its dysmenorrhea ,low intensity pain is normal . 1) Do massage to back & lower abdomen with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) 1 spoon caster oil with milk at bed time 3) Do stretching exercise specially hip & lower back like ardhachakrasan .

Hi lybrate-user, for effective weight loss one should be determined & start with adding few changes in the life style as it should not be a short time fix! 1. Start maintaining a diet diary, measure what you are eating. 2. Go for a min 30 minutes of a brisk walk or cardio. 3. Have small frequent meals. 4. Increase your water intake. 5. Add colour to your plate in form different vegetables & add protein to your every meal 6. Cut down on unhealthy snacks, aerated drinks, sweets. 7. Reduce salt intake. 8. Never skip breakfast. 9. Do not starve yourself. 10. Enrich your diet with fibre. 11. Get atleast 7-8 hour of sleep at night. 12. Avoid stress. 13. Believe in yourself. 14. Don not rush weight loss- bad habits are difficult to break. Do not be hard on yourself.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Please do not worry child. The swelling could be becoz of a Bartholins cyst or abscess. Take Tablet Nortin-combination of tablet norflox and tab tinidazole twice a day for 5 days. Buy Lotion Betadine and rinse your private parts at least three times with 20 ml lotion put in 1litre of water. Take tablet Combiflam three times a day. Please take tablet pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily .If after 5 days you still have problem please show to a Gynaecologist without hesitation.

If you want to improve your wrist size, You have to gain your weight. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

From past one month I am maintaining proper diet which includes fruit, vegetables, nov veg, juice two time milk a day with protein powder, soybean. Peanut butter with bread in morning and evening with milk and fruits. I have also divided my meals from 3 to 6. Which in turn gave me weight increase of 2 kg. But from day before yesterday I was not able maintain above mentioned diet due to some reason and suddenly I have observed that my health has decreased upto 1.3 kg. So, my question is that after maintaining good diet for approximately one month it took me gain weight of 2 kg in 1 month and 2 days of carelessness in diet reduced my weight 1.3 kg, so why its not constant. In future circumstances my come when I will not be able to maintain good diet then I will be loose all what I have gained through hard work. Kindly clarify above doubt and let me know if anything new is required to add in my diet to enhance the process. Also suggest that whether including endura mass in milk would be good because at present I am using amway nutrilite protein powder.

Health happens over a longer period of time. Changes in body don't happen abruptly. Be patient. Take a target of one year. Right now your BMI is 20.0 which means you are not underweight. You are normal. You want to build a stronger and fitter body, give it some more time. Focus on building strength and stamina. Avoid comparison with others. Inner strength is what matters. Just focus on your fitness goals. Continue with your good diet. In time you will put on weight. This is a typical problem I have observed. Most of the men below 25 are desperate to gain weight and men after 25 put on so much weight, then they become desperate to lose weight. Hence it is best to maintain a balance. Continue your balanced diet and active life. Be confident of yourself. Be positive and be happy.

You eat everything a well nutritious and balanced diet including all seasonal vegetables and fruits cereals pulses milk nuts etc and drink 3to 4 lyra of water every day.

Following are the tips to prevent onset/or control diabetes 1-Losing Extra Weight: helps lower your blood pressure and cholesterol too. waist of more than 80 cm in women & 90 cm in man are at risk 2- Constant and regular food timings :improves metabolic activity and helps reducing weight. 3- Split meals and eat in moderate amount 4- No long Gaps and skipping of meals:-Never miss out breakfast. 5- No overeating:-Never eat in a bulk on one time Remember to eat food slowly & chew well. 6- Proper Exercise and work outs: regular brisk walking for 30 min. five times a week is best .Cycling, swimming, dancing can also be done. Do not eat right away after a workout . 7-constant and regular timings for medication 8-Avoid fried foods ,meat,fats and sweets.  9- Take high-fibre and complex carbohydrates:-like oats and include high-fiber carbohydrates like wheat bran, flaxseed and methi seeds to your wheat flour .Add whole grain foods in your diet. Avoid white bread, pasta, pizza , candies, and snacks . 10-Drink enough fluids:-Keep your body well hydrated.  11.Fresh vegetables and fruits: .Include sprouts in the diet as they are easily digestible

