Normal level of vit D is between between 20-50ng/ml. A level less than 20 ng/ml indicates Vitamin D deficiency. 1. Expose yourself to sunlight for 15-20 minutes daily in the morning 2. Take Milk, cheese, egg yolk, Fish (salmon/mackerel/ trout/sardines/tuna) cod liver oil, Mushroom, cereals, orange juice. 3. If you have deficiency of Vitamin D you have to take Vitamin D supplement 60000IU/week fo r 3 months after consulting physician.

Tips to lose weight  faster: 1. Eat a high-protein breakfast. 2Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice.  3. Drink water a half hour before meals. 4. Choose weight loss-friendly foods (more vegetables and fruits) 5. Eat soluble fiber. 6. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods.  7. Eat your food slowly. 8. Sleep 7-8 hours 9. Hello doctor! I am 22 years female. My weight is 69 kg. I am a student and my lifestyle is basically sedentary but I am trying to go for walk whenever possible. It all depends on our motivation and never give up attitude. No you will lose weight needed you change your thinking and attitude towards permanent natural weight loss. The major hurdle is self sympathy while following diet that we r cursing our body, feeling missing out on certain foods, etc. We should just feel that we are gifting ourselves good health and good looks....look at you after that,..a happier you... You should take a metabolism boosting diet....which includes lot of therapeutic foods like wheat grass, lemon grass, ginseng root extracts, cinnamon extracts etc. Take expert advice.

No nothing can cure diabetes, but it can help you lose some weight which may improve your sugar control. 1. Do regular exercise for 30 minutes daily like brisk walking 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3. Control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, full cream milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, tomato, legume. D) avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, a handful of walnut daily (akhrot) e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. F) avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. G) avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. H) avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4. Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting dietitian 5. Monitor your fasting, pp blood sugars monthly and hba1c six monthly.

Dear user, no medicines have any proven effect to increase breast size. To increase breast size, following are the options massage may increase, but results are not at all predictable. Breast implants are time tested and successful option for increasing the size of breasts. Cumin seed is a culinary herb that is local in Asia and is particularly used in India on daily basis. Cumin seeds are otherwise called jeera, caraway and kummel. It is a product of the cumin herb, however, it transforms into a seed only once it has dried. Cumin is an esteemed spice as it has numerous health advantages, usually for digestive conditions like colic, dyspepsia and flatulence. Nevertheless, consuming cumin seeds can have numerous side effects as well; so consult your specialist before you use it for medicinal purposes, as it can cause certain side effects as well, such as acidity or heartburn. Cumin seeds are known for their gas easing properties, yet it can bring about one of the most widely recognized digestive issue that is heartburn. It tends to facilitate the escape of more gas into your gastrointestinal tract. Liver damage: oil present in the cumin seeds is very unstable and can bring about liver and kidney damage, in case one consumes cumin seed in huge quantities for a long stretch of time. Cumin oil is used for animals to prevent or reduce muscle fits and spasms. Burping: the carminative impact of cumin seed may bring about excessive burping. Opposite reactions of cumin seeds are mental blurring, sleepiness and nausea. Heavy menstrual cycle: cumin seeds may cause heavy bleeding during the menstrual cycle. In the event of cumin seeds being consumed in large amounts, you may experience heavier periods. Causes allergy: utilization of cumin seeds can bring about skin rashes and sensitivity. So individuals with skin sensitivity need to consume less cumin seeds to improve the condition. Not good for diabetics: diabetic patients need to control their glucose level. They must maintain regular glucose levels to stay sound. Fluctuating glucose levels are a strict no for most diabetics. As mentioned recently, cumin seeds may diminish your glucose level rapidly.

there is no fastest method of loosing weight. Looking at your height ideal body weight is 60 kg. Bmi is 26.97kg/m2, best way to reduce weight is to plan a loss of 2 kg per month, can be done by cutting 550 calories per day from existing intake, exercising regularly so that extra caloreis are burnt, which help in reducing about 1/2 kg per week. This approach will be better than any drastic reduction. If you want me to guide then come in a private conversation with the details like - fasting and pp sugar levels, hba1c%, medications being taken, level of physical activity and dietary pattern. The exercises that are to be planned should suit your age and capabilities. I am not sure if you are a person who has been exercising regularly earlier.

