Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. firstly keep your intestine clean by drinking water atleast 3 to 4 liter in a day, but make sure you are not drinking water with meals or right after your meals, give a gap of 90 minutes. eat a heavy breakfast but before your breakfast play some sports or do jogging because when you sweat you feel more hungry and you eat more and diseases are kept away. eat cow ghee with all your meals, eat 2 banana and hot milk in morning and put shakkar and 1 spoon cow ghee in milk, drink this for 3 months and you will gain weight upto 10 kgs.

Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. Drink milk. Try weight gainer shakes. Use bigger plates. Add cream to your coffee. Take creatine. Get quality sleep. You need to take a balanced diet.

Eating Right

'when the diet is wrong medicine is of no use. When diet is correct medicine is of no need'
Taking heavy meals in short durations without earlier meals properly digested produces toxins.
Kala viruddha (time against): intake of cold and dry substances in winter, pungent and hot substances in summer.
The combination of fruit salad, milk and banana should be avoided.
Using yogurt with milk, fish with milk, achar (pickle) with milk, honey with ghee (butter) are some virudha ahara (incompetent food) if taken together, they produce a lot of toxins in our body.
Drinking buttermilk is excellent as it is easily digestible, kindles hunger, instigates vata and kapha and cures dropsy, haemorrhoids, enlargement of the abdomen, abdominal tumour, duodenal diseases, dysuria, enlargement of spleen, loss of appetite, and anaemia.

Hye, thanks for the query. The gain is basically because of fat accumulation which is a survival response of the body. Apart from that the nutrient deficiency will further not help the fat loss. But it is not something that you should be demotivated by. Understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. So, improving nutritional vibrancy is very important. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Take a glass of lime water 10 minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. This is very important. Crashing diet will further cause fat accumulation. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Whatever you can manage. Once you can manage brisk walking you can graduate to other exercises. If done under a good trained instructor you can do many exercises. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets or pills or fat burners will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. Your diet has to be balanced to get even any benefit from medications. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. Observe for inch loss more than a loss on scale because it's important to have fat loss.

Beans are rich sources of fiber, protein and carbohydrates. These are one of the best calorie-dense foods that helps put on weight. Beans can be eaten as a snack or can be included in breakfast, lunch or dinner. There are several varieties of beans like red beans, black beans, soy beans, lima beans, lentils, and kidney beans. Alternatively, you can also prepare bean soup or bean salad. For quick results, eat them daily for one or two months.

Eating a piece of cheese after a meal helps in pulling away some of the plaque and leftover tiny food particles from meals. And since it contains calcium, it adds to the health of teeth and bones as well.
