Hye. Thankyou for the query. It's possible you are not eating as per the body's needs. Skipping meals, eating more of junk foods, not drinking enough water- coupled with stress and work overload can lead to acidity and headaches. You must first work on the reason for headache. Eat regular meals, stay hydrated, avoid excessive tea or coffee and avoid smoking. If all this still does not help check your eyesight and check for migraine.

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Take chitrakadi vati after meal. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. Take banana milk shake. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Keep hair clean. Make sure that your scalp and hair are always clean. It will help your hair grow faster. Dirt clogs the hair follicles, which makes it more difficult for hair to grow. Cut the salt to cut the body fat

Eating more than the recommended 2500 mg (1 tablespoon) of sodium each day will cause you to retain water and weight gain. Sodium holds up to 50 times its weight in water. When you limit the amount of sodium you eat your body will begin to expel some that unwanted water weight. 
The urge to drink water is a good indicator that your sodium intake is too high. As your sodium levels get high your body ask for more water to dilute the sodium by making you thirsty. 
A lot of bars offer salty snacks such as peanuts and chips for free, after customers get thirsty they will order drinks to quench their thirst. So watch out for salty snacks and remove them from the diet to lose weight fast.

It depends on almond quality. If its type of mamra then you can consume 10 almonds if its normal then only 5 almonds per day. And 2 walnuts.

Unless and until u cause harm to others or yourself there is no problem but as per rto rules riding a bike in high speed is not advisable.

Hello, you are right, your problem is prolonged cough & cold. Gargle with hot saline water. Inhale steam twice. Drink lukewarm water. Hi, From your question I could understand that you want to increase your body weight and muscle. We can increase our body weight by taking any foods but it should be healthy. So you should follow a healthy food and lifestyle. So you should include a balance diet which contains fats, carbohydrates and more proteins. Take food 4 or 5 times in a day that include snacks, drink lots of water and try to get proper sleep of 8 hrs continuously. Also make sure that you are doing some physical activities like regular exercise or involve in sports and games. Below are some daily diet suggestions •Breakfast (7.30 am– 8.00 am) Milk-200ml Any types of legumes eg: green gram, black gram, chickpeas etc. Rotis made up of Rice, potato, cereals or wheat Fruits which contains more calories like banana, jack fruit, mangoes etc. •Snacks (11.00 am-11.30 am) Fruit juice odry fruits •Lunch oRice 2 bowl or chappathi 3 nos Dal curry, curd, leafy vegetables If you are non-veg take 1 egg or 1 piece chicken or fish •Evening Snacks Lassi or fruit juice or dates Some biscuits •Dinner 3 chappathy with veg curry It would be helpful if you can provide. •any history of other illness •your bowel habits, sleep & appetite. Dear, if you tired very fast then you have to increase your stamina. Stamina will increase with time by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. After that increase your walking speed slowly day by day. You can do it on treadmill also. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great stamina by following these important things.

Hello lybrate user, back pain is very common in sedentary lifestyle where you have to sit all day long to work in an attention position. This is usually due to a spasm in the muscles around your vertebral column (commonly reffered to as paraspinal muscles) medicines, hot water fomentation and physiotherapy will help you to deal with the condition. Hi I'm a 20 year old boy with a height of 5'9" It's enough but not for me because I want a carrier in Modeling so I want to be 6 feet. I'm doing a lot of exercises in the morning like running for 20 minutes, 40-50 Pushups, 80 Squats, Sprint, Hanging and some stretching too. And I'm taking a high Protein diet (Approx 100g protein per day) with limited Carbs and Fats and also less saturated Fat and High Unsaturated. My sleep is also good. I sleep for 8 hours. I'm taking Multivitamins and Calcium with Vitamin D3 tablets too. I'm taking 1 litre milk per day because Calcium is very Important for bones. I'm taking Soy Products too. I'm taking proteins too. I'm taking enough Fruits and Dry fruits also. I know I have made a Paragraph about this but this is it. I think I'm doing enough for my body. I'm doing this all things from 4 months. I'm build Athletic and a little Muscular. Any advice, herbal medicine or anything to grow taller 3 inches. Please tell me. Thank You.

There is no medicine, allopathy, ayurved, or any other science for increasing height. I repeat, no medicine can increase your height. The anabolic steroids stunt growth by closing epiphyses. So don't try that also. After 20 height grows by about 1 inch every 3 years. Build body, muscles. But height cannot be increased. If growth is reduced, by malnutrition, then it can restored. But artificial increase in height is impossible. Don't chase false claims and advertisements.
