Hello, height can not be changed, only weight can be. Only if your height has stopped right now, to be grown later, it can be achieved by exercises and diet but you can't get taller than you were supposed to get sooner or later. -do taad asana -get yoko height increaser -do yoga stretches -do cardio for weight loss -eat oatmeal, spinach, turnip, take protein. -stop eating unhealthy food, you may eat once in a month but not more than that.

Cancer

Cancer is an uncontrolled proliferation of transformed cells in any part of the body. Neoplasm or tumor are used variably to describe any swelling or new growth. Benign growths don't have the potential to spread to other organs or parts of the body while malignancy or malignant growths have uncontrolled proliferation and metastatic potential. Transformation is a multistep process with genetic alterations by which normal cells acquire malignant potential, uncontrolled proliferation capacity and capacity to spread to other parts of the body (metastasis) worldwide cancer is responsible for 1 in 8 deaths. Most common cancers are:

Men: oral cancer (in India), prostate, lung

Women: breast, cervix and endometrium, colorectal, lung


What causes cancer? cancer is usually multifactorial 


1. Age- more in age group greater than 60 yrs compared to younger age group

2. Obesity- body mass index greater than 30

3. Tobacco - cigarette, cigar, bidi, hookah, smokeless tobacco like gutka, zarda etc. There is no safe form of tobacco.

4. Pan masala and supari

5. Alcohol

6. Ultraviolet rays exposure

7. Radiation exposure

8. Genetic factors

9. Others- pollution, certain chemicals, infections


Prevention of cancer: 


1. Stay away from tobacco products

2. Eat healthy and daily physical activity- fresh fruits and vegetable are good, maintain optimal body weight

3. Be safe in sun

4. Cancer awareness and early detection: alarming signs are (caution)-
 

  • Change in bowel or bladder habits
  • A sore that will not heal
  • Unusual discharge or bleeding
  • Thickening or lump in the breast, testicles or elsewhere
  • Indigestion or difficulty swallowing
  • Obvious change in a wart or mole
  • A nagging cough or hoarseness


5. Cancer screening: screening is for healthy individuals with education. Rather than going for unnecessary blind tests, a programme for screening should be planned in consultation with your oncologist as requirements are different for different cancers and differ as per age groups and gender. Also, screening is not effective in all cancers. Cancer education and awareness have due importance. Some cancers in which screening has been shown to be effective includes breast, colon, rectum, cervix, prostate, lung in high-risk groups but as mentioned earlier it is planned with participation of both individual and oncologist.


Types of cancer treatment:


Cancer treatment is now a multidisciplinary management in which different surgical, medical and radiation oncologist plan treatment protocol for best possible chances of cure. Advancement in all these fields and their contribution in comprehensive management results in 25-30% improvement in cure rate over previous decades.
 

  • Surgery: involves surgical principles to remove the tumor with adequate margins and possible draining lymph nodes regions. Improvements and understanding of surgical principles even make resection of distant disease or cure of stage iv disease in some selected cases.
  • Chemotherapy: cytotoxic drugs are given either in injectable or oral forms which acts on uncontrolled cancer cells. Advances in this fields result in drugs with better efficacy and less side effect profile and at the same time resulting in better cancer control. Targetted therapy acts on specific pathways of cancer growth. Hormone therapy targets specific hormone receptors for controlling cancer.
  • Radiation therapy: is the delivery of radiation generated by radioactive source over the region of cancer. More and more advances in radiation technologists are emerging like imrt, sbrt to focus radiation over the specific location so as to avoid toxic effect over surrounding area.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories. * you can take medohar guggal of baidyanath 1 tablet daily for atleast 3 months but only under the supervision of ayurveda expert.

Hello lybrate-user, to achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. There is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. Try this general approach for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If this is not enough then revert for further assessment and customised approach. With customised lifestyle modification approaches, people over 100-150 kg are also losing weight for long term. 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. What time is best for surya namaskar. generally I do avoid in morning because I do walk 20 minute in morning very fast. Then 5 to 8 minute jogging. .so I do not do surya namaskar after that because it may make hectic to me. I do in evening. 10 set in a 10 minute. So it is right way? Kindly clear to me.

