Total treatment for tb is usually 6 to 9 months. Diabetics may require longer treatment. Joint pains might be due to other causes as well as drugs. Uric acid, liver enzymes may be elevated. Good control of diabetes is very important for quick recovery. The patient requires clinical exam.

Do regular exercise. Eat extra food more frequently, take lots of fruits, vegetables. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Use nutritional supplement in this case. Drink lots of water.

सूखा मेवा के अंतर्गत आने वाले सभी पदार्थ स्वाद और पोषक तत्वों से भरपूर होते हैं. खजूर भी इन्हीं में से एक है. इसे ठंड के दिनों में ज्यादा खाया जाता है. खजूर विटामिन्स और मिनरल्स का उच्च स्रोत है. यह ना केवल आपकी सेहत को, बल्कि आपके बालों और त्वचा को भी बहुत सारे फायदे पहुँचाता है. खजूर को लोग अलग अलग तरह से खाना पसंद करते हैं. कुछ लोग इसे दूध और दही के साथ खाना पसंद करते हैं, तो कुछ लोग इसे बहुत ज़्यादा स्वादिष्ट बनाने के लिए ब्रेड और बटर के साथ भी खाते हैं. खजूर को मांसपेशियों के विकास के लिए सबसे फायदेमंद माना गया है. बूढ़े और बच्चों को इसे पेस्ट बनाकर देना चाहिए. इससे उनकी बिमारी या चोट में राहत मिलती है. आइए खजूर के फायदे और नुकसान को विस्तारपूर्वक समझें.

  • वजन घटाने में: इसमें बहुत कम फैट होता है और साथ ही खजूर कोलेस्ट्राल फ्री है. यानी कि ये वजन कम करने वाले लोगों के लिए एक बेहतरीन खाद्य विकल्प है. इसलिए इसे अपने डाइट चार्ट में शामिल करें.
  • शरीर को ऊर्जा देने में: खजूर में आपके शरीर को तुरंत ऊर्जा देने का गुण मौजूद होता है. जिन लोगों को बार-बार मीठा खाने की इच्छा होती है वो इसे इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं. इससे स्वाद और स्वस्थ्य दोनों ही बढ़ता है.
  • हड्डियों को करें मज़बूत: खजूर में हड्डियों को मजबूत बनाने के लिए भरपूर मिनरल्स मिलते हैं. यह ऑस्टियोपोरोसिस जैसी बीमारी से होने वाले दर्द को दूर करने में भी मदद करता है. खजूर में सेलीनीयम, मैंगनीज़, कॉपर और मैग्नीशियम होता है, जो स्वस्थ हड्डियो के विकास में मदद करता है.
  • पाचन तंत्र के लिए: मजोर पाचनतंत्र वाले लोगों के लिए खजूर वरदान की तरह है. आपको बस इतना करना है कि कुछ खजूर को रात भर पानी में भिगो दें और सुबह उठकर अच्छे से चबा कर ख़ालें. जिन लोगों को कब्ज की समस्या अक्सर रहती है, उनके लिए तो यह बहुत ही फायदेमंद है.
  • खाँसी जुकाम में: खाँसी जुकाम में एक गिलास दूध में छोटे कटे हुए पाँच खजूर डालें, साथ ही एक चुटकी काली मिर्च और इलायची पाउडर मिला कर दूध उबाल लें. इसमें एक चम्मच घी भी मिला सकते हैं. रोज़ रात को सोते समय इसे पीने से आपकी खाँसी जुकाम ठीक हो जाएगा.
  • त्वचा के लिए: खजूर में त्वचा के स्वास्थ्य और सुन्दरता के लिए विटामिन ए, ब1, ब2, फॉस्फरस, कैल्शियम, आइरन और मैग्नीशियम पाया जाता है. खजूर विटामिन सी और विटामिन के का भी अच्छा स्रोत है. साथ ही इसमें मौजूद न्यूट्रियेंट्स आपकी त्वचा को मुलायम बनाते हैं. खजूर में मौजूद विटामिन सी आपकी त्वचा को फ्री रॅडिकल्स से बचाता है.
  • कोलेस्ट्राल के नियंत्रण में: इसमें मौजूद पोटैशियम बुरे कोलेस्टरॉल याने की LDL को खत्म करता है. इससे स्ट्रोक आने की संभावना कम होती है. खजूर लौह तत्वो का अच्छा स्रोत है. इसलिए जो लोग एनीमिया का शिकार हैं, उन्हें खजूर का सेवन ज़रूर करना चाहिए.
  • बालों के लिए: खजूर आपके कमजोर बालों को टूटने से बचाता है. आपके बाल कमजोर हो जाते हैं. खजूर में मौजूद विटामिन बी आपके बालो को गिरने से बचाकर इसे और मजबूत बनाता है.

खजूर खाने के नुकसान:
* अधिक मात्रा में फाइबर का सेवन पेट में दर्द का कारण बन सकता है.
* खजूर में पाए जाने वाला सैलिसिलेट या हिस्टामिन एलर्जी के लक्षणों का कारण हो सकता है.
* नुकसान से बचने के लिए यह ज़रूरी है कि इन्हें सीमित मात्रा में ही खाया जाए.

To reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

Hello, first of all you add omega-3 to your diet, which will help you 1. Reduce side effects of fat in stomach. 2. Thinner your blood so that your blood circulation will improve and feel active. 3. Jonna rotte and ragi rotte are very good to reduce belly. 4. Add best protein and vitamin-c to get rid of fever and headache. Should be from natural sources. Let me know if I can help you with good nutrition to reduce fat levels, pls take it seriously, high fat levels in the stomach is not good for body. Eventually it will lead to all parts of the body. If your only maintain your diet you can reduce your weight very easily with some exercise. 1- take green tea 3 times / day. 2- avoid sweets, chocolate, ice creams or cold drink. 3- take only home made food like roti, sabji, daal, chawal (brown rice). 4- take heavy meal in breakfast, do not skip breakfast, and litter meal in night. 5- take dinner atleast 3 hr before sleep. 6- don't take tea, coffee. 7- with this diet plan walk atleast 30 min morning and evening. 8- you will see the result within 10 day.
