hello sir , do stretching exercise alternates days and brisk walk daily.take luke warm water before and after meals. have small and frequent meals.take plenty of fruits.take plenty of fluids.avoid whole pulses,rice,white bread, potatoes,sugar,sweet . take luke warm water with lemon juice with honey.don't skip your breakfast.take plenty of salads.

hello..improve your digestive system by digesting your indigested food in the body so walk regularly for good metabolism.. take chitrakadi bati aayurvedic tablet after meal regularly.. take high protein diet.. maximum intake of fruit juices.. include some mixed nuts in your diet.. drink warm milk with honey before sleeping.. take rest after taking meal.. avoid smoking if you do.. avoid oily refined food,,

Here is a sample diet to help you understand the diet. Early Morning: Green tea ( sugar less) Breakfast: non fried preparations/ whole wheat bread/ vegetable poha, upma, etc. / idli sambhar etc. Mid-Morning: Fruits ( avoid the carbohydrate rich fruits like grapes, banana, custard apple and watermelon) Lunch: 2 dry chapatti + sabji 1 katori + dal or skimmed curd – 1 katori + salad 1 katori Evening Snacks: Tea / Coffee sugarless + high fiber bis. OR Sprouts 1 katori Dinner: 2 chapatti + vegetable 1 katori + skimmed buttermilk 1 glass + salad 1 katori.

dear friend A pint of lite beer contains 128 Calories, since these are empty calories which mean they cannot be stored they will take precedence to be metabolized and sugar will be kept on hold, in this manner and along with beer the snacks one consumes adds to the calorie load and causes the calorie imbalance, per say they do not have any direct effect, if you are taking your medications regularly, and keeping your blood sugar under control , your Hb A1 C is in range, food that you take logically does not matter, but if any of the parameters i mentioned afore are off then it will matter, my suggestion will be keep your calorie intake under check and be regular with your followup and medication you can indulge in a beer or to you need any further clarification and want to discuss please ask a private consult where we are connected directly and can discuss more freely

