Follow the diet plan have 1 glass of milk with 2 egg white for breakfast. Regular breakfast items like upma, poha, dosa will also do. @11 am have one vegetable soup. @ lunch 3 chapati 1 bowl daal vegetable rice and 1 glass of buttermilk. @ 4 pm one fist of dryfruits @7 pm any seasonal fruit @9 pm dinner supplement chyavanparsha ashwangadh avaleha narsimha rasayana.

Do exercise like weight lifting, push ups, yoga and others muscle building exercise. Take food extra. Do not skip meals. Add ghee, butter etc with foods. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Use refined foods extra with unrefined. Extra fish, meat, egg will help you. Add more healthy fat in cooking. No water just before or during meals. Use supplement in this regard.

1. Controlling your diet and exercising regularly is the key to losing weight. Taking the following could also help in accelerating the weight loss process: taking pranacharya medohar rasayan (1-1) twice a day; taking medohar guggul (2-2) twice a day; pranacharya slim capsule (1-1) twice a day. 2. It is advisable to avoid junk, fried, fermented or oily food. You should also avoid the intake of alcohol, sugar, dairy products. 3. You should increase the intake of oats and cereals. You should incorporate a walk of at least 45 minutes in your daily regime and prayanama every morning. It is advised not to sleep immediately after taking a meal.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

May be its due to your stomach. You digestive enzymes are less reactive. So it takes time. You have to take your foods timely. Take 5 meals each day. Intake about 3 to 4 litres of water daily. Sleep around 8 hours. Night watching causes Indigestion too. Anxiety many times causes Indigestion. Now think what's your cause! For any other help please text me. Thank you.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Hi below tips could help you start your weight-loss journery. 1. Never eat a snack out of a carton or a cover. Always use a cup or a plate to so you know how much you are eating. 2. Have atleast one bright colored fruit and one bright colored vegetable a day 3. Take a small snack box to office with almonds, walnuts and other dry fruits to satisfy your cravings 4. Try to have your dinner by 8 so that you are not too hungry and also make healthy choices at dinner. 5. People who eat breakfast have a better success rate at losing weight. 6. Beware of zero trans fat and fat free foods as you might end up eating high sugar and carb containing foods. 7. People who are emotional eaters learn to identify the emotion that makes you eat unhealthy food and try diverting your mind to something else you love 8. If your plates are too big trade them off for a 9 inch plates 9. Replace your weighing scale with a tape measure. 10. I am a boy of 21 years of age. From last 1 month due to some gym activities I increased my protein intake and I was taking around 10 egg whites a day plus 2 more whole eggs. From the last 2-3 days I am having this problem that my stomach seems always full even if I don't take a single thing, and I feel like vomiting through out the day and the tendency increases just after I take my meals, now even I have changed my diet to normal diet, with the things I used to consume before. 24 hours a day I feel like my stomach is full and after I take the food this vomiting tendency increases. Stool is OK till now, no pain is felt till now in abdomen or anywhere else and this nausea is constantly causing irritation.

Hello lybrate-user, Eggs are full of proteins and they make you fell full for a long time. If you want to take so many eggs than you should slowly increase your intake. Start from 4 eggs and slowly increase the quantity. This way your stomach will get accustomed to the intake. To try and avoid the occurrence of this feeling, and the underlying condition that may be causing it, there are certain steps you can take. Eat a healthy and balanced diet, ensuring to chew your food properly before swallowing, and eating slowly, avoiding swallowing air when swallowing food and eating a series of small meals throughout the day, as opposed to eating large meals. Avoid alcohol, cigarettes, spicy foods, excessive amounts of teas or coffee, carbonated beverages (especially when eating), and lying flat or sleeping immediately after a meal. If your symptoms do not dissipate even after trying the lifestyle changes noted above, then you should pay a visit to your doctor to identify what is causing your problem.

. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for hips & thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce your waist, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Hi, thanks for the query. Firstly weight gain is majorly dependent on your metabolism and genetics play a definite role too. You have to be patient and give your body time to gain a healthy body weight. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, sprouts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

If you are suffering from Type-2 diabetes, having a breakfast rich in protein ? 25 to 30 grams ? can reduce glucose spikes at both breakfast and lunch, a new research has found.

Individuals with Type-2 diabetes generally have difficulty regulating their glucose, or blood sugar, levels, particularly after meals.

?The first meal of the day is critical in maintaining glycemic control at later meals, so it really primes people for the rest of the day,? said Jill Kanaley, professor at the University of Missouri.
The researchers monitored Type-2 diabetics? levels of glucose, insulin and several gut hormones ? which help regulate the insulin response ? after breakfast and lunch.
The participants ate either high-protein or high-carbohydrate breakfasts, and the lunch included a standard amount of protein and carbohydrates.

The researchers found eating more protein at breakfast lowered individuals? post-meal glucose levels.
Insulin levels were slightly elevated after the lunch meal, which demonstrated that individuals? bodies were working appropriately to regulate blood-sugar levels, Kanaley said.
The researchers cautioned that although it would be helpful for individuals with high blood sugar to eat more protein, they do not need to consume extreme amounts of protein to reap the benefits.

I suggest consuming 25 to 30 grams of protein at breakfast, which is within range.
