Please note the followings in respect to your queries: Banana and Milk -- Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold.

Now a days many of them are fighting with overweight problem, but to the contraversy you are suffering from underweight problem. Increasing your weight is not a tuff process rather than decreasing the weight. Any way according to me, homoeopathic treatment with following tips will help you - Here are some tips to follow, *daily in the morning in empty stomach have a glass of cold water mix with half spoon of honey and few drops of lime juice. *you can add milk, ghee, butter, lassi and curd in your daily food. *also add dry fruits and nuts in your food. *have a sweet daily. *sleep well in night and also in day time. *you can also add bakery foods and jam. *you should be a lover of chocolates and icecreams. *weekly once have a cakes, pizza and burgers. I have dandruff. I used many shampoos but still not working. I wash my hair with cold water even in winters still I haven't find any solution. Please help.

Hi. I don't know what shampoos have you used previously. I would recommend you to use ketoconazole shampoo for dandruff. But make sure you keep it for 10mins and then only you wash off.

When you start working out, you will automatically stop over eating after so much hard work. For all the parts, do cycling for ten minutes. Then do some crunches or twisting exercises for stomach. Do jumping jack, duck walk sit ups. For biceps, stretch your arms, lift some weights (start with 2 kgs). Diet control is difficult, tell your friends that you are going to loose weight, this will help you stay motivated.

Hi Lybrate User, Please avoid supplements. Better take natural products. Take more proteins like eggs. Chicken. Or Soya beans, Mushrooms. Paneer, moong dal sprouts etc Enhance carbs like raagi, multi grain atta roti etc. You diet should follow increased workouts not the other way round. Avoid overeating else you will put on weight on stomach.

Oral sugar control, don't make fast, don't eat sugar based and heavy food, exercise and walking must for-ever, reduce body-fat (heavy weight), reduce stress, protect your body from any type of injury, clean your body two or three time a day, make sufficient sleep and follow all of the suggestions by given your diabetelogist.
