If you think that you are underweight, then doctor can find out the proper cause of it. It may be for poor intake of nutrition, stress, lack of exercise or disturbed sleep and also genetical factor. • You should take healthy balanced diet in which proteins, fats, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins and fiber are there. Take these nutritional foods regularly at proper time like almond, egg, nuts, dried fruits, banana, milk, whole grains, using low-fat dairy products etc. • Don’t drink water when you are eating. It limits your food intake. • You should eat after properly chewing. It increases your digestive power. • You can take seasonal fruits. • Don’t go to sleep immediately after taking heavy meals. • Do regular exercise. • Sleep at least 8 hours. • Avoid spicy food, cold drinks. You do not mention your height. Your weight should be at this age 55kg to 68kg. Excellent result you can get with properly use of homeopathic treatment. You should always opt for a proper treatment which can help you to solve this. If untreated, you can face some health hazards.

Diet and workouts go a long way in helping you gain strength to gain weight, you must eat more calories than you burn. When you gain weight, some will be fat and some will be muscle. To gain muscle, you must eat protein. To boost the ratio of muscle to fat gain, you must exercise. To gain muscle and strength, you must engage in resistance exercise. To improve bodyfat percentage and gain weight, you must cycle through phases of gaining muscle and losing fat. The mere thought of biting into a chilled watermelon or sipping chilled watermelon juice during summer is a refreshing thought. What many do not readily realise is that not just they are not just a refresher, but they are also loaded with multiple health benefits. Another surprising fact is that they have been in use since 5000 years ago and are referred to in ancient literature. There are about 300 varieties and are easily available during summer.

Many may think that watermelon is loaded with water. However, there are also multiple compounds including vitamins and minerals; vitamins C, A, B1, B5, and B6; minerals like potassium and magnesium, and compounds like carotenoids and lycopene. These have multiple benefits on the health and so watermelon can be consumed without any second thought in abundance.

According to your height your ideal body weight should be 70 kg. With proper diet you can easily increase your weight. Following are the tips to prevent onset/or control diabetes 1-Losing Extra Weight:-is the most significant thing which can make a big difference to your health . It helps lower your blood pressure and cholesterol too. waist of more than 80 cm in women & 90 cm in man are at risk 2- Constant and regular food timings :- it will improve your metabolic activity and helps reducing your weight. 3- Split your meals and eating in moderate amount:-Splitting your meals into 3-4 times per day (including snacks)and eating in fair amount, improves your metabolic rate as the food u take is not concentrated at one time. 4- No long Gaps and skipping of meals:-Never miss out breakfast. 5- No overeating:-Never eat in a bulk on one time Remember to eat your food slowly, chew well. 6- Proper Exercise and work outs:-Exercise is a fast way to trim down calories, extra weight and controlling glucose level. Brisk walking for 30 min. atleast five times a week is the best . You can also try Cycling, swimming, dancing. Timings for exercise should be fixed and regular.Do not eat right away after a workout . 7-constant and regular timings for medication 8-Avoid fried foods ,meat,fats and sweets.  9- Take high-fibre and complex carbohydrates:-like oats .Add whole grain foods in your diet. Avoid white bread, pasta, pizza , candies, and snacks .Instead include high-fiber carbohydrates like wheat bran, flaxseed and methi seeds to your wheat flour. Dried fruits, seeds, cheese and nut butter are nutritionally rich and calorie dense. Snack on a 1/4 cup of raisins for about 110 calories; spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter on a medium banana and consume almost 300 calories; and have an ounce of cheddar cheese with just seven woven wheat crackers for 233 extra calories. Add one or all of these snacks daily to pile on a pound in a week.

Adopt healthy lifestyle like going to bed early, early to rise, morning walk or simple exercise. Think positive. Avoid junk food. Take plenty of water , nutritious food like milk green leafy vegetables. You should feel better Complaints may be temporary. If no relies check with the doctor that your hemoglobin is normal

Hye. When any exercise is done in the right amount and technique, it does not harm your body. If your diet is well planned you do not develop weakness. And I don't understand what you mean by gym body. But, if you discontinue your exercise routine totally, you will lose all the physique of the body you have tried to achieve.

Dear lubrateuser, - Your appetite may reduce during summers as compared to winters - take more of fluids like juices, butter milk, Aam Panna, lemon water with honey - consume light foods like fruits, salads, sprouts, vegetables - avoid fried, spicy & jink foods - have plenty of water - do regular exercises.

Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Hi, try having warm lemon water with honey every morning. Below tips could help you start your weight-loss journey. 1. Never eat a snack out of a carton or a cover. Always use a cup or a plate to so you know how much you are eating. 2. Have at least one bright colored fruit and one bright colored vegetable a day 3. Take a small snack box to office with almonds, walnuts and other dry fruits to satisfy your cravings 4. Try to have your dinner by 8 so that you are not too hungry and also make healthy choices at dinner. 5. People who eat breakfast have a better success rate at losing weight. 6. Beware of zero trans fat and fat free foods as you might end up eating high sugar and carb containing foods. 7. People who are emotional eaters learn to identify the emotion that makes you eat unhealthy food and try diverting your mind to something else you love 8. If your plates are too big trade them off for a 9 inch plates 9. Replace your weighing scale with a tape measure. 10. Share your weight-loss journey with a family member or friend so that you are accountable to each other. 11. Green tea at least once a day will help you boost your metabolism 12. Sleep helps in repair and regulating your hormones. Sleep atleast 8 hours in a day. 13. Have fruits at least twice a day.