The best time to do any exercise is whenever it is convenient for you. Ideal time is the time when you enjoy doing things which does not disturb your routine. These days fitness centers across the world and India are open 24 hours and people walk in for exercise even at Midnight. So goes for Surya Namaskar. It is an all round exercise which helps in toning, strengthening and stretching. You can do it in morning or evening, whenever it is convenient for you. Just keep a gap of 2-3 hours after food, so that you don't feel uncomfortable. 10 sets in 10 mins is a good level and you can slowly try to add 2 sets every week. That will keep you fit and motivated to be more fit and energetic.

Very good mohammed. It is good that you are looking for a healthy life I hope you will also stop smoking. First thing that you are little overweight as per height and weight. Your bmi score is 26. Start exercise. Best for you is yoga. Take coriander (green) boil it in water and drink it daily morning. This will let your toxin excrete via urine. Eat plenty of raw vege and fruits (after october). All citrus fruits will help you to detoxification. In dryfruits take walnut, figs, dates in plenty. Use extra vergin olive oil to keep your lungs and heart healthy. (1) arjunarishtam (nagarjuna) for strengthen heart and lungs both.

You maybe suffering from acute gasteroenteritis. It could be caused by food poisoning or viral or bacterial infection. You need to keep your body hydrated by drinking isotonic fluids like ors. You can take anti diarrhea medicine and anti vomiting medicine. If your symptoms persist, you will need to do blood tests and stool tests. You should take some soups or porridges like rice soup or porridge with added salt to supplement the lost fluid from your body. Natural fruit juices and coconut water is also very good to regain the electrolytes and fluids that are lost due to vomiting and diarrhea. Please consult in private for your prescription.

It is true that you'll be putting the breaks on gaining weight if you're nutrition is impaired. Gain the lean weight you need. However, there is a clear difference in getting bigger and getting more muscular. I am talking about gaining weight without getting fat which will make you more muscular, not just bigger. If you're training protein free, you won't be able to gain weight or add an impressive amount of muscle mass if you're not consuming enough clean calories to promote hypertrophy; i. E. Muscle growth. On the contrary, if you don't eat enough, chances are that you'll lose muscle no matter how hard you train. These people who are extremely thin also tend to go with unhealthy food and junk to add extra fat to the body before going with natural process to gain weight. For all those who want to put on weight are suggested to keep distance from junk foods which are not healthy for the body, since they are surely going add weight to the body but at the same time they also are said to add bad fat to the body. Go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: whole pulses lentils rajma paneer soya beans soya paneer-tofu dry fruit ladoo granola bars cheese paneer yoghurt walnuts dates apricots anjeer raisins nuts and oil seeds peanut butter whey water gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets. I suggest you begin implementing one principle each week and watch your body stack on more muscle to your frame each week.

First you do health check ups if you are suffering from any health problems.Along with this do regular exercise like swimming,skipping,push ups,sit ups,yoga,squats to reduce weight.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice,fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Eat lots of watery fruits,vegetables Use unrefined foods but not much.Take extra protein to loss weight.Use healthy fats in cooking small amount.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Use lukewarm water on an empty stomach in the morning Take lukewarm water after meals.Take proper sleep.For proper medication you can visit privately.

गाजर का जूस रोज पिएं। तन की दुर्गध दूर भगाने में यह कारगर है।

सर्दियों के मौसम में डाइट में बहुत बदलाव आ जाता है। इस सीजन में हमें विटामिन व न्यूट्रिशंस से भरपूर कई चीजें खाने को मिलती हैं और गाजर भी इन्हीं में से एक है। इसमें विटामिन और मिनरल्स बहुत मात्रा में मिलते हैं। डाइटीशन के मुताबिक, गाजर बेहद फायदेमंद होता है। इसमें विटामिन ए, विटामिन बी, सी, कैल्शियम और पैक्टीन फाइबर होता है, जो कॉलेस्ट्रोल का लेवल बढ़ने नहीं देता।

आप गाजर इस तरह ले सकते हैं :

Honey and Cinnamon in Water Required Things: Organic Honey – 1 tbsp Organic Cinnamon Powder – 1 tsp Filtered Water – 1 cup Process: Take the cinnamon powder in a bowl.