1. Reduce Salt Intake: More salt in body means more sodium which gives a puffy look to your body. So, it’s advised to eat less salt and more potassium as it will reduce the amount of water in the body resulting in reduced weight. 2. Never Skip Exercise: Exercise daily because this is one sure-shot way of reducing weight because it burns direct fat. Especially cardio exercises can help in reducing weight but you have to be regular in that. 3. Manage Your Diet Well: Diet management is the first and foremost thing that can help you deal with the problem of obesity. It is not easy and everyone’s cup of tea to have a control on diet but half the battle is won, if you can deal with this dietary change. Your diet should be low in calories, with less carbohydrates and less fats. 4. Have Mint Leaves: Taking mint leaves in warm water half an hour after taking meals will prove to be beneficial in losing weight as it helps in proper digestion and boosting metabolism. 5. Drink Green Tea: Green tea, an antioxidant by nature can go a long way in helping you reduce weight. So, prefer taking green tea, if not more once or twice a day. 6. Switch To Lukewarm Water: Drinking lukewarm water every time you are thirsty will reduce fat deposits in your body, so you must go for it. 7. Make Homemade Food: Prefer eating homemade food and avoid fatty and fast food.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user WEIGHT LOSS DIET Things to be followed 1. No salt intake after 7: 30 am 2. No aerated drinks. Even Liquor too. 3. Restrict mango and banana. 4. Restrict potato and rice. 5. No artificial juices. 6. Half an hour aerobic exercise daily. Joining a gym for workout will be a better option. 7.20 mins of breathing exercise (pranayam). 8. Avoid Rajmah, Channa, Peas, Mushroom, Gobi, Pumpkin, Leafy vegetables, Capsicum, Paneer, Cheese, Curd, Non Veg, Maida related items (like Bread, bun, pizza, burger etc), Deep fried and spicy food, Sweets, Sugar, carbohydrate rich fruits like apple, Sapota, Banana etc. 9. Avoid rice intake in the morning and strictly in the night. 10. Avoid intake of refrigerated food in the morning, prepared previous night. 11. Intake of food should be on time without skipping even a single meal. 12. Maintain min two hours of gap between dinner intake and sleep. 13. Consume minimum eight glasses of water a day. 14.“Early to bed and early to raise” should be strictly followed. Sleeping Late night should be strictly avoided. 15. Have fruits only in the noon time. Avoid fruits consumption in the night (occasionally can be taken before dinner). 16. Stop intake of milk during bed time. 17. Bathing should be before food intake only. 18. Tea, milk intake should be twice a day preferably morning and evening. Coffee intake should be strictly avoided. DIET PLAN FOR Week 1 6: 30 am (as soon as you wake up) – 2 glasses of methi seeds water (soak 1tsp of methi seeds in 2 glasses of water. Strain out the methi seeds and drink the water. Helps a lot in water retention and bloating) 7: 30 am – ginger tea/ green tea. 9: 00 am – One bowl Papaya or 200 ml Mongdal gruel with little jaggery. 11: 30 am – four cucumber slices/raw raddish 1: 30 pm – A small plate of salad before starting the meal. The fibers in the salad fills you up which in turn prevents false hunger that makes you overeat. 1dry chapati with 1 bowl of dal, with one bowl rice, rasam, 1 glass buttermilk. 5: 00 pm – 1cup of milk or tea with 2 biscuits (just marie, no other biscuits) 8: 30 pm –A small plate of salad before starting the meal. 2 or 3 dry chapati with vegetable curry or dal. When this week ends, you can see reduction in weight up to 1.8 kilos. U lose the max in this week because you lose all the water weight and the bloating as well. The further weeks you are surely going to lose weight but it won’t be this much. Week 2 6: 30 am (as soon as you wake up) – 2 glasses of tulsi leave water (soak 5 tulsi leaves in 2 glasses of water. Strain out the leaves and drink the water.) 7: 30 am – ginger tea/ green tea. 9: 00 am – 1 bowl of veg salad or Semi liquid gruel (lightly salted and flavored with pepper, Jeera, Ginger, Garlic, coriander, pudina) prepared out of broken barley. 11: 30 am – Small bowl papaya without peeling skin. 1: 30 pm – A small plate of salad before starting the meal. 1dry chappati with 1 bowl of dal, with one bowl rice, rasam, 1 glass buttermilk. Or Only 3 dry Chappatis with veg curry and 1 glass buttermilk. 5: 00 pm – 1cup of Coffee/milk/ tea with 2 marie biscuits only. 8: 30 pm –A small plate of salad before starting the meal. 2 or 3 dry chappati with vegetable curry or dal, 1 cup ginger flavored buttermilk. This week you can lose up to 0.9 kgs Week 3 6: 30 am – 10 ml of Karela, amla juice with 1 glass of luke warm water. 7: 30 am – ginger tea/ green tea. 9: 00 am – salted and flavoured Green gram gruel or Rava gruel semi liquid consistency 200 ml. 11: 30 am – four cucumber slices. 1: 30 pm –one bowl allowed veg or fruit salad, 2 chappati and vegetable dal. 5: 00 pm – 1cup of milk/ ginger tea, green tea or 1bowl popcorn (air popped popcorns without the butter) 8: 30 pm –1 bowl broken wheat with rasam or dal, 1 cup buttermilk. Week 4 6: 30 am – Triphala ras 10 ml with 1 glass warm water. 7: 30 am – ginger tea/ green tea. 9: 00 am – 1 glass Broken wheat gruel 11: 30 am – one bowl veg salad. 1: 30 pm – 1 bowl broken wheat with rasam, 1 cup buttermilk. 5: 00 pm – 1cup of milk/ ginger tea/ green tea 8: 30 pm – 2 dry chappati with 1 bowl vegetable or Dalia kichdi, and 1 cup buttermilk. By the end of the month you will definitely be losing 2-4 kgs Repeat the same diet for 4 months. Along with few excercise.

Fruit inbetween meal no banana nmango cheeku leechi and grapes no fruity juice at all. Brisk walking 30 min/ day. Avoid tension. Three months you will get good results.

Hello, for increasing weight and height best natural way is start doing Surya namaskar in the morning. Do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. Take small meals in frequent intervals.