Hi lybrate-user There could be many reasons for weight gain. You are gaining weight due to hormone and metabolic imbalance in body. Hormonal imbalance can be treated with right food and supplement. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar exm. Chapati, rice, bread, potato. U can use high protein diet exm. Pannier, egg, chicken. Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well. Sample Diet Plan Breakfast - Russian salad with boiled eggs and fish Lunch - Cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti +salad +curd. Dinner - Paneer tikka with green chutney. Snacks - Dry fruits and Nuts with green tea. Suggested Supplements Microfruit and Cytofresh tablets daily after breakfast Lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner.

You can start having early and light dinner i. E. Your dinner should be before 8 pm. Have more fibre that means more fruits, vegetables, soup and salad. Try to cut down on cereals for dinner. Increase your water intake 8-10 glasses per day. Eat 5-6 small meals rather than 2-3 big meals. Have low fat milk. Avoid fat, sugar and alcohol.

You should get a consultation from a doctor. Also meanwhile keep monitoring your temperature by thermometer. You can have tablet paracetamol 350 mg sos orally for fever. Keep your hydration maintained & take rest.

Good quality lean protein foods like egg whites, toned milk & its products like paneer, curd, cheese, alongwith tofu, sprouts, dals, peas, beans help to improve muscle mass. Diet should be balanced too so that different food groups are included daily & excess of protein foods should not be consumed. Physical exercise with a combination of cardio, resistance or weights and stretching would help.

Mr Azad, There are mainly 2 types of diabetes T1 and T2. Most common variety is T2 DM, occurring due to deficiency of Insulin , secreted by beta cells of pancreas or resistance to its action or both. Plus being over weight and inactivity contribute to it. Usually does not cause any symptoms, hence many persons do not come to know they have diabetes. When fully developed may cause excess urination, excess hunger, excess thirst, unexplained tiredness and weight loss. This disease can only be controlled by taking proper drugs or insulin injections. There is no cure for it. Treatment has to be for lifetime. Person has to adapt a modified lifestyle like : taking restricted diet matching ideal body weight, exercising regularly, avoiding too much of sweets, junk foods, pastries, alcohol and smoking. Exercising 1 hour a day, consuming more of green leafy vegetables and salads.

Hi you have a bmi of 30.07 which just comes into category of obese. 18-25 is normal 25-30 is overweight 30- 35 is obese 35-40 obese class 2 40 + morbid obese usually bariatric surgery is recommended for people over 40 bmi. That is for your height a weight of 120 would be eligible for bariatric surgery. Bariatric surgery is tampering with the body. It can have side effects sometimes severe. Some people have lost lives too. It is better if you change your lifestyle, eat less, eat healthy, be active. Change yourself for the better. Live healthy. Stop eating fried stuff and sugar laden stuff. Consult experts.

Hello lybrate-user, most diet fails because they are low calorie and low fat. Calorie counting does not work. Instead of correcting metabolism, this kind of diet make you feel low energy or makes you feel excessively hungry. If you are doing regular exercise, it will increase your fitness but it may not reduce weight much. I am sure you did not gain this much weight suddenly but over a period of time. To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If you have tried this in past or if it does not work, then approach us for weightloss package of 6 months by lifestyle modification - combination of nutritional plan, stress management, exercise prescription for your current fitness level and sleep improvement, (if required). 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Brisk walks or jogging for 45 - 60 minutes every day. My best wishes.

Our Daily energy requirements for proper functioning of our body is 1600-2200 K cal of Energy if we want to remain fit and healthy.But there is a misconception that weight is reduced by dieting.But weight is not reduced by only skipping our meals or prohibition from sugars but until we are not aware what are our body energy requirements ,it will be difficult to loose weight.If we restrict ourself from taking daily diet to 1100-1200 Kcalories ,and increases our workouts,only then we can think about reducing our weight and for that we must obtain proper knowledge of exact energy levels in a particular dish we are eating,only then we can achieve our target of reducing weight by means of simple mathematical calculation.
