Firstly weight gain is majorly dependent on your metabolism and genetics play a definite role too. You have to be patient and give your body time to gain a healthy body weight. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, sprouts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

M 18 and virgin . My erection are quite normal now . I know how to control sperm by start and stop methods . But still feels that would I be able to control sperm during sex ? . basically sexual stamina I feels is sometimes more dominant over foreplays .are any stamina improvement techniques there ?

Overall sex stamina improves by healthy lifestyle. Regular sleep, exercise and meal are the foremost things. In diet cow milk, cow butter and garlic are proven sexual tonic. Regular healthy diet containing carbohydrate, protein and minerals-vitamins is necessary. Specific diet depends on culture and geographic situation. Exercise to control your weight and make you fit. If I may say so, all the accusations you have piled on your parents are actually true about both of you. You see, this marriage is a consanguineous marriage i. E. Being first cousins it is not medically advisable for you two to get married. Your offspring will suffer all kinds of abnormalities. So there is good reason for your parents to oppose it, not on social grounds alone. If you do not wish to have children of your own, then it is possible to marry this girl. Do not get so worked up about this whole situation. This is really a test of your love for each other: you can become all adamant and refuse to see reason or you can accept the facts and learn to move on. So, have a discussion with your parents and study the pros and cons in consultation with a doctor or counselor and sort this matter out for good.

This is a behavioral problem like sleep walking, the person is not aware of urinating in bed, do not remind her or embarass her. Reassure her, wake her up in sleep and tell her to go to toilet. Reduce fluid intake 3 hours before going to sleep, let her go to toilet just before sleep. No medicines, as they are addictive and carry lots of side effects though some doctors are prescribing.

I am 32 years old, suffering from Hypothyroid from last 6 years. I am 5'8" height and 75 Kg weight. From last 1 year regularly I am doing walk for 6 km daily. Still I am not loosing my weight. As per BMI chart my ideal weight is between 65-69. I don't eat high calorie food also. I reducing high calorie food from last 6 years. Recently, I am feeling too much tired and unable to walk in the mornings. My Thyroid levels are normal, taking Thyronorm 75mcg everyday. I am feeling too much heaviness recently. Weight reduction you need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your bmi, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are exercises specific for each part of body like hips, thighs or abdomen. Comprehensive exercise & diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. To burn off fat. Some tips : 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests.

There is no age wise specific reference range for glucose. WHO protocols says fasting sugar levels below 110 are normal, between 110-125 - impaired glucose tolerance, and > 126 - diabetes. Similarly for PP samples , < 140 is normal, 140-200 is impaired , > 200 is - diabetes . These tests must be repeated at least once, PLUS you must also have some clinical symptoms of diabetes. HBAic test indicates your average blood sugar levels for preceding three months.It is basically to assess whether your sugar levels were controlled during the preceding 3 months or not. Again, a Hbaic > 6.5 % is highly suggestive of diabetes.

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

The proper weight for this height is 63 kg. Eat large amount of foods frequently. Don't skip any meals. Eat more dense vegetables like sweet potato, potato, squash, beet, carrot etc. Take dense fruits daily. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods as far as possible. Use weight gainer supplement. Drink whole cream milk. Take more protein rich foods like fish, egg, cottage cheese, almond, soy products etc. Take more nut, peanuts, walnut etc. Take good fats like fish oil, olive oil, etc. Drink lots of water. Avoid smoking and alcohol.
