkup early n do morning walk at least 45 min in fresh air 3) eat breakfast n meals on tym. Please eat freshly prepared food only. Hye, It's fine to have juices after a strenuous activity or if energy levels are low. Although it's always better to have a whole fruit or vegetable on a daily basis because it retains most of the fiber.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats.
