I want my hight up to 6 fit and weight above 50, I try many medicine but no any results found ,any suggestions Please.

For increasing your height I will suggest you to do skipping daily as per your capacity for next six months and follow up with finding and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

My mother is of 47yrs. She is suffering for many disease like high blood pressure, headache due to hbp, aasthma many more. But the main problem is she is of 78kg & getting fat day by day. We are very disappointed with her health. She has already cheked up with many poplar doctors but we are not seeing any changes rather we are getting new disease like aasthama recently. She is taking pump recently. Can you please kindly suggest what needs to be done to reduce her weight immediately?

Early morning exercise gives best results. Apart from that, diet & lifestyle changes are also required to stay fit. Take stairs instead of lift/ escalator & walk instead of taking transport as much as possible. Avoid fried, sugary foods & drinks. Have small frequent meals.

Dear Lybrate User, Increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of protein supplement. The most effective protein supplement is WHEY protein. But kindly remember only taking supplement is not enough. You need to take those supplements according to a fixed schedule. For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight

I am 22, female. I drink 09-10 liters of water a day and some time even more than that. I make sure after every hour that I drink a glass of water, but after all this still my skin does not look radiant and hydrated, Why this happen? Hello, Only consumption or over consumption will not make your skin look radiant. optimal nutrition and fruits and vegetables consumption is very important. Avoid bakery,excessively salted,sugared,oily products.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Mr Amit, Diabetes mellitus usually does not produce any symptoms, so many persons do not come to know that they have it. When fully developed it may cause excess urination, excess thirst, excess hunger, unexplained weight loss and early tiredness. When the disease develops, then proper treatment with anti diabetes drugs is a must, along with regular exercise and diet control are essential part of the therapy. It is a preventable disease, if one adapts a modified lifestyle like regular exercise, restricted and balanced diet, no smoking and alcohol and maintaining normal weight.

To gain weight or if gyming. It's not only proteins that are important. If you try to concentrate only on protein intake your body will still breakdown. You need to have a balanced meal and what you take pre workout and post workout as meals also are crucial because it depends on the type of work out. So, many factors need to be considered to understand why you are not gaining weight.

Here is a sample diet to help you understand the diet. Early Morning: Green tea ( sugar less) Breakfast: non fried preparations/ whole wheat bread/ vegetable poha, upma, etc. / idli sambhar etc. Mid-Morning: Fruits ( avoid the carbohydrate rich fruits like grapes, banana, custard apple and watermelon) Lunch: 2 dry chapatti + sabji 1 katori + dal or skimmed curd – 1 katori + salad 1 katori Evening Snacks: Tea / Coffee sugarless + high fiber bis. OR Sprouts 1 katori Dinner: 2 chapatti + vegetable 1 katori + skimmed buttermilk 1 glass + salad 1 katori.

You need to gain weight & enhance your immunity. 1. Drink 3 litres water daily 2. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs intervals containing foods high in nutrient & calorie density but low in volume. Ex: Paneer paratha, mango milkshake, banana kheer, dates-almond ladoo, til chikki, badam chikki, cheese omlette, bread with jam/peanut butter, thicker rotis with ghee, rice with ghee, soyabean cutlets, chicken roll, fatty fish fingers, malt, premix, cow/buffalo milk with skim milk powder, cream of mushroom soup, fresh fruit juice, sugarcane juice. 3 Have lots of fruits & vegetables in form of juice, puree, chutney, incorporated within dishes. 4. Take 15 mins light walk before meals to increase appetite 5. Have a positive attitude towards life 6. Fight stress with meditation & deep breathing 7. Enjoy meals in a distraction free environment

I am 61 years old male & diabetic for the past 21 years. I am regularly taking insulin as per the doctor's advise. Now I am suffering from pain in the leg ligaments & stiffness of legs for the past 6 months. Pain killers, Calcitrol, cholecalciferol and other regular medicines are taking daily. Please advise me.