Hi, Thanks for the query For weight gain you will have to increase the food frequency and gradually you may increase the food quantity will help you to achieve your goal. You may add add more cereals like oats, pasta, rice, millet, bread etc with high protein like Soya, tofu, Paneer, egg, legumes etc. All the Best for your Health Journey.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Hi, by improving your digestive system, you can increase your weight. 1. You must focus on getting the maximum nutrition out of the food that you are eating and digest that. To improve your digestive powers, you can take chitrakadi vati after meal and ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. 2. You can also have milk and milk products eg butter, ghee, etc along with banana shake.

Hi Sudarshan There is very simple and easy to follow diet plan with which you can lose 2-5kg in just 15days. This plan can be done by you easily. For Breakfast you take 150g curd, 30g Lipolyzer powder, 10g milk cream, 25g roasted flax seed, 100g any fruit, mix them all together in a bowl. Lunch – 2 Chapatti made with Nutroactive Brown Atta, 150g cooked vegetables, 150g green salads like cucumber and tomato. Dinner – 200g any cooked vegetable or vegetable soup only. Follow this diet plan exactly as said; you will surely lose few kilos immediately. .

Simple Tricks and Tips to Manage Anxiety and Insomnia

Insomnia or sleeplessness is quite difficult to cope with and for people suffering from anxiety, it is even tougher. People suffering from anxiety remain in a state of mental and physical distress. On top of this, if they cannot sleep well because of insomnia, life becomes quite hard. Insomnia causes anxiety and also is caused due to anxiety.

Here are some simple tips to manage anxiety and insomnia:

  1. Maintain a schedule: Try to go to bed at the same time every night and wake up at the same time every morning. Experiment with several different bedtimes and wake up times to find out which one works best for you.
  2. Turn off electronic devices: Switch off all electronic devices thirty minutes before you go to bed. Electronic devices stimulate your mind and the light from the devices does not make you feel that it is time to sleep. Keep the devices away from you while going to bed.
  3. Dim lights: Practice dimming all lights in your house before bedtime. Change light bulbs and replace them with low wattage lights. This will enable you to have lights, although they are dim. Low lighting will make your body produce melatonin to make you prepare for sleep.
  4. Keep away from alcohol and smoking: Consuming alcoholic drinks before bedtime reduces your quality of sleep and you may wake up within two hours. Do not consume alcohol before bedtime. Smoking should be restricted before sleeping, as the nicotine contained in cigarettes is a stimulant, which can take away your sleep.
  5. Ignore caffeinated drinks: Caffeine is a stimulant and consuming caffeinated drinks before going to bed can result in losing sleep. Do not drink coffee before sleeping.
  6. Exercise: Exercise is a perfect solution to reduce anxiety and results in improved sleep quality. Exercise regularly during the day or three to four hours before bedtime. Yoga and meditation performed just before going to sleep are effective.
  7. Make a pre-sleep ritual: Try to find ways, which would help you calm your mind just before going to sleep and practice it every day. This can be reading a book, taking a hot shower or listening to your favorite songs. Your mind will be relaxed, and you will get better sleep.
  8. Maintain a sleep journal: Keep a sleep journal and write about the time when you go to sleep and when you wake up. Also note down the time you require to fall asleep, the number of times your sleep breaks and how your sleep was. This will enable you to observe your sleep patterns and make adjustments.

For people suffering from anxiety, added insomnia results in enhanced difficulty. One should cope with the problems properly and try to improve upon them.

if you feel energetic and your hunger is satisfied by that then it is OK. ALso your diet should be balanced. That is it should contain vegetables, dal, rice,curd,salads etc.
